First time

Overall, this is a good place to stay near the beach in the San Juan area. We really liked the outdoor patio and easy access to parking. Finally, the location is near to most amenities you could use. It is a adult friendly location.

Good location

We liked the location and self checkin/out. The bedrooms had a/c and several fans for living room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. Patio is great. The highway traffic noise didn't bother us, but it is close by and all hours

Excellent location , clean and comfy

Really a perfect location for our group. We rented a vehicle and parking was available in front of the unit. We were able to walk to the Beach ( Ocean Park) and caught some great sunrises ! Great restaurants close by, Bebos cafe , Panuchos was really good , close to the Grocery store where we also purchased liquor for our stay! Cristian was a great host , and we would stay here again!

Amazing apt #3. Location, fantastic to old town and the beach. Owner, amazing!

Absolutely adorable 3 bed, 2 bath, with a lovely terrace. Rooms were clean and loved the pretty tiles on the floor. Location was amazing! 100% will be back. Owner, amazing. My son was sick and very quick to respond where to go. A must stay!!!

The people of Puerto Rico are fantastic. The places we toured were awesome. The accommodations did exacctly match the photos..the place was worn, dated, BUT very clean.. the host kept us well informed and replied to my message immediately. Buen viaje

Cristian was very responsive to our questions. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds and sheets were quite comfortable. The location was great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We ended up parking on the street instead of in the spaces on the sides of the building since the protocols were a little unclear (to be fair, we did not contact Cristian about it). There is a busy highway nearby, so there was some noise. We would stay here again.

Excellent Host

Cristian is an excellent host. We arrived at the property about 11:00 PM and VRBO had not sent me the check-in details. Cristian was very responsive and assisted with us getting into the property, even phoning me to ensure we were in. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and bars so it is a good location. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time in San Juan.

Overall, we were very pleased with the comfortable beds and adequate bathrooms. Location was great - we found a new beach everyday! The outdoor seating area is large and spacious.

Familia vacation

There were five of us all adults. The place was small but comfortable. Everybody had a comfortable sleeping area. 3 bedrooms and 3 Queen size beds, plus a sofabed and 2 bathroom with shower. We really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. It was close to the beach and and to the malls, and restaurants.

Baseball Tournament Stay

We were two moms with our kids going to baseball games. The property was clean. Walking distance to beach, groceries and restaurants. We were able to get Ubers very quickly. Felt safe staying there. Not a problem for us, but note there are stairs to get to the apartment. Could be an issue for someone. Host was very responsive. Only had one question when we checked in and he answered quickly.

Best Location in San Juan

The property was perfect for a family of 4. Centrally located, and close to everything, from museums, restaurants, parks, beaches, shopping, and of course, the airport. Besides not having a full-sized oven, the place offered everything you needed for a week's vacation. A plus for us, was the beach towels that were provided, which really came in handy. Cristian was very helpful, especially the first two nights during the city's random blackouts. The property offered a backup generator, that kept us cool during the night and the high heat of the mid-afternoon, and the host was very accommodating to refuel as needed. I can't wait to visit/book again. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are the type that like to blend in with the locals.

Very good Stay

Great stay for the price. Location was convenient to everything. Only 16 minutes to Old San Juan, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Parking could be a little better. There is parking but it’s narrow and you can easily get blocked in. Owner was very responsive when needed. Very good stay. I would recommend.

Santurce Stay

The property was clean, smaller than what we expected for 7 people (my mistake), but the price was great. The neighborhood was ok; however, it was only 10-15 minutes drive to San Juan. The highway was very close by and it can get a bit noisy (but we were gone most of the day). The host (Cristian) was great, he responded right away to any questions we had. He even allowed us to arrive earlier than check-in time!

Wonderful home in the heart of San Juan

We loved being in a home with 3 bedrooms. Loved the balcony to enjoy coffee in the mornings or an evening cocktail. A short drive or within walking distance to excellent restaurants and the beach. We would definitely return.
