Schöner Ort! Charmante, familienfreundliche Wohnung mit Meerblick!

Dies ist ein drittes (oberes) Bodengerät mit einem großen Himmelslicht, das ein offenes Gefühl gibt. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet und verfügt über mehrere Annehmlichkeiten und Upgrades. Es gibt zwei großartige Ausblicke auf das Meer; Einer von einem Hauptschlafzimmer-Balkon und der andere von einem im Innenhof abgeschirmten Wohnbereich. Der gesamte Teppichboden im Wohn-, Ess- und Flurbereich wurde durch Keramikfliesen und Holzfußböden in den Schlafzimmern ersetzt. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein doppeltes Ledersofa aus Leder und wir haben einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel-Hi-Def und einen eingebauten DVD-Player hinzugefügt. Es gibt auch Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel-Service und DVD-Player in allen 3 Schlafzimmern.
Die Küche ist mit neuen Geräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet und für Gäste, die gerne kochen und speisen möchten, bestückt!

Wir sind sehr stolz auf den Zustand unserer Wohnung und möchten, dass alle Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. Bitte lesen Sie die Bewertungen unserer früheren Gäste. Unsere Einheit ist der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub am Strand und befindet sich zwei Blocks von der Main Street im Ocean Drive-Bereich von NMB. Sie können Ihr Auto in der Wohnung abstellen und zum Ocean Drive Pavilion, Arcade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Tanzen und einem reichen Nachtleben gehen.

Aktivitäten (vor Ort und in der Nähe): Ozean, Pools, Hot Tubs, kabelloser High-Speed-Internetzugang, Pavillon, Spielhalle, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Tennis und lokale Pubs befinden sich innerhalb von 2 Blöcken.

Fun time at North Myrtle Beach

We rented unit with three bedrooms that fit our family perfectly. There were plenty of towels and chairs for the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was never crowded even tho it was 4th of July week. I would recommend this unit for anyone with a larger family that wants to have a fun week in North Myrtle Beach

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The owners were very thorough and quick to answer any questions. The property was in a great location with very easy beach access. We will try to stay there again if returning to the area.

Family vacation 2023

This is a great place! The location is perfect, we have teens who could walk up town and they loved it!! Beach and pool are convenient. Even though its on the 3rd floor there is an elevator. This part of the beach is not overly crowded. Three bedrooms and a bathroom for each.... it was perfect for us! Hope to be back next year!

Awesome stay at the beach

This was the first time I have used this site or stayed at a personal owned condo. All the other times we were at a hotel or similar. I don't think I will never do hotels again. Everything was clean and what they listed was there and worked great. The actual community was very nice and everyone was polite. Connie was a pleasure to communicate with and answered any and all questions in a timely manner. This property will definitely be a go to for future vacations if they are at North Myrtle Beach

2016 Vacation

We have stayed in this unit for several years, and we keep coming back. The owners are very nice and transactions always run smoothly. We have never had any issues at all. The condo, is neat, clean and fully equipped for a nice relaxing weeks vacation. We love staying here. The condo is in a great location in North Myrtle Beach, close to Main Street, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, arcade, and a small amusement park. Don't forget to check out Music on the Main, on Thursdays!

Im not even sure how long we have been staying in this unit...The owners are wonderful, and can be reached anytime there is a question or concern. The condo is fab, the location is great.This year we finally headed up the block and went to the stores, bars and small restaraunts, and who can pass having the Golden Griddle just a few blocks away, and now a MELLO MUSHROOM...Ugrades in the unit seem to happen on a regular basis. The unit has all kitchen gadgets needed, all beach items needed. Its just wonderful, and we are going back again this year.....

Home away from home

Our family has stayed in this unit for the last several years. We love, love, love it! The location is great, just a few blocks from Main Street, with the free weekly concerts, and walking distance to the arcade and ice cream shops, not to mention the complex is on the beach. I can't say enough about the owners, they are so friendly and easy to deal with, they truly make you feel like family. We were so excited about all the updgrades inside and out. This is just a wonderful vacation for us. We look forward to Myrtle Beach every year!

We were so happy to return to our SOS home. The extensive remodel with its exterior renovation gives a fresh look with attractive railings and an ocean-view screened porch. The interior has also had modernizing updates from new stainless steel appliances for the kitchen to freshly painted interior walls and new decor. The proximity of the condo to Main Street and our favorite beach clubs is a huge plus. From the beach, to the pool, to the dance floor......this is the place to be. The owners are so considerate and truly make us feel like family.

Great location

We loved the location of this charming unit! It is beach side and really is just a few steps down the stairs and over the sand dunes to the beach - which has lifeguards. The complex has two pools and one is very close to the unit, while the other is just across the street. The unit is only a couple minutes walk to "downtown" North Myrtle where we went to a really lively free concert, which occurs every Thursday night. Great local restaurants and shops are located in the same area. The condo had a lot of light, ocean views and lots of space. The key-less entry was very convenient - no worries about loosing keys! Our kids were thrilled with all the beach toys on hand. Overall, great place to stay with a family.

Location, Location, Location

This condo is located perfectly to everything. Everything is within a short walking distance or a drive time of 5 mins or less. The condo is equipped with anything you will need for the week, from beach supplies all the way down to spices for cooking. Great communication from the owners from the first email all the way down to safety deposit being returned. We will stay here again and recommend this condo to others.

Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful time - the condo was great and we felt at ease as soon as we got there. Very clean and it had everything we needed from cozy recliner couches, comfy beds, kitchen appliances, w/d, extra sheets, nice fluffy towels to beach toys. It is close enough to the NMB pavilion to walk for lunch/dinner and ice cream before stopping in at the local shops and enjoying the arcade and fair (during the summer). We parked the car and took advantage of the beach walks! The condo was just what we were looking for and Connie and Jay are wonderful. We enjoyed the entire vacation and are looking forward to coming back!

Excellent Condo for Any Occasion!

This was our first time renting a condo and using VRBO. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant at first, but Jay and Connie were absolutely EXCELLENT to work with! There was a constant line of communication about what was needed and the timeline in which things take place. As far as the condo goes, the pictures just don't do it justice. It is so much bigger and roomier than the photos portray, although everything was immaculate as it showed in the photos! :) We had an excellent time and can't wait to come back!

Race Day and Relaxation!

Our family had a wonderful time in this super clean and well kept condominium for the Diva Race in North Myrtle Beach. Two blocks from the start line, it was a perfect beginning for a long half marathon! The guys and children were in heaven at the Ocean Drive Pavilion playing in the arcade and shagging to the music...if you love South Carolina, this is the place for you! Take a short drive to Myrtle's Arcade for old time pinball and sightseeing, enjoy the beach just steps away from the house, and drive north to Little River for the best seafood ever! The location is scenic and safe for strolling at night...beach chairs and toys, perfectly stocked kitchen and bar area, TV's in every room...great for racing or relaxation! Thanks so much, Connie and Jay, for sharing your home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Clean comfortable - home away from home. The owners quickly replied to all our inquiries prior to our departure. The condo is nice and close to the beach and we enjoyed many walks down Main street visiting the local attractions. The owners had also emailed us suggestions for activities, places to eat and all that we tried were enjoyable. Very fortunate that the condo was available for our first trip to South Carolina.
