Unser Zuhause ist Ihr Zuhause fern von Zuhause! Genießen Sie unser neu renoviertes Haus in einer von Bäumen gesäumten Nachbarschaft im Zentrum von Colorado Springs mit schnellem Zugang zur I-25 und zu den beliebtesten Attraktionen. Wir werden eine Langzeitmiete für 3 Monate ab Januar 2019 bis März 2019 akzeptieren. Unsere 2000 Quadratmeter große Wohnung bietet Ihnen viel persönlichen Platz für Sie, Ihre Familie und Freunde. Sehr offener Grundriss mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2-1 / 2 Bädern, 6 Personen bequem. Sie finden alles, was Sie brauchen, in der neu renovierten Küche voller Annehmlichkeiten wie neue moderne Geräte, eine Frühstücksbar und eine Sitzecke mit TV. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-Kabel-TV und Highspeed-WLAN. Direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich der geräumige Speisesaal, der zum privaten, umzäunten Garten führt. Der private Garten ist eine wunderbare Gegend zum unterhalten oder einfach nur entspannen. Es verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gasgrill, einen großen Tisch und Barbereich, Gazebo mit Gartenmöbeln und Gaskamin. Auf der oberen Ebene finden Sie ein komplettes Badezimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, TV und angrenzende Gästetoilette und das 2. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein gemütliches Familienzimmer, Schlafzimmer # 3 mit Doppelbett, voll ausgestattete Waschküche und 3/4 Badezimmer. Wir können auch auf Anfrage für einige Baby Bedürfnisse einschließlich ein Pack 'n Play, Spielzeug und ein Bett Geländer für eines der zwei Einzelbetten zur Verfügung stellen. Die zentrale Luft sorgt in den warmen Sommermonaten für Abkühlung. Spazieren Sie zum Nancy Lewis Park oder fahren Sie mit dem Fahrrad durch die Stadt Colorado Springs auf dem Rock Island Trail, der mit dem Santa Fe Trail abfängt. . Viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parks und Krankenhäuser.

A Fantastic Stay!

We truly enjoyed our time in this property. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The entire house was well-appointed and had many "extras" that we appreciated - lots of room to spread out inside and outside. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space for morning coffee, cookout dinners using the grill, and spending family time together. We have been to Colorado Springs many times and this is one of our favorite rental homes!

Wonderful house in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful time in Sharon and Jerry's house. We stayed for a month. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a pristine backyard. Perfect for a family with young kids. I drove my kids to various summer camps every week and found the central location very convenient. I strongly recommend this house.

Review of Colbert property Aug. 7 - Aug. 21st.

We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful and well-maintained home! It was exactly as describe and surpassed our expectations. The home was spotless in every way (including a new shower liner). The bonus for us was the patio (where we ate most meals), the Nancy Lewis Park at the end of the block and the convenient location of the house to all attractions, in addition to the all-inclusive kitchen. A wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our short time in Colorado Springs. The Colbert home is in a quiet neighborhood. Their home is absolutely beautiful. It is spotless, well maintained, spacious, and well stocked with supplies. The backyard is wonderful. I would love to return to Colorado Springs for a longer visit.

We loved the Colbert home. Nothing lacking at all. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Kitchen and baths completely stocked for our stay. All we had to bring was food. Very clean. Very well maintained. Excellent entertainment setup. Would love to rent here again!

Bridge Tournament Trip

We really enjoyed our trip to the Springs. The weather was snowy, cold and cloudy most of the time but the house was warm, inviting and wonderful. A nice gift of danish and croissants greeted our arrival along with fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. A very informative binder was available to us which helped to answer some questions we may have had about expectations the owner requested. The location was only 15 minutes to the DoubleTree Hotel which was perfect. Yes, we also had very good success at the tournament too which made the trip that much more enjoyable. There was a nice pizza place down the street and an Omelet Palace that we were not able to find the time to try before we left. We look forward to coming back next year and will then try out that restaurant and we hope this property will also be available. Thanks Sharon for a wonderful place to stay.

Great House, Very Clean and Neat

Many thanks to Sharon for renting this home. The entire house is spotless clean and well maintained. It's well stocked and we certainly appreciated the starter supply of juice, water and gourmet bread. Nice to roll in and not have to worry about breakfast the first morning. Convenient to everything. Highly recommend, especially for a family! Safe neighborhood.

Quaint, Quiet, and Perfect for Families

This lovely home was perfect for our family of four! Its location is tucked quietly away near a lovely park with plenty of open space and a school while still being close to all that Colorado Springs has to offer. It was definitely beyond what we expected, and we were so comfortable staying here. The kitchen was fully-stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, including paper goods and plasticware. Our hosts even left a delicious plate of cookies and what I think was a pastry-style loaf from the Dutch bakery for our enjoyment. Both were such special touches of hospitality (and delicious)! At any moment of the day we enjoyed watching the honeybees fly about the yard and even saw a few hummingbirds pass by. They have the perfect backyard for entertaining, rain or shine, and we enjoyed more than a couple of family meals on the back patio under the lights. There was also a fire pit and a second covered seating area nearby. My husband and I enjoyed being able to have the entire basement area (which has the laundry area, a bedroom, a seating area with fireplace, and a full bathroom with shower) to ourselves while the kids slept upstairs in either of the two bedrooms up there. Everything was impeccably clean and in order, and the Colberts were very responsive to any questions we had. We didn't have to drive far for anything. It was peaceful and relaxing, which is exactly what we needed. We would definitely recommend staying with the Colberts and taking an opportunity to share their lovely home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our vacation amazing and refreshing!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful!!

We are so glad to share our experience while staying at Sharon Colbert’s vacation home in Colorado Springs, Co! We were so excited from the moment we walked in to the house. It is absolutely beautiful and is a dream home!! We were in awe and wanted to stay longer! We were so blessed by all they had to offer. Our family enjoyed the split level style of the house since we had 2 families (totaling 6 people) on vacation together! Sharon was very hospitable, available, and very helpful! We were blessed by our experience! One of my favorite places to hang out was the back patio! It was very considerate for Sharon to ask the age of our children! She has a bed railing available for our toddler and age appropriate toys! Our kids loved being able to play with toys! We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries! We were grateful that this vacation home was very close to a lot of things to do! We highly recommend this vacation home to all!

Clean, well maintained, warm& well maintained, all the amenities of home, met & exceded expectations

We enjoyed our 1week stay at the Holbert’s home while visiting family in Colorado Springs. The Colbert’s paid attention to details, provided breakfast food, including a scrumptious pastry, coffee for the week, & some useful toiletries. The house is meticulously clean, warm & welcoming in a nice,safe neighborhood, with a great little park at the end of the street. And there’s plenty of room to entertain in their back yard or just go back there alone with a good book. The keyless entry was convenient and location great for getting to the downtown, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, the Aifrorce Academy and more. We were a short car ride about from Safeway & our favorite breakfast place the Omelet Parlor. Sharon was responsive to our emails and made sure that we had directions about how to maneuver equipment like the TV, etc in her home. We would definitely consider staying there again when we’re back in town!

Way beyond expectation

Sharon's home was perfect for our extended family. We were in Colorado for my grandson's wedding. The backyard had plenty of space with lots of seating and even some small toys that my granddaughter immediately claimed as hers. Our host went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was all that we would want it to be. Fresh fruit, coffee and juice for our first morning. and even a wonderful blueberry bread. We really enjoyed our stay, visiting The Garden of the Gods and Cripple Creek. We look forward to returning to Colorado, and making Sharon and Jerry's home our home.

Beautiful home in a great location!

This is a great home away from home with all the amenities. The owners were very friendly and left no question unanswered. We had contact throughout the entire process and we were made to feel at home upon arrival! The home is beautiful, and very nicely updated with an amazing backyard that provided us with a great place to gather our family. The location is perfect for everything that Colorado Springs has to offer and is easy to navigate to with very little concern for traffic! A perfect place for a wonderful family vacation!

We have 1 son and a beautiful daughter in law who have given us 2 wonderful grandsons.
We love all that Colorado provides for the outdoor enthusiast like camping, biking, hiking, snowshoeing.

We love, love, love the central location of our home so much that we have lived here for the last 34 years. The neighborhood is very established with lots of old trees. Its location allows us to get to many areas of Colorado Springs in a matter of 15 to 25 minutes.
