Das Blue Crab Cottage am 74 Forest Drive ist geräumig und offen mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 1/2 Bädern und einem Zimmer in Carolina. Es liegt zentral in Sea Pines im privaten Viertel Greenwood Forest. Unser zweites Zuhause ist neu renoviert und neu eingerichtet, um Ihren Urlaub eine komfortable und entspannende Flucht aus der Realität zu machen! Ca. 1,6 km von wunderschönen Privatstränden und einer schönen 5 bis 8-minütigen Radtour zum Sea Pines Beach Club entfernt. Unser Haus ist der perfekte Ort für alles, was Sea Pines zu bieten hat. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten und ein Schlafzimmer hat zwei große Betten. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem TV und luxuriöser Bettwäsche ausgestattet, einschließlich einer sauberen Bettbezug für jeden neuen Gast. Es gibt ein großes großes Zimmer und eine neu renovierte Küche mit Sitzecke. Es gibt auch ein gemütliches Carolina-Zimmer mit einem 65-Zoll-TV, der für einen zusätzlichen Schlafbereich genutzt werden kann. Die Waschküche ist riesig und kann alle Ihre Badetücher und Spielzeug aufnehmen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer Gartenbadewanne, seinen und ihren Waschtischen und einem großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das hintere Deck ist mit einem Propangasgrill ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 Fahrräder für Erwachsene, wenn Sie diese während Ihres Aufenthalts nutzen möchten. Wenn Sie lieber Fahrräder mieten möchten, finden Sie in der Nähe unseres Hauses einen Fahrradverleih. Wir haben auch 4 Liegen und 2 Tennisschläger. Wir stellen Ihnen bis zu zwei Fahrzeugausweise für Ihren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung, die Ihnen vor Ihrer Ankunft per Post zugesandt werden. (Kein Schlangestehen, um Ihre Pässe nach einem langen Fahrtag abzuholen! ) Das Viertel Greenwood Forest ist eine ruhige, private, haustierfreundliche Gemeinde mit einem Gemeinschaftspool, Tennisplätzen, einem Spielplatz für Anwohner und Gäste sowie Radwegen, die nach Harbour Town, zu Restaurants, Stränden und Jachthäfen führen.

Another Lovely HHI Vacation

This was our 15th summer in a row staying in HHI for our family vacation. Our children our young adults and they've grown up exploring the island, as well as staying in many different homes. We really enjoyed this home and working with Tina. She was accommodating, responsive and super friendly. The home was beautifully appointed, spacious and in a super location. So grateful for everything that this home added to our stay in HHI this year!

Beautiful home with all the accoutrements!

6 adults and a baby. The home was beautifully decorated and loved having so many rooms to spread out in. Played games in the dining room and ate meals at the kitchen table because the view was so pretty. Every kitchen gasket you could need down to a colander and a lemon squeezer! The owners were so very helpful, from renting bikes to a pack n play. It’s true if you forget your pass for the car you’ll have to buy another. But it can’t be used to get a fishing license. Need the blue pass so don’t forget it! Beds and linens were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Plenty of fab pillows. So close to the pool too which was nice and a good alternative to getting the baby in the water. Thanks for a memorable and fun vacation!

Beautiful, cozy home--perfect for a family beach getaway!

We took our family of 5 (kids ages 10-16) to HHI for the week and stayed in this lovely home. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Our favorite parts of the house were the three separate living areas and the extremely well-stocked kitchen. Everyone had space to go where they wanted to read, watch TV, or play games on quiet mornings or rainy days. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need--crock pot, air fryer, coffee maker, Keurig, all the gadgets, utensils, dishes and food storage. The laundry room is spacious and gave us extra space to store things for the week. The house has games, books, extra blankets, plus great TV's so there's no chance of boredom for kids. The house also has extra beach chairs and a few other beach items in storage, in case you need them. All of these little details made our stay very comfortable. The only critique we really have is that the beds and pillows were just okay, but that is a very minor issue. The homeowner was great with communication and helped to make our week even better. We highly recommend this home and were very sad to leave. One small detail that we would have found helpful in a review is the beach access--riding bikes to the beach felt very long, even to the closest beach access point at boardwalk 26. The Beach Club is the only place you can park a car, and it is so nice, but it gets crowded. The beach access just felt complicated. But overall, this house is amazing!!

My family loved our week in Sea-pines. Everything was perfect! This was our 26 summer coming to HH and we had never stayed in sea pines, we are all in agreement it’s our favorite of all the places and years! Our home was great and very clean. We had perfect weather! We will definitely be back!

Nice House and Great Neighborhood

Stayed with my family of 7 for a week (our 15+ year tradition of coming to HHI), the house was very nice as well as the neighborhood! The interior is very charming and comfortable. We cooked a few meals throughout the week, the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was organized and timely with check-in information and gate passes and also very friendly! Great rental!

Beautiful house!

Tina's house is beautifully decorated and laid out. We were two couples who had more than enough room. Location was great. Very quiet. Would easily stay there again. Highly recommend a restaurant called Coast. Right on the beach. Great food and drinks.

I can not say enough good things about this house it is perfect. It is always well kept and spotless. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My family has stayed in this house for the last three years in Hilton Head. If you have not stayed in Sea Pines when you go to Hilton Head you are missing out and this is the best house in a great neighborhood.

Great Hilton Head Stay

We enjoyed a week with friends in this beautiful home. It was very clean and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The owner, Tina, provided a welcoming basket as well as being quick to respond to my communications both before and during our stay. It was especially nice that we could bring our dog and baby gates and crates are provided. The home and stay were exceptional and I highly recommend this property.

FAMILY TIME!

My husband and I came last spring and stayed here and were so excited to return. We celebrated Thanksgiving and again the house and the location did not disappoint. It's a great walk to the beach and the bike trails in Sea Pines are the best. The home is comfortable and had several spaces for people to break off and not feel like we were on top of each other. Great working kitchen with everything we needed. Will definitely return. The house was clean and furnished beautifully.

Family Fall Beach Trip

What an awesome experience, the property is gorgeous, spacious, beautifully decorated, perfectly positioned between Harbor Town and South Beach for nice bicycle rides and walks and the home has everything to make us comfortable — with many spaces to come together or spend quiet time alone. The most impressive accommodation from the owners was their communication from day 1 to provide all the details and respond to every question with prompt responses and helpful information. And to top it off a beautifully curated welcome basket full of thoughtful and generous gifts. We definitely want to return here year after year! Loved everything about this property and the wonderful owners!!

Perfection!

I am a RN, that also worked direct ICU during the covid pandemic, I had not been in a vacation since the start of this nightmare. I had been coming to HHI for the last 24 years and it was ala tradition I did with my 3 children! They are now all adults (23,21,18). Personally I couldn’t wait to get back here! I came across Tina’s home on VRBO! I was pulled back to it over and over again. The first draw was all the beautiful natural light this home offers! It’s a ranch home and has an amazing floor plan! Everyone still had privacy when they wanted it. We never felt like we were on top of each other or completing for bathrooms! This home is just magically perfect! The subdivision is clean, quiet and well maintained! Everything you need was available in this home! They had beach chairs, boggey boards, cooler and bicycles for us to use. Another huge bonus was a hose to rinse everything off from returning from beach which we used daily! The back porch and Carolina room were a favorite for all of us! Let’s talk bedrooms! All 3 are huge and the mattresses were all very comfortable, as a travel nurse this is huge for me and I was so excited for amazing mattresses, soft bedding and fluffy pillows!!! Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home we will definitely be back to stay at the Blue Crab Cottage! Tina is amazing to work with she is fast in responding and was always available! Thanks Tina we had so much fun and it felt like home away from home!!!! The Smith Family, New Albany OH GO BUCKEYES!!!
