Cute and very quiet location.

I loved the engineered hard wood flooring. I noticed when looking for a location, some had carpet in the main living areas. The chalet was very clean and the set up was very nice! Large screen TV and all the basic necessities. We will definitely be back.

Super convenient

Kinda booked this last minute to meet with friends . Process was super easy . No surprises. House was immaculate. The Creekside setting was a nice surprise and made the deck experience very enjoyable . I would stay here again .

Very poor communication - Nice condo

Pros-The home is adorable and has a cute deck with a creek that runs behind it. The kids loved playing out there and catching frogs. The community, bike paths and all surrounding are beautiful. Cons- first day I called Vacasa to ask how we get into the pools and they said there should be pool keys at the house, which there weren’t. Also there were zero instructions. They said to give them 10 minutes and we would be able to get in. Nobody ever called back, so one day down and no pool. I have three children so you can imagine the disappointment. Next morning I called again and they said they would have someone call me, because they didn’t know how to get into the pool. A women called who claimed to be the property manager and said I should have received an email about it, which I did not. In fact the only email I received day 2 was how to check out. Not very inviting. She then said, oh sorry I just got handed this property yesterday. No empathy, no how can I make this better. She said I could go to the rec center and get my pool keys. We went to the rec center to another disappointment, whatever had been entered was incorrect so we still couldn’t get the passes. I called the property manager again who just said, can you hand the phone to lady at the pool. The manager at the pool said she would educate her on how to input the passes correctly. The pool manager eventually got everything corrected. I never did here back from the property manager. We were only here for a very short weekend only 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have these this ready upon arrival. The communication was so poor and there is zero instructions regarding anything about the rec centers and accessibility. Hopefully they can get it together for the next guest as this place has so much potential.

Very Accomodating

This place had everything we needed and then some. I especially appreciated all the pans, bowls and dishes we needed for cooking. It was clean and had lots of room. The resort is beautiful with plenty to do or nothing at all.

Eagle Crest Stay

Excellent!

We just returned from staying here for 7 nights, it was GREAT. My family of 4 used it as a base camp for our daily adventures of rock climbing at smith rock, Mtn biking at sisters and Phil’s, and skiing at bachelor. This place is very spacious, solid, and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, hot tub was awesome, and we would definitely go back. No complaints, very reasonable price.

Clean but not clean

Surfaces and general areas were very clean. But every time we opened a drawer or a cupboard in the kitchen it was full of crumbs and sticky dishes. We had to wash almost everything we wanted to use before we could even use it. Kind of a bummer. Everything else was great.

Great cabin with a few issues

This cabin was the perfect size with a perfect layout and was nicely furnished. We really loved all the wood and the cabin feel. There were lots of games, which we enjoyed. Everything was comfortable and I would give it 5 stars except for a few issues. I'm docking one star because of the weak wifi. We had stayed at a Vacasa home in Sunriver a month earlier and were able to do remote school and work easily. The wifi here was so slow that my two kids were in tears because they couldn't keep up in class. Videos and photos wouldn't load. While the king bed was comfortable, it squeaked terribly. Nice larger room though with plenty of storage. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need including a griddle, toaster oven and a waffle iron. But a lot of the mixing bowls were dirty and the waffle iron had quite a bit of batter mix stuck to it. However, I would blame the previous renters more than the house cleaners for this issue as they probably put them in the cupboards that way. We had to call Vacasa twice during the trip. While they were very quick and helpful in responding, it would have been nice not to have to call in the first place. --We loved using the hot tub, and it worked great, but there was a lock on it. We searched everywhere and couldn't find the combo. So I called late at night and the were able to give it to us. --The first night we tried to grill, the grill was out of propane, and we didn't realize it until we were all very hungry and ready to grill. However, Vacasa came to replace it within an hour. We were grateful Vacasa was quick to resolve these issues. Overall, if we ever were to come back to Eagle Crest, we would stay in this cute cabin but only if we didn't need a strong wifi signal.

Seriously disappointed

Seriously disappointed. We will never rent through Vacasa again. House seriously in need of repair of several things. Hot tub has a leak and damage underneath it. The fireplace is out of order and taped up looking very trashy. The gate to hot tub needs to be repaired along with other parts of the hot tub surrounding area. The railing is about to separate from the porch and not very sturdy. Porch needs to be refinished. Outside furniture is run down and raggedy. The house was okay cleanwise, but the sheets and towels are very rough. I did not want to wipe our child's face as the wash clothes were so rough it hurt the face. The view from the deck is okay, although picture is deceiving. You look right out onto another house that is right past the stream. Local management never contacted me as they were suppose to about the hot tub situation. They did refund us the hot tub portion of the rental, but it is the only thing the kids asked to have in our house.

Comfort issues

The upstairs King bed was terrible. The sheets were almost like sandpaper and the cheap bedframe squeaked every time you moved. The carpet downstairs was stained badly. Those items detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Good location.

Needs New Appliances & A Thorough Cleaning

Oven & Stovetop were not fully functional. Only one burner worked partially. The dishwasher did not work at all. The queen bed downstairs had dirt and grime from previous guests and the sheets had not been washed prior to our arrival. The WiFi was very slow. There was blood on twin bed’s pillow case.
