Wonderful holiday getaway

The house was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. It felt like a high-end vacation with all the special touches, like the spa like showers and modern kitchen, yet very affordable. We will definitely book this house again.

Unique!

I enjoyed an amazing stay in this home! So different from any home I've ever been in. The pool was perfect every day, all day. Great neighborhood for runners, nice quiet streets. I stayed alone and felt safe and secure the entire time.

Very Updated and Modern Home

We are building in the area so this was a great location for a visit. It is also a great location to visit North to Venice or South Cape Coral, with a quick drive to the Marina! We contacted the owner and were very impressed with the quick responses and support we received! The home is immaculate with all the necessities needed for a great stay!

Private Contemporary Shangri La !

Home was very clean and much like a Spa Hotel, and very open like a Loft. My husband and i had stayed at a VRBO rental the week before, which was a big home with pool and canal, we needed a stay for 3 days as the other home had been booked. We had decided on this home as it was about the only home not booked for our dates. We Loved It and said we wish we had have booked this home for the whole time. This home had a romantic flair to it and was very private. The pool area was just like a spa and so relaxing. Rain showers and exercise bike and a pool table, great sound system, Big televisions and relaxing sofas and a kitchen (no oven) everything anyone would need. We are not spring chickens in our 60s and felt like this home offered a small paradise for us to rekindle romance and enjoy quality time together. The owner was very accommodating and reached out to us to check on stay and see if we were satisfied with everything. Location was great and convenient to stores and just about anywhere you need to go. We will definitely rent again in the future when in the area.

The property was gorgeous, clean and inviting. Only thing we needed was food. Just make sure the water is circulating in the pool in order to keep it sanitized. Would definitely rent again.

NYC style loft very open if you have another couple better be besties! Lol. Overall, great location. Loved the open concept. Comfortable bed. Everything that you need except an oven, but on vacation who really wants to cook?! Julio was very responsive to any questions. Nice pool and hot tub.

A welcome break from the snow and cold

At first, I was a little concerned about the location but it turned out to be a short drive to the beach and to Hammond Stadium – our main reasons for going. The patio and pool were great. In fact, everything was great! Thanks Julio.

Relaxing stay

The house was described in VRBO was exactly what we found to be true. The house is off of Burnt Store Rd equal distance to Cape Coral to the south or punta Gorda to the north. Excellent location for us. The house was clean and completely ready for our arrival. The Heated pool was fantastic. Neighbors were also great. Only challenge for someone renting for an extended stay might be the fact that there is no stove. We used the grill for pizza etc. quiet relaxing neighborhood.

Very modern house

Great property in a quiet location. Fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans for stove top or outside grill cooking. (there is no oven). We enjoyed all the modern amenities of this lovely house. I would ask for instructions on how to turn the heat on in the pool as we did not figure it out until the last day.

Vacation resort with peace and quiet pool

This Vrbo is as described. It is s very new and modern home leading to your private pool and lounge space. Mr. Sanchez is very much on top of things and responds immediately should there be a need. The home is well equipped with all the cooking gear and a nice grill for cooking outside. I would recommend this place for couples and young families. It is great for a couple looking for privacy. Nice relaxing stay!

Waooooo

The title say it all, is this really a house?, I did not feel like an stranger in someone also house because it looks more like a hotel inside and out, but it has a kitchen (unlike hotels), it is just amazing for two people, is definitely not normal, Ideal for one couple or two. Really good experience.
