Just perfect!

We enjoyed it so much. There is no better location for access to Dale Hollow State Park. The house is beautifully decorated, top quality furniture decorations and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Definitely recommend this place and hope to return!

Not as nice as pictures portray

Furnishings and flooring in poor repair. Smelled of mold. We were unable to stay there and found other accommodations. It would be a tight fit for 16 people. Not as nice as the pictures portray. The kitchen and bath was nice enough. The rest in poor repair. The owner did take care of his part of the refund but was a very stressful start to our trip. Luckily, we found different accommodations. I am still waiting on the rest of my refund from VRBO.

Annual Family Trip

We rented this home as it seemed it would accommodate our large group and it certainly did. We had a great time and everything went well. The listing was accurate, home larger than it looked on the outside and fit us all well. We had a couple of very minor issues and Todd/Owner addressed them immediately, the minor issues were of no fault to him or his service but he was prompt and handled it. I would recommend him and his property to anyone and will likely book again. Until next year!

Great rental and setting

The property was clean, well kept, and secluded overlooking pasture with horses and woods. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Exactly what we were looking for. Everything we needed was included with the rental (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, toilet paper, paper towels, fish cleaning station, and other amenities). The owner was easily reached for questions.

Short trip to the lake

We came to spend the week at the lake, and the location was perfect. A 5 minute drive to the marina, and a chance to see lots of wildlife on the way. The house was roomy, and allowed us to spread out in the evenings.

Cabin at Dale Hollow

Was at Dale Hollow fishing with my buddies. This was a perfect place to stay just outside of the State Park. Had a good driveway to store the boat. Not a luxury house, but exactly what we were looking for for a fishing weekend. The owner was great as well.

Christmas reunion

We had a great time. My mother and her sister connected for first time this year. Normal times would be three times a year. The house was stocked perfect and location to a state park was so close we could walk. The owner was a great host and would like to thank him for our stay.

Perfect for fishermen

Lots of room to park, fully furnished, and very close to state park ramp made this and obvious choice for us. Owner bent over backwards to accommodate us on our trip. Plenty of room for 3 boats and trucks to park. We couldn’t have ask for a better location and the beds were very comfortable!10/10 would stay again

Location is perfect!

Enjoying some fishing and golf at Dale Hallow? If so this is the only place you need to stay at. It is literally right outside to park entrance. It was nicely appointed and stocked. Very clean and the outside space can't be beat. Fantastic views! Todd was easy to work with and communication was prompt. We will definitely be back!

We are just a city block distance from the Dale Hollow State Park entrance and we offer a free boat slip at the Marina located Approx. 2 miles through the Park. We offer peaceful lodging on 8.5 acres with plenty of room for parking and trailers. In the Spring of 2024 we renovated and replaced all of the furnishings from 2017. New waterproof flooring was installed throughout the house. Interior was painted throughout and 2 larger toilets were installed along with many other cosmetic changes. New furnishings and decorations as well as linens, kitchenware Etc. were purchased. Electric Reclining Sectional on main floor with large kitchen table for Eight. 2 tables are located just outside the kitchen for Eight in carport area next to the large Weber Propane grill purchased in 2023. Additional chairs are on back deck. The Couch in the basement is a Queen hideaway bed for extra sleeping options.

One of the closest if not the closest vacation property to the entrance of Dale Hollow State Park. The Park is less than a city block from our property. We sit on a side road next to the Park entrance. Plenty of parking space and open ground to easily maneuver your trailer(s) and park multiple vehicles. FREE 12Ft. x 24Ft. COVERED SLIP at the State Park Marina included with your stay! Fishermen there is an electric hook-up in the Carport and a stainless steel fish cleaning station on the property. Peaceful surroundings after a great day boating, fishing or golfing with a beautiful sunset that sets over the length of our 8.5 Acre Pasture while you are grilling or enjoying a peaceful evening. There are three different areas to entertain. Adults can enjoy the outdoors under the wrap around porch/carport area, or watch TV on the main floor while the kids can wind down and enjoy TV or just hanging out downstairs in the basement.
