Beautiful Condo

Good response from management to upgrade to more days. Responsive to any concerns about supplies and cleanliness. All issues resolved concerning cleaning staff. Unit faces camping lots but pretty quiet and about a block from the beach. Good value.

Not a good experience.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at our unit on a Saturday with my 80 year old mother & my 11 year old granddaughter, when we arrived the elevator was not working. I had to carry a suv fully loaded up 3 flights of stairs, it was 100 degrees in the stairwell. Someone could have posted a sign there was another elevator down the hall. When in the unit we found out that that the microwave door was broken . All rooms in the unit were very dirty, both bathrooms were awful. The pressure in the master bathroom shower hurts to hit your face. All furniture needs replaced with some updated or not as used furniture. Rug in living room has seen it’s better days. Outlets in this unit would not pass any inspections, there are no GFIs in the unit but then again the outlet won’t let the dryer stay in too long. Most importantly we have found 3 roaches so far still have two more nights. Would I recommend this unit or resort to my friends absolutely not. This was by far one of the worst vrbo units that I have ever stayed at. I should have trusted the reviews when I read them. Last this unit was not 200 yards from the beach. maybe the resort is but not the unit. Unit 347

Filthy hallways, smelled of garbage. Room was not cleaned well, sunflower seeds all over patio, someone's used deodorant left behind, dirty dishes in cabinet, hair in shower. Worst bed I've ever slept in! Left message for contact after checking in no response. Would not recommend.

Great place for family!

This was our second time renting this condo because we love it so much. The private beach access, the resturant located at the resort, the snack bar, the endless amounts of pools my family enjoyed everything! The house was clean as always! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook. The balcony was my favorite place to drink my morning coffee! We definitely will be renting here again!

Rental agent was rude in the phone, the customeris always right in the hospitalityindustry. Reported complaints day 1, only came to fix after we got locked out after pest control came to spray on day 4. Closet door was off the wall, light bulbs missing from bathroom, and dust in unit. Resort aging, lazy river closed, elevator broken, outside door never shut all week, chlorine so strong in indoor pools, pool bathrooms not cleaned all week. It wasn't horrible but it's not spectacular either, just an average 2 bedroom. Positive lots of hooks for towels :)

Extremely Dirty

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We arrived late at night to a dirty condo. The chairs and couches were filthy dirty we didn’t even want to sit in them! The master bedroom sink would not drain. The floors were dirty. The patio was dirty and sticky. Mold in all the a/c vents. We were very unhappy with our stay.

Overall was a good stay

Everything was great besides the cleanliness of the property. My 1 year old found 2 staples in the rug and a bead on the floor. Under the couch was awfully dirty as well. Tried to contact management but no answer. Would stay here again if it were cleaned properly.

My husband and I was very pleased with our stay at the Myrtle Beach Resort. Our unit was located on the far end of the building. It was very quite. Just what we was looking forward to. . .we didn't have any problems with the elevator being located in the center of the building. The rooms were nice. . . the master bath shower head was great! However there were some complications getting in the unit. We discovered the lock need to be replace. I will definitely refer a friend. Holliday's Md.

The floors we’re filthy. I had to vacuum them and they were not washed. They were full of sand. I dropped something on the floor and when I picked it up there was about an inch of dust under the beds and none of the furniture had been dusted.
