Our two families stayed here. We come often to Grayton. We loved this place. It’s well stocked and well-cared for. It’s comfortable and the pool is great.

Relaxing stay at Modern Magnolia

Our family had the best time at Modern Magnolia. MM has every amenity to make your stay relaxing. The pool was outstanding and it was a short walk to the beach. The outdoor area and grill was perfect for cooking out while the kids enjoyed the pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect accommodations

We went as a family of 8. Children ages 8-15. The home was beautiful and had all of the amenities you would hope for on a beach vacation. The pool was a plus for the children as well as the bicycles. The location to the beach was wonderful!

There are definitely some aspects that could use some attention (cleanliness in the bathrooms, space that pets can escape from around the fence by front gate, extra blankets for lounging, the television by the pool still didn’t work this year, ice makers run out of ice quickly and take awhile to refill). Overall we enjoy it because it is one of the few places that has a pool and accepts pets.

The home was very clean upon arrival. Comfortable beds and linens! We had 3 families with young children, so the enclosed fence and pool area were perfect for us. Also, just a short walk to the beach and some amazing restaurants. Grayton Beach is such a cool area that doesn't feel overcrowded. Would definitely stay here again!

The househassverything you need and then some. Kids and grownups both loved relaxing inside and enjoying the pool. Definitely suggest a golf cart and taking advantage of the concierge service to schedule any extras (boogie boards, chairs on the beach etc) in advance.

Beach Perfection!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked through the front door until the morning we "unfortunately" had to check-out, Modern Magnolia of Grayton never failed to deliver!! We've rented some nice beach homes over the years. But without a doubt, this was our all-time favorite. The outdoor kitchen, fenced in backyard with a pool and the fact that our dog Boomer was able to tag along made this trip an unforgettable one!! We are very hopeful to return to this exact place next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Modern Magnolia is a fabulous property! So beautiful, modern and sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor eating area. It was a great place to hang out and just enjoy each other. Everyone commented on the luxurious feeling of the bedding. It was very comfortable, soft and cool. Grayton Beach is absolutely gorgeous. . .just like Modern Magnolia!

Awesome Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st time to stay in a house at the beach and our 1st stay in Grayton, compared to staying in a condo. We loved the house and all the extra amenities! It is tastefully decorated with extra upgrades. We had the pool heated and enjoyed swimming at night with the fire pit and dinner cooking on the grill. The kids loved the bikes and the quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and explored all the little seaside towns of 30A!! The house was plenty big for our family of 11!

Perfect in every way!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend this home and location... Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, bike path, grocer, shops and restaurants. Kid friendly, large bedrooms, full stocked kitchen and a huge highlight with the kids was the outdoor changing room, TV and covered table when it got too hot in the sun. On cool nights we enjoyed the Fire pit and also loved the shallow portion of the pool for our littlest swimmers. Royal Destinations was AMAZING before during and after our stay... any issues we had (nothing major) or questions were answered and let with promptly.
