Ideal location, clean and spacious condo

Had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this condo and owners. Location on the ground floor and proximity to both the boardwalk and pools ideal for family. Super convenient check in process and communication with owners. Condo was very spacious and was impressed with the large bathrooms. Amazing time at this resort with fun activities planned for the whole family (pirate show, nighttime glow dance party, and dueling piano)

Best unit in the building!

We have stayed at this condo multiple times. It is clean and convenient and has the best pool/beach access in the building. You can walk right out the patio doors to all amenities. We will be back!

We had a really great time at this condo, i think we will return for next year family reunion. Since its the bottom floor, i think it will be great to see a foot cleaner on the porch area. It . The Condo has everything what you need 😉

Family beach trip

We loved our stay at Waterscape. The ground floor unit was so convenient with little ones. We were very close to the pools and the beach. We loaded our wagon and only had a short walk to the beach. The condo was comfortable and spacious. The only thing we had to buy was a big pot for boiling shrimp. I am sure it’s hard to keep units stocked with everything. Otherwise, it was perfect. We will definitely stay in this unit again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break Paradise

This is our 3rd year in a row reserving this condo for Spring Break! We love the easy access to the beach, set up for our family, and easy of communication with management. We will be staying here again next year!

Wonderful As Always

We stayed in B104 for the second time (5th time renting a costal vibe property at Waterscape) and it was wonderful. It's our favorite location (near pool, beach, grills, parking). Our kids look forward to our stay every year and we'll keep coming back!

Perfect beach and pool access

We loved our stay in this room. It was at the end close to the beach so we didn’t have to walk far which was great especially with younger kids. The rooms were decently cleaned but could use a really good deep clean. Some kitchen items we needed were missing but overall we enjoyed this condo unit. Management was always easy to reach if needed. We’ve already booked this same room for next year

AMAZING

B104 was an amazing condo to rent. Great proximity to unload your car, enter the pool area, as well as walk to the beach. This condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc.

Great location

The location is perfect! I gave a lower score on cleanliness due to the shower still having writing on the walls, I suppose from a previous guest, and underneath the dresser in the bunk room. The sink did seem to have an odor when the water was turned on, not sure if a previous guest put something down the drain on accident? Otherwise we loved our stay. Would definitely go back

Super Spring Break

We travel to Florida every year for spring break and enjoy Waterscape condos. We had such a great time last year we were excited to reserve the condo again this year. The location is amazing, this condo is clean, and ready early, and communication with the owners is always attended to in a timely manner. We can't say enough great things, just please don't ask for our dates - we are currently working to reserve for next year!

Very easy to book. Very easy check in done all on phone. ✔️ Beautiful Waterscape Resort. Nice appliances. Brand NEW water heater. Good temp control system. All cooking utensils furnished. It was Feb 12-18, 2023. Still cool so my wife made hot cocoa and baked home made cookies. Wonderful week. Mattress slept really good. Condo owners were great. Have fun everyone ENJOY.

Wonderful stay!

We had the pleasure of renting condo B104 at Waterscape. We have visited Waterscape the past five years and had a different condo each time.. B104 is our new favorite. We will be renting it for our yearly trip from here on. The cleanliness of the room matched with location to pool and beach cannot be matched!

Great location!

We have stayed at Waterscape previously but this unit was incredible! The proximity to the beach and the pools, along with being a ground unit set this above others. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and exactly as pictured. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Wonderful Trip

The property was awesome. One of the best we have been at in fort walton. We def plan to go again and if we can’t get this room we will look for another 1st floor room. Walking out the back door going straight to the pool and beach was the best convienance of all. Can’t speak much for the room didn’t spend much time in there. It was very clean as promised, loved the 3 bathrooms having kids. Everything you would need in the kitchen was there. The owner seemed very friendly and on top of things. Waterscape is perfect for children. Every person there had kids. The pools were great, the restraunt bar was convienant. Guys on beach we’re nice and ready to explain the rules with the chairs and kayaks. Couldn’t ask for more and beach was gorgeous. We plan to return this year

First time at waterscape

Pluses:Location of room B104 was outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent, both inside and outside. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beach area was first class. Bit of a walk to parking but carts were always available. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance except donut stores and grocery store. Water in pools was clean and chlorinated. Minuses: one of the door holders in the fridge was broken. Refridge light was burned out. Latches on doors all need to be repaired (couldn’t lock them). GFI outlet on porch wouldn’t work or reset. No “kitchen scissors” could be located. No brushes for outside grills but they were cleaned spotless every morning. Overall: outstanding experience. Loved it. Just wish the Gulf water had cooperated. Sea grass was a big letdown.

Once Again Wonderful

This was our third time booking with CVB and our second time staying at Waterscape B104 and once again we had a wonderful vacation! All communication with CVB was smooth and and prompt and the check in/check out process couldn't be easier. B104 is an incredibly convenient condo with the pool, grill, and path to beach right outside the patio door. The condo was clean and welcoming! The resort also does a fabulous job keeping the grounds and pool area cleaned and kept! We can't wait to return!
