Immaculate Vacation Home in Beautiful neighborhood, close to Disney.

We can’t say enough about this property and the hosts. Checkin process was a breeze. This was our 5th time renting in Kissimmee and it was our favorite. The layout was perfect to accommodate our family of 16 people. We never felt crowded. The clubhouse was our favorite one yet. Location was great, close to parks, shopping, food- but in a private area that was great for walking. Easy uber/doordash options or hop in the car for 5 minutes to get what you need. The list could go on and on. We had zero issues. My only thing is it could have been nice to have a few extra blankets, but we made do. Looking forward to returning to this property.

Great vacation home

We had a great stay in this home. The owner was really responsive and helpful both prior and during our stay. The location is good and is roughly 20ish minutes to Disney and 40 to universal. The home is as the pictures show and was clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed having access to the clubhouse. The kids loved the splash park there and the lazy river. We decided to have pool heat once we arrived as the pool was cold. The owner made arrangements for this straight away which was fab. The check in and check out process was simple. Would highly recommended and would return to this house in the future.

Great location! Lots of space!

We travelled with 12 people ranging in age from 9-64 and there was so much space for everyone! The second living room area upstairs came in clutch! The house was very clean and easy to get to- very close to Disney (about 20-25 minutes from all 4 parks!). My younger kids loved the playroom in the garage, while the adults couldn't bear the heat! We went to the clubhouse pool once and everyone loved it. They offer food and great frozen drinks! You need to bring your own towels and tubes for the lazy river though. I would recommend you pack your own pool/beach towels as they are not supplied at rental. Also, the kitchen has zero food items, so don't expect to find sugar, salt or pepper. This might be common but we have never experienced that before. The owner, Paul, was great! We had to change our dates and he was very responsive and patient. Highly recommend.

Very Relaxing

Access to the property was simple and easy. Our host responded to all questions promptly! The house was amazing with comfortable beds. Enjoyed having a King bedroom on the first floor which a lot of properties don’t offer. Only issue was the game /garage…this time of year it’s already hot and that space, even with a fan was unbearable as well as the paint/finishing fumes. Some endured it but mostly used the games upstairs. Overall, thank you, Paul! It was a great time by everyone and would definitely stay again!

Great Family Home

We absolutely loved our week here! The upstairs bedrooms are set in little hallways with two bedrooms and a bathroom on two sides of the upstairs livingroom and then a master bedroom and en-suite at the front of the house. Downstairs had another master bedroom and en-suite off the kitchen which also had a door out from the bathroom to the pool deck. This worked perfectly for bathroom trips during our pool days without tracking water through the whole house! We just put an extra bath mat down at that door to keep the floor from getting wet or slippery from the wet bathing suites. The downstairs also has a half bath off the kitchen next to the laundry room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (probably the most well stocked rental home I’ve ever been in!) and had a nice big dining room table. The owner checked in with us to see how things were going and I had mentioned that I wish we had a broom to do some cleaning up, and he had one delivered the next morning! Superb service, superb home, and excellent pool area! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Lovely villa

This is a really great property for the price. It is a little dated and could use a revamp but i feel this is reflected in the price. We were offered pool heating and though we wouldn't need it as its Orlando but the pool was very cold. This was our mistake but i would most definitely recommend getting the heating when travelling in April. The villa is in perfect location for all the major parks and great for travelling further afield.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything was as expected and Paul was always so responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean, the pool was warm (we paid for pool heat in March), the clubhouse was just a short walk away. Everyone ages 3-65 enjoyed themselves and we made amazing family memories!

Great week!

Homeowner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had from the moment I booked. House was very well spread out and had everything we needed. Community pool was awesome and was just a short walk away. Only 1 bedroom downstairs which I should have double checked before hand due to a few people who didn't need to be doing a lot of stairs, but we made it work. Great price for the week and to get all family together. Thank you.

Great place

It was a nice stay . The walk to club house wasn’t bad, but for the first week of August and Florida heat , it was a super hot walk. A little disappointed that it says you can’t bring your own food and drink into the pool area at the club house. Wish I knew that before we bought a lot of drinks to bring to the pool . Pool at house was super convenient. We did universal for a day and bought a 2 day Go city all inclusive pass , and most activities are about 30-45 min drive to our place . Supermarkets were pretty close .Amazon deliveries and even Walmart plus deliveries are made right to your door. Wasn’t sure how it would since gated a community but that made shopping super convenient. A few more essential items and better pots and pans for big parties would have been nice , but overall can’t complain about this place . Beautiful, well kept and great customer service. We did leave pool tubes for the lazy river since they don’t supply so hopefully whoever came the second week of august got use out of them if they were thrown away by the cleaning people . Also left behind salt& pepper , dish soap , TP & paper towels , and a few other miscellaneous items so hopefully made it easier for the next people. Upstairs asks you to take your shoes off and no food and drink , which was actually kind of nice . Didn’t worry what the baby would be crawling and walking on with the rug up there as it felt very clean . Thanks Paul for a great stay. I for sure recommend your home .

Very nice, perfect size for our party of 10. The resort clubhouse is great and was walking distance from our rental. My only complaint, which really isn’t a huge deal is that there is not the best cookware selection for making meals for a large group of people. We made it work though.

Amazing Trip- February 2023

The home is very clean and spacious. There were 10 people in our group, and the house accommodated everyone's needs, and provided plenty of space. We paid extra for the pool heat, even though everyday was approximately 30 degrees. It kept the water at the perfect temperature for all hours of the day / night. The property owner was very kind, and answered all our questions immediately. He even checked with us by email during our stay to see if we were having a good time, or if we needed anything. The home is in a wonderful location. Its a quiet neighbourhood, and its an easy walking distance from the community clubhouse, which provides a large number of amenities for all ages. The home is also within a reasonable distance from Disney World, and other services in the area. It did not cost a lot of money for us to Uber to the parks each day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and have no regrets booking our stay at this property. We look forward to returning to Florida in the future.

You decide...

Pros: Spacious - there was plenty of enough room for 10 people without feeling like you're on top of each other. Beds were decently comfortable. Could have been much better with better pillows. They were VERY thin. Kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, plates, bowls, etc. (although it could use some cookie sheets/pizza pans for oven use). Ceiling fans in almost all bedrooms. Clubhouse had a free arcade, and great pool/lazy river. Food and drinks were decently priced. Response time from host was timely. Even if things weren't adequately remedied (pool heat should have been refunded -see cons below). Cons: We paid for pool heat. We were not told that the pool heater wouldn't work if the outside temperature was too low. That should have been disclosed and/or a partial credit should have been issued for the days we couldn't use the pool. House was clean on the surface. Floors were clean and bathrooms were tidy. However - the house needs an overhaul. There are cobwebs in the high ceilings. Trim/baseboards are filthy. Carpet needs to be replaced. They request that you don't wear shoes on the carpet but going barefoot on dirty carpet is gross. No hand towels in the kitchen. Bathrooms could use towel racks for hooks. There was minimal space to hang wet towels. Living room furniture was frayed and dirty. "Leather" chairs were severely scratched and damaged. Lower level window pane was broken and not replaced. It was rusted and looked to be glued in place. Wifi in the entire area/development was terrible. We had to constantly fight the nest thermostat as it would automatically readjust throughout the day. Note: thermostat can't be below 70. Game room was less than mediocre. Pool table was uneven and only had one regular sized cue. Felt was also bad. Poker table was dirty and needed replacement. Foosball table didn't have a return so the balls would fall on the floor and roll all over. TV didn't work but we didn't want to spend time in there anyway so we didn't push it. In summary, the house needs some major TLC. Vacation rentals are hard to keep in tip top shape; I get that. There are so many people coming and going but the house needs help!!! And the pool heat should have been refunded for the days it wouldn't heat. Was it the worst place we've been to? No. Will we be returning? Also no. I wish it would let me upload pictures so you could have a better picture. It's up to you to decide.

New Year 2023 Family Getaway

This property and resort were just what we all needed. All four of our kids and their significant others & friends (9 total adults) thoroughly enjoyed the house, lazy river, nearby attractions, etc. It was very relaxing and filled with fun and laughter. Paul was fantastic to communicate with. Thank you Paul and VRBO..!!

Unwanted visitors…..

The house was like a Roach city …. Literally killed roaches everyday for 5 days. The owner was nice he sent an exterminator out but that didn’t help. They kept coming out!
