Wonderful location and property

We had a wonderful stay while our son played baseball at IMG academy. Property was just as described. We also traveled with our two labs and the property was very dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Unexpected extras included a coffee bar complete with a variety of coffee, tea, creamers and oatmeal. Also the showers had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. Clean property in a safe and beautiful area. About a 30 minute walk to downtown restaurants. Nice outdoor area to relax with grill and hammock. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and highly recommend. My husband wants to add the the water pressure was amazing.

very comfortable home near downtown Bradenton

This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood near downtown Bradenton. This home is very comfortable and extremely well stocked including a "coffee bar" with numerous selections of K-cups. We drink coffee in the morning and after dinner so this was a special treat. There is a Publix grocery as well as many good restaurants. Anna Marie Island is just across the bridge and you can find just about any activity you can think of for all different age groups. I think it would make a great family vacation and staying in this house with the big back yard including a large sitting area and dining area would be cost effective compared with hotel or resort rates. Thanks to Taylor for his prompt communication and easy access.

Very quiet neighborhood. We were close to the beach and State College of Florida softball stadium which is the reason for our visit. We enjoyed morning walks along the river.

Great location, lovely home, terrific host!

The river district is a quiet, friendly neighborhood that is centrally located. We had easy access to GT Bray park, Robinson Preserve, downtown, and the beach (but leave early to avoid traffic!). Taylor was responsive and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. A great time and a great place!

Long weekend in Bradenton

Casa del Rio was lovely - bright, clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee set up. The host was very accommodating.and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to Bradenton's downtown. All in all a very nice stay!

Fantastic Home!

We loved this VRBO! It was clean, homey, very well decorated and well-appointed. I had a question for the host and it was promptly and nicely answered. We brought our dog and the fenced yard and outdoor space was great! Nice short walk to the river. Huge bonus that they have direct TV, which is rare in a rental these days.

Perfect for our needs

We were having some construction done on our house in the area, we needed a place to stay and truly live, and bring our pets. This was perfect! Fenced yard and double car driveway, easy in and out and close to Manatee Ave but not too close.

Great week

The house was very clean, was well-stocked with basics and also had many extras in the kitchen and elsewhere (iron w/ ironing board). We didn't use the washer and dryer but it was nice to know they were there. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, plus streaming subscriptions for use by the renters is a nice touch.

Convenient location.

We really loved this place , it was very conveniently located to both the beach and golf. The place was very clean and accommodated 4,-adults very well. Communication with owner was 5 stars. We would for sure come back. My only suggestion for the house is stock the house better with coffee and add a few extra pots and pans. The few spice Keurig pods were not what we were expecting when it was advertised as having a full coffee bar.

Fantastic Sister Get-away

Found this gem for a spontaneous trip to Bradenton to celebrate a sister's birthday. Taylor was quick to finalize the reservation and send instructions. The house was absolutely PERFECT!! We are very particular with cleanliness and this place exceeded our expectations! The pictures you see are 100% accurate. The house was well equipped that we did not need to go to the store for any supplies. The coffee/tea bar was a wonderful bonus! Taylor was incredibly responsive when we had questions. In the future, each one of us would rent this property again! Thank you for a fabulous time!

Awesome stay!

We loved the house. It was very clean and accommodating for a family of four. I liked the location to everything in Bradenton/Sarasota areas. It’s a short 15 minute drive to manatee beach which was one of our favorites. We also visited Lido Key and Siesta Key. We definitely enjoyed the back yard sitting area as well. Tyler was very nice and accommodating with any and all questions I had. We appreciated all of the comforts of home as well. Nice updated TV’s, excellent wifi, and provided soaps. We are very thankful as well for being allowed to use some of the beach equipment from the garage like chairs and coolers! My wife also wanted to make sure I mentioned how much she liked the coffee/tea station in the kitchen. That was an added amenity that we’ve never seen in another house. Thank you again and if we’re back in the area, we’ll be staying here!

A private fenced-in yard with a large wrap-around deck crowned with a gazebo "tiki hut" looks like something straight out of a magazine. Upon stepping into the home, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and impressive, professionally-designed interiors.
