Parken Sie Ihr Auto an einem sicheren Ort hinter dem Haus und treten Sie in Ihr Stück südländischen Charmes ein. Ein Wohnzimmer mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und Flachbild-TV ist Ihr neuer Treffpunkt, wenn Sie Ihren Tag planen. Öffnen Sie nach Ihrer Rückkehr die Fenstertüren zur Terrasse und genießen Sie die Geräusche der historischen Savannah.

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche macht das Kochen leicht, mit Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und einem Geschirrspüler. Ein Weinkühlschrank hält die Flaschen während der Erkundung kühl. An die Küche schließt sich ein formeller Speisesaal an, in dem bequem sechs Gäste Platz finden.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich alle drei Schlafzimmer. Das erste Gästezimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, Flachbild-TV und viel Stauraum zum Auspacken und zu Hause fühlen. Das zweite Zimmer hat ein großes Bett und einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Beide Zimmer teilen sich ein komplettes Bad mit Wanne / Dusche, das von der Halle aus zugänglich ist. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich am Ende der Halle und gibt zwei glücklichen Gästen viel Platz, um sich auszubreiten und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Das Master-Bad ist en suite und verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche und einen Doppelwaschtisch.

Draußen genießen Sie süßen Tee im Innenhof und nutzen Sie den Grill zum Abendessen. Jasmine Place ist der perfekte Ort für Familien oder enge Freunde, die auch eine Familie sein könnten.

Verbringen Sie Ihre Tage in den kopfsteingepflasterten Straßen der Flussfront. Gönnen Sie sich einen Drink, während Sie in den Geschäften in der Broughton Street einkaufen. Fahren Sie mit dem Rad zum Forsyth Park und spielen Sie eine Nacht in einem der gut besuchten Restaurants abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade. Jasmine Place ist zentral für alles!

Great house.

The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing was street noise from Bay Street and we needed a couple more trash bags.

Lovely home in Historic District

Truly lovely three days with two old friends. The house was perfect—big enough for us ro each have our own bedroom, clean, well-located. The folks at Lucky Savannah were very responsive, helpful and polite to the few questions I had. NOTE: electric kettle works, but leaks, and is, I think, a hazard. Needs to be replaced. Thx!

Beautiful and comfortable house with great location.

Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms including an ensuite master bedroom. The house is very comfortable and only a block from the river district. The historic distict is also a short distance.I would definitely stay there again.

Christmas Vacation

Had a wonderful time in Savannah. House worked well for our family of five with adult children. Mostly walkable and central to all we wanted to see in our three day stay.

Great Spot

Overall, this was a great place to stay at. The price was reasonable for the location. Real close to the Riverfront and access to plenty of shops. Restaurants weren't a problem either. Almost everything we wanted to do was easily within walking distance. Only "issue" that we had was there was no Kleenex tissue and no coffee filters. Small things but it require us to go and pick some up. Again, small things and didn't hamper our stay. I would stay here again for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying here. The location was great, the home was clean and cozy and well kept. Lots of space for the 5 of us to eat breakfast and play games in the evening at the dinning room. Our main complaints were: lack of dish towels in the kitchen and mainfloor bathroom, mattresses need to be replaced, and someone was parked in our stall most of the time so we had to find street parking.

Very comfortable. Great location.

Great walk-to location, close to River St and restaurants. Could have used a light in the covered porch, and access to the house from the back where parking is. Otherwise, plenty of amenities and very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was in a perfect location to walk anywhere within the historic district. There was no need to worry about parking and was fairly clean. My only complaint were the amount of flies in the house, both dead and alive. It looked like the place hadn't been rented in a while so they probably did not check it. There had to be well over 100 flies in the house. Other than that, it was in good condition, well air conditioned, and fully stocked. I recommend taking care of the fly issue before the next rental.

Amazing stay in Savannah

Great Place!!! We had our 1st sisters trip in our 50’s. It was a beautiful home super clean. 1 block off the river walk which was amazing. Also this location comes with a parking spot this is a huge bonus in Savannah. I highly recommend doing a trolley ride the 1st or 2nd day. Lucky Savannah was a great company to book with very responsive, and super sweet employees. We loved this Vrbo and trip

Great location

Loved the location and charm of this lovely home. Easily walk to so much! Our one wish would be for a king sized bed in the main bedroom, with a softer mattress. The mattress was incredibly firm and we both did not sleep both nights. There was construction next door but it did not bother us.

Nice property, great location, not too clean

This is a nice house, great location, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants on River Street, Bay Street and Broughton Street. We did hear traffic noise from Bay Street, but it was terrible. The only issues we had were that the home was not very clean. I observed that the railings and banister were dusty and you could actually see the accumulating dust on all of the white molding along the floors. The toilet in the main bath could have been cleaner. In addition, there were several boxes of medical supplies in the living room and in the MB, and one of the boxes was actually open with what looked to be IV bags hanging out. I did call immediately upon our check-in and sent pictures. The boxes were picked up the next day, but I did not hear anything regarding the condition of the place. This is a nice property, but the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

A beautifully renovated historic home!

This was a great location and property! I would stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms had fans, and the bathrooms were great. The AC worked really well. The only downside is that light sleepers would probably be bothered by some surrounding construction noise, especially on the master bedroom side, but that should be temporary. It's a lovely property with a designated parking space right behind it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home we chose to rent was a very nice, quaint older home with updates. All the items you could think of to make your stay comfortable were included, beyond your basic towels there was a well-equipped kitchen, irons, vaporizors, fans, etc. The master bath, bedroom and closet were spacious, well-decorated and updated. The customer service from Lucky Savannah was excellent before, during and after our stay. They were friendly, professional, informative, attentive, easy to reach and even available at night when we had an alarm panel concern. There was a concern with construction right outside of the home, causing significant noise from the morning hours throughout the workday. This was beyond the control of Lucky Savannah, but they still went the extra mile by coming to speak with the foreman regarding what was taking place and time expectations. As a follow-up, Lucky Savannah attempted to do their best to alleviate this unexpected noise and vibration concern that kept us from enjoying the inside and outside of the home as we'd planned. The house has a very cute back porch and courtyard w/a grill which would have been enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend the house and definitely Lucky Savannah.
