Unsere klimatisierte, ruhige, 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad Wohnung befindet sich gegenüber von einem der schönsten Parks und Surfen, Paddle-Boarding, Schwimmen und Schnorcheln Strände auf Maui. Im Herzen von Kihei gelegen, sind Foodland, Restaurants und Souvenirläden bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Kihei ist eine entspannte Strandstadt mit einem Tempo, in dem Sie sich entspannen, den Kopf frei bekommen und einfach nur in der Schönheit von Maui entspannen können. Unsere Wohnung ist leicht zugänglich mit einem Aufzug und hat alles, was Ihre Familie braucht, um Ihren Aufenthalt mit einem großen Flachbild-TV, DVD-Player, Waschmaschine und Trockner, zwei brandneue Klimaanlagen, WIFI und kostenlose High-Speed-Kabel Internet Zugang. Neben einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett haben wir ein ausziehbares Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Spielekugelschreiber für die Kleinen und einen zusammengeklappten Futon für einen zusätzlichen Gast, falls es ihnen nichts ausmacht, auf dem Boden zu schlafen. Wir haben auch viele Badetücher, Liegestühle, Schnorchelausrüstung, Boogie Boards und sogar ein Surfbrett für Ihren Gebrauch während Ihres Aufenthalts. In unserem Komplex befinden sich 3 Pools und sechs individuell geschlossene Plexi-Pavé-Championship-Tennisplätze. Schläger- und Ballverleih sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. Für Golfer haben wir drei Weltklasse-Kurse in Wailea nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wenn Sie ein begrenztes Budget haben, können Sie zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto nach Foodland fahren und Lebensmittel in Ihre eigene voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler zurückbringen. Alle Geschirr, Kochutensilien und Utensilien werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Für diejenigen, die gerne grillen, gibt es einen leicht zugänglichen Gasgrill, der jeden Morgen für Ihren Gebrauch gereinigt wird. Wenn Sie auswärts essen möchten, gibt es viele gute Restaurants vom Fast Food bis zur gehobenen Küche, alles ganz in der Nähe. Great location, decent suite

The Maui Vista condo is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and stores/food. Each building has a pool, BBQs, and tennis court. The grounds are clean, lots of parking, with well-maintained landscape. This suite was a little outdated compared to some modern, newly-renovated suites I saw, but not as old as others. I personally enjoyed all the Hawaiian-themed decor (although my wife wasn't as enamored). The master bed was big and comfortable, but the pull-out couch was loud and creaky and not all that comfortable. Some of the amenities included in the suite were lacking - not nearly enough soap, shampoo, dishwasher tabs or laundry detergent to last our stay (3 adults over 2 weeks). We ended up having to ration quite a bit and then buying our own, which was disappointing. The beach umbrella is broken and needs to be thrown out - we rented one from Boss Frogs for cheap. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler were all fine. There was even a longboard that we wanted to use, but didn't find the time. So all in all, they provided some useful stuff (snorkels, chairs, cooler) but the more essential items (soap, shampoo, detergent, beach umbrella) were quite disappointing, to be honest, and negatively impacted our experience. The owner was friendly and communicative, and the suite was nice and clean. The Maui Vista property is in an ideal location.

Nice little getaway

Cute little apartment sufficient for two people. Older building but had all the necessary amenities within. Didn't find anything that was missing from the apartment (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) and found the beach items (towels, chairs, cooler, etc. to be very useful and great to have. Location allows for lots of walking to everything including great beaches. Need to have a car if you wish to explore other areas of the island but found there to be plenty of parking available within the complex, even when coming back later at night. Host was able to answer any questions we had pre-trip and was always quick to respond. Very pleased overall and made for a great little stay!

Not great, not the worst

This place was meh. Very spacious, which was nice. Floors were dirty. Baseboards were very dirty. For the price, I kind of expected it to be cleaner. It seems like the floors were swept but hadn't been mopped in a month. After taking a shower, I walked around the house barefoot and the bottom of my feet were brown with dirt. It was fine to stay here for 2 nights, but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer or would have requested the floors be mopped. Would we stay here again? No. Was it ok enough for 2 nights? Yes. I’ve seen the owner respond to another comment that their cleaning crew is great and cleans after every guest. That may be, but they really need to mop better and maybe clean the baseboards once in a while.

I found the condo to be all that was advertised and convenient to beaches, tennis, stores, restaurants, and watering holes. The owners were quite diligent in keeping after Spectrum Cable to fix some ongoing connectivity issues with their cable TV offerings. The internet service was fast and reliable. Overall, a good experience.

Nice condo with everything you might need in a really good spot

The condo is not very big but has everything you might need, dishwasher and laundry machine included. Very nice Tommy Bahama beachchairs, beach umbrella, body boards and a surfboard. The location is just great. You xan walk to Kamehole Beach 1 which is great for swimming and snorkeling and you can walk to Cove Beach for surfing. Big ABC store and Foodland very close by too. AC did what it should do, was just a bit noisy. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Maui Vista! The location is perfect- walking distance (or very short drive) to many beaches, restaurants and stores. We loved that the house had everything we needed for our trip in the kitchen as well as for the beach. We especially appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs and toys, infant life jacket and pack n play for our 18 month old. Everything in the apartment was just perfect! Just a couple heads up that didn’t bother us, but did feel important to note.. you can’t see the sunset from this unit but you can walk a few minutes to get a spectacular view of the sunset from Charley Young Beach. Also, there’s a construction project with a big crane that partially obstructs the view you see in the photos of the unit. You can still see the ocean, but the crane and new building are large and the noise from the construction was happening every weekday (not on the weekend). These didn’t bother us much because we loved our stay at Maui Vista and would still highly recommend this unit!

We had a great time in Kihei

This apartment had everything we needed for our four day stay in Kihei. The bed was comfortable & so was the sofa bed for our two boys (10 & 11). The beach toys, fins & snorkel masks were nice to have. There is a beach just across the beach which is nice for kids & adults. This place is close (walking distance) to lots of shops & restaurants (check out “Cinnamon Roll Place” if you like them. Would gladly come back again.

Felt like Home

Loved this place! Property managers are always very quick to answer any questions. I can tell that they truly care and want everybody to have a really good comfortable stay! Property & unit are beautiful - clean - well stocked! Bed is comfy - and to my surprise so is the pull out bed. I appreciated the quietness. We met so many nice people here! Security guard was very friendly. The book library a really neat touch - I found an excellent read there. Great view from Lanai. Close parking. Great location - we walked to the beach and other attractions several times per day. AC great to have. We didn’t use much - only when the trade winds weren’t present. Will certainly stay again!

Clean, uncluttered, perfect location

This was a nice condo unit that had everything I needed. Photos here are accurate. I didn't try either A/C unit; the ceiling fans were pretty sufficient. One note: as of December 2022, the otherwise very nice view of Kahoolawe and the water from the lanai is dominated by a huge construction crane on the property between Maui Vista and the Maui Coast Hotel. I wasn't bothered by construction noise but they do start work as early as 7 a.m.

We stayed at Maui Vista while we were in Maui and felt very comfortable with the accommodations and were impressed by how beautiful and well-kept the grounds were. The fact that it is just steps from such a beautiful beach is also a plus!

When we walked into the condo to take a look at it for the first time, we were impressed by how cool it felt compared to others. There was a nice breeze flowing through the windows, which made it comfortable even when the air conditioner was not on. We loved the way the condo was furnished, and loved the way it had recently been remodeled. It had that great balance of feeling like home but was tropical enough to also feel like we were on vacation.
