Dieser Kanal ist mit Rotbarsch, Snook und Snapper geladen. Unser Haus hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren stressfreien Urlaub zu genießen. Alles wurde renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Wir befinden uns am 1. Kanal vor dem Golf von Mexiko in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Nur eine kurze 5 Minuten Fahrt zum Strand und Spielplatz. Dort finden Sie ein paar lustige und leckere Restaurants.

Der Blick auf den Golf von den Hauptteilen des Hauses lässt Sie unsere schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Gasgrill ist bereit und wartet auf Sie, um Ihre Mahlzeiten auf der riesigen Terrasse mit Deckenventilatoren zu genießen, um Sie kühl zu halten.

Das Haus hat alles neu. Klimaanlage, Badezimmer, Warmwasserbereiter, Deckenventilatoren und SS-Geräte. Sehr sauber und ordentlich wie ein Stift. Die Küche wurde entworfen, um gemütlich zu sitzen und Ihre Mahlzeiten zu genießen, während Sie die Aussicht auf das Wasser genießen.

Klare Wasser direkt vom Dock zum Schwimmen mit dem Delfin und beobachten Seekühe. Wenn das nicht Ihr Ding ist, kotzen Sie Ihre Angelschnur und probieren Sie die vielen Fischarten für Ihr Abendessen.

Es gibt ein fantastisches schwimmendes Dock für Sie, um die Kajaks zu starten oder Ihr Boot zu behalten und zu den ruhigen Golfgewässern zu gehen.

Die Garage für 1 Auto kann Ihre Wasserspielzeuge, Golfschläger oder andere Spielzeuge aufnehmen, die Sie mitbringen.

Viel zu tun in der Gegend. Restaurants und Bars gibt es im Überfluss. Die Einheimischen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Not just a rental. "A home away from home". The House was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The owner was very hands on to make sure our stay was perfect. Great Gulf Coast Visit

After a long day of driving, it was nice to enter a clean and inviting home. The home was every bit as nice as advertised. We ended up cooking several meals at the home and found the kitchen well stocked with essential needs (pot, pans, dishes). Our last evening, we grilled steaks from a local butcher and enjoyed dinner on the outside deck with a beautiful view of the sun setting over the gulf. April was very thorough with communication. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Outshines Them All

Gulf Breeze exceeded all our expectations. The home was immaculate and stocked with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. No detail, large or small, was forgotten. We had a wonderful time on our short trip to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The host April was quick to respond to any issues that arose and the home is lovely and comfy. We did a dolphin cruise in Tarpon that was fun and hit the sponge docks too.

Amazing stay

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. I would definitely recommend this place for a family as they stocked it well with toys and necessary essentials for kiddos. Fantastic!

We very much enjoyed our time! Great house with a surprisingly large, modern kitchen and floor plan. So many small touches made this a special place! Relaxing waterfront getaway

We had a great time at this property! Spacious, clean and we'll stocked with things needed to have a group there. Lovely home and host

April sets the bar for vacation rentals with her home. The house is so cute, and she has seen to all of the little details that makes a stay relaxing. Her recommendations were perfect from the restaurants to the best grocery store. Having the fenced patio and dog run gives the extra peace of mind you need if you have kiddos or fur babies. If you have kiddos this place is the one you want, it even has toys for them! The neighborhood was so peaceful to stroll through and watch a sunset. The host is as lovely as her home!

Beautiful House is perfect for a getaway! House has a beautiful deck in the back yard that is fenced in and has a nice floating dock on a deep water canal directly off the gulf that has clean clear water that you can swim in. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Getaway 2020

We were very satisfied with the rental unit for the 25 days we were there. It was spacious and were impressed with the large kitchen area. It was nice to have an enclosed lanai as well as the open deck for sunning and barbecuing. April made contact by text to make sure everything was as expected. Would consider it again if we decide to come back to Florida next year.

Great home with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico!

The house was immaculate when we checked in. It has all the amenities we could have hoped for, and then some ... to include (2) kayaks, (2) beach bikes, fishing gear & tackle, a crab trap, a box of toys on the lanai for young children, extra linens & towels, and all of the cooking utensils and spices we needed to enjoy cooking and eating at home! We enjoyed fishing from the dock each day with our children & grandchildren. We caught several pinfish, catfish, and a few keeper-sized mangrove snapper. A friend of mine who lives nearby was able to easily navigate his 25ft boat into the canal from the Gulf and moor up to the floating dock. The neighborhood was very quiet and the few people we saw while taking walks or biking were very friendly. April was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we may have had. I give April and "Sea Ranch On The Gulf" an A+ rating and my strongest recommendation to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the west central gulf coast of Florida without all of the commercialism of places like Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us, April! We hope to visit again next year!

April's property was amazing down to the very last detail.

We loved our stay here. April has the house decorated beautiful. Each room had a special touch. The view from the amazing back porch was gorgeous. We loved having our coffee in the screened in room. Wonderful Home Away from Home!

Just came back from this wonderful home with many pleasant memories. The home is as described in other reviews - fully equipped with anything and everything you could need. There were plenty of toiletries, kitchen items, kayaks, coolers and bicycles! The sunsets are beautiful and can be viewed on the deck or a walk over to the next street. I would highly recommend a stay at this centrally located home in Hudson, Florida!

Perfectly Perfect!!!

This home is a resort home--not just a vacation rental. The location at the end of a quiet canal facing the Gulf couldn't be better, and 3 sets of glass doors in the home assure the outdoors comes inside to be enjoyed day and night. We have been renting coastal homes for over 15 years and spent more time outside here than we ever have. The neighborhood is open, breezy and a wonderful area to walk any time of day or evening, and the sunsets are breathtaking. There are 3 living spaces to enjoy with this home, all beautifully furnished, and EVERYTHING is provided for your comfort and any activity you wish to pursue. The home is SO CLEAN AND FRESH, and so well decorated with a tasteful beach theme. We really appreciated the wonderful soft, fresh smelling water, the good light over the bathroom vanities, the safely fenced yard for our little dogs, the full size washer and dryer, and all the extra touches provided for guests that make your stay a little extra special. Everything in this home is new or newer, of high quality and well maintained. April and her husband are wonderful to work with, and really care that you enjoy your stay, having provided great information on the area, including many tasty eateries that we certainly enjoyed more than once. They respond quickly to any questions, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. There are no surprises with this home, except that you will have an even better time than you had planned!!!

First of all dealing with April was wonderful. The house was more than my wife and I expected. All the amenities were there, it was like having our own vacation home. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils. Sitting on the deck with a cocktail and watching the sunset over the gulf was extremely relaxing. My husband Ralph and I are Florida residents since 1979. We have always loved the water and can not seem to get away from it here in Florida. We currently live on the intracoastal in Palm Beach County. Our plans are to move to this house when we retire, as our daughter and her family live nearby. As time goes on we will be adding landscaping and more goodies to the house. Until then, please enjoy our little paradise on the Gulf.

Also available are 2 kayaks, 2 bikes,(after 8/10/2018) some fishing equipment and a crab trap.

2 Extra guests are permitted. There is a $25 per person per night. An easy fill queen size airbed and bedding is available. Please contact me for more information. I recommend it for children as there is no dedicated space or private room for the bed itself.

The wildlife in the sea and in the air is wonderful. Many days of watching the manatees and dolphin swim and play in your backyard canal. Swim in the clear water right off the dock.(Please be mindful of the manatees as it it illegal to touch them or feed them).
