Gelegen an der Ecke von St. Martin Circle, dieses Juwel der Inselbewohner, bietet 4 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und einen Schlafraum für 11 Personen. Ein geräumiges Haus im Stil der Westindischen Inseln mit 3.455 m². Ft. wird jedem eine "verteilte" Umgebung voller Komfort und Luxus bieten.
Wenn man das Haus betritt, findet man bequeme Sofas mit tiefen Rot-, Aqua- und Goldtönen im Überfluss. Die Vögel verbreiten ihre Farben im gesamten Wohn- und Essbereich. Es gibt viel Platz zum Beisammensein und der Essbereich bietet Platz für 10 Personen am Tisch, mit 5 Barhockern und einer zusätzlichen Sitzanordnung im Wohnbereich für weitere 4 Personen. Die Küche ist gut gefüllt und groß genug, damit mehrere Eisenköche ihre Spezialitäten gemeinsam zubereiten können.
Zwei der größten nebeneinander Rostfreien Kühlschränke in der Küche ermöglichen es großen Gruppen, große Ausflüge in das Lebensmittelgeschäft zu unternehmen, ohne dass Platzprobleme auftreten.
Ein King-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad im ersten Stock, speziell für den "Chef des Hauses". Die zweite Etage verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und herrlichem Blick auf den Golf. Wieder ist niemand überfüllt. Beim Aufstieg zum "Crows Nest" im dritten Stock findet man ein ganz besonderes Schlafzimmer für 11 Personen. Die Etagenbetten sind eigentlich in voller Größe Betten oben und unten mit einem Zwilling oben. Es gibt sechs große Fernseher im Haus und der im Wohnbereich ist ein 60 ".
Haben Sie keine Angst, mit mehr als einem Auto zum Paradiesvogel zu kommen. Dieses Luxushaus verfügt über Parkplätze für 5 Autos und könnte für 6 Autos ausreichen, wenn sie nicht alle die größten der SUVs sind. Das Parken in der Garage ist ebenfalls möglich.
Die Waschküche befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist groß genug für viele Partys.
Treten Sie aus der Hintertür und finden Sie Ihren privaten Pool. Warten Sie nur darauf, sich zu entspannen und entspannen Sie sich vor dem Abendessen bei einem Cocktail in abgeschiedener Atmosphäre.

Great location & amenities

We had a very nice stay at Birds of Paradise. The property is as advertised with a few things we found to be not in functioning order (although the owner was willing to promptly address). You can’t beat having your own pool and the very close walk to the beautiful beach. The main issue we had was proactive communication regarding items not provided at the house. Two days before our arrival, the owner sent us the property rules/info which included that beach towels are not provided and the bath towels are not allowed outside. When I reached out clarifying this and recommending they mention this in the description (as it’s a big deal to bring beach towels for 11 people when flying) they said that beach towels were not listed under the amenities. Towels are listed under essentials and does not specify which type are provided. The owner did end up providing these for us but added unnecessary stress if they would have just communicated this upfront. Additionally, there were expectations for us to leave the home with dishes washed and trash removed, however only 2 dishwasher pods and 2 kitchen trash bags were provided for 11 people staying 5 days. We also only were given 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom with no facial tissues. We ran out of all these things by the second day. The owner brought additional supplies begrudgingly stating it’s listed there is no maid service. I don’t consider providing us essential items that we clean ourselves as maid service.

We stayed at Bird of Paradise with 3 other families. The house was perfect for a group, the kitchen is fully stocked for easy meals and the beach and pickle ball were perfect ;)

Perfect House for our Vacation

First of all, we ended up having to book this house last minute as the original house we booked (through another vacation rental website) had some problems leaving us to find an alternative place to stay. From the last minute booking, communication from the owner, his work to accommodate us last minute made our trip that started out rough perfect. The house was the perfect size for our family of 15 (ages 8-77). We have the perfect amount of space. Enough where we could gather and not be on top of each other. The house was absolutely beautiful and we will definitely book again if we ever go to Miramar Beach!

Taylor Family Vacation

This place has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. We had 7 kids and 7 adults and had plenty of room. House is located 3 minutes to the beach, I don’t like walking a distance to the beach but this one was a nice short walk. Pool was nice when you come back from the beach to relax in. House has things for the beach like chairs, 3 coolers, etc. Kitchen has all your needs for cooking. Trust me you want be disappointed by renting for your vacation. Home owner is on top of anything that you ask of her, Thank you Jeffery for having us, we will be back most definitely.

Walton Family Vacation

The Bird of Paradise is a beautiful house. The house was very accommodating to my family of 10, 7 adults and 3 children, as well was Ms Jeffry. It’s walking distance to your private beach and some great restaurants. If you decide to leave the beach early or not go at all, you can relax around the pool in the backyard. Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family of 14. The Bird of Paradise was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. I have chemical sensitivities and Jeffry cleaned her home with all of the fragrance free cleaning products that I provided and it was perfect! No chemical odors! The heated pool was a hit for everyone and the beach was just across the street. There were beach chairs, floaties, wagons to pull the children and to transport beach supplies and a cooler. We even had four beach chair rentals with two umbrellas provided on the beach. Everything we needed was available to us. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Jeffry!

Family reunion

All 5 rooms were spacious to accommodate the 14 guests. Down stairs with the open concept of the living room dining and kitchen, made it easy to cook and dine at the same time listening to the conversations of everyone. Having a private pool was a plus to swim in the late afternoon. We plan on coming down again in the future. Perfect location to the beach.

Great value for all the amenities and space. Nice touch to have beach and pool necessities available for use. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could make a few meals. The host was so accommodating and responsive to all messages. Would definitely stay again!!

BIRD OF PARADISE IS PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILIES!

This home was perfect for our large family of 13! Close to town and restaurants. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the kids LOVED the bunk room on the top floor! This home is a comfortable walking distance from the beach and provided ALLL the things! The kitchen is well stocked with two crock pots, pots and pans, silverware, two fully refrigerators, etc. Also stocked with a TON of beach toys, coolers, and two wagons to transport! Definitely one of the best VRBO’s I have ever stayed in. We were comfortable and felt at home the whole time. The host was super responsive and helpful! I truly appreciate all her help. We would definitely stay here again! We 10/10 recommend!

Birds of Paradise

This property was perfect for our group! Although it slept way more than our group needed, it was nice for everyone to have their own space throughout the home. The short, convenient walk to the beautiful beach and ocean everyday was so nice. My kids felt like home here and didn’t want to leave! The owners were very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had and were very kind and friendly throughout the process. This is my first time booking with VRBO and I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our Family Favorite

Our family has stayed at this property several times. We love the home, the location, and the host. We highly recommend the Bird of Paradise. It is great for larger groups. There are several features that make this our favorite place; it has a private pool, there are two refrigerators, the kitchen is well laid out, and the bunk room has three bunk beds the bottom bed on each is a double.

Wonderful experience

Our family of 20 stayed in this wonderful house. We had more than enough room. A very short walk to the beach. The private pool was enjoyed almost as much as the beach. Appreciated the door alarm on the back door which led to the pool, although there is no deadbolt lock on the inside of any of the doors that lead outside. Some in our family enjoyed the tennis courts and exercise facility that is available. We appreciated ample parking for all of our cars. Jeffry was a great communicator and quick to respond! The price is amazing compared to other properties that sleep this many! We will return if we have the opportunity.

We are a 'divided' household with one from 'Ole Miss' and one from 'Mississippi State'. Both of us started coming to Destin for vacations when we were just kids and NOW in our next 'kid' life, we spend about 50% of our time either fishing or 'beaching' in Destin.

Location! Location! Location! That describes Bird of Paradise perfectly. Bird of Paradise is right in the middle of the activity of Miramar Beach in South Walton County....It is close to Great Shopping , Restaurants and Entertainment at Destin Commons. We also bought into Bird of Paradise because of the quality of construction and the size of the Home (nearly 3500 Sq Ft,. Since our family likes to cook, we thought that the size of the kitchen allowed for family gathering in planning and executing the preparation of meals. Also, in the evening after 'beaching' all day, it is nice to jump in Bird's private pool and relax. The kids can be enjoying the pool, while the guys grill out by the pool, or Mom is inside getting dinner ready, just a few steps away. Something for everyone at Bird of Paradise.

Maravilla is a community that keeps it''s property up to exacting Standards, with up to date amenities including 2 community pools, one heated , a modern fitness center, tennis courts, basket ball goal and shuffleboard. All of this not to mention the use of approximately 6 acres of beach less than a 3 minute walk from the front door. However, the Board of Directors at Maravilla do NOT allow golf carts to be rented in this community.
