Dieses exquisite 3-Bettzimmer, 3-Vollbad Villa befindet sich auf dem 10. Loch des angesehenen Kurs Mauna Lani Süd. Während auf der Haupt Veranda entspannen oder das Master-Schlafzimmer Lanai Sie werden von der 180-Grad-Sicht auf den Golfplatz mit dem Meer in der Ferne begeistert sein. Nicht zu vergessen die Aussicht auf die geschätzten Häuser in 49 Black Sands Beach. Es wird gemunkelt, viele Prominente wohnen direkt gegenüber dem Fairway von dieser Villa.

Wie Sie die Aussicht auf den Vulkan und Pool auf der Vorderseite des Hauses bewegen sind atemberaubend.

Sie finden diese Villa mit über 2300 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche erleben wollen. Das große Zimmer verfügt über ein Entertainment-Bereich mit einem großen Flachbild-TV und einen Cocktail / Spielfläche mit einer Hand von Karten oder einen Nachmittag mit Lesen und beobachten die Golfer zu genießen.

Die Master-Suite ist ein Rückzug in sich selbst, dekoriert in nichts anderes als die Insel Favorit, Tommy Bahama. Die Suite verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, kürzlich renovierte Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und zwei Duschköpfen, geschlossenen WC und zwei Waschbecken.

Der Strand-Themen-Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und an Gäste-WC. Für die Urlauber sowohl die Hawaii-Wellen und im Internet zu surfen suchen, die im Obergeschoss Studie / Dachboden ist der ideale Ort für den freien WiFi-Internetzugang zu verbinden. Die Studie / Loft umfasst auch einen Tag Bett und ausziehbares für zusätzliche Schlafplätze.

Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist ideal als zweite Master-Suite, ein Doppelbett und Bad und einen Flachbild-TV.

Die Gourmet-Küche werden die Anforderungen selbst der anspruchsvollsten Gourmetkoch erfüllen. Die Outdoor-Küche macht auf der Terrasse einen Grillabend, während die Sonne eine Wirklichkeit untergeht. Wenn die Wahl innen zu speisen, eine schön eingerichtete Speisesaal bietet Platz für sechs mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 in der Hand Stühle in der Küche bar geschnitzt.

The Stobos

Our family was there to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and visit family that lives in Kona. There was lots of room and it was well stocked. The only disappointment was that the icemaker didn't work and bags of ice was were not available.

Wonderful family location

The location and house were excellent! The owners are easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was really well stocked and had a lot of beach chairs and a few great umbrellas To enjoy at the beach. The private beach club and pool were wonderful to enjoy. The community is great with a grocery store and good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect! Thank you!

Home away from Home

My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Everything was very convenient and nearby, like foodland, the private beaches, a stunning view on the lanai of the Mauna Lani golf course. Went night swimming and relaxed in the jacuzzi. This area of community was also very quiet, with the feels & sounds of the Hawaiian breeze. We definitely recommend staying here when coming to the Big Island. ThankYou! We had a blast.

Just like home :)

Beautiful location, convenient villa close to the entrance gate, gym & pool. Spacious & comfortable for our family of 7. The teens enjoyed working out in the gym & relaxing in the hot tub. They also slept comfortably in the loft on the trundle bed while the adults slept peacefully in the 3 rooms. We really appreciated having the convenience of 3 full bathrooms. The home was well stocked with spices & left over items from other guests. And having starter items such as tp, laundry pods, hand soap etc was also very much appreciated until we could get to Target the day after checking in. What we loved most was having access to the private beach villa (many beach chairs/coolers etc provided in the closet) & being able to quickly shop at the Foodland Farms which was less then 10 mins down the road. All in all, what a wonderful home & staycation. We hope to return soon & stay in this hospitable home! Thank you for sharing your home with us! :)

Amazing visit to Hawaii

We had a group of six comfortably stay at the property. There was plenty of space for everyone. This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property provided a wonderful place for us to prepare for the day and relax at the end of our day. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, pool, beach gear and lanai’s helped make this an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property.

When you’re traveling with family and friends, sometimes it is difficult to find just the right combination of beds, and this place was absolutely perfect for us! Spectacular with everything and incredible amenities

This absolutely could not have been better. Sleeping was perfect for two married and two unmarried couples. All the beach equipment and toys you could want. Access to an exclusive private beach club. Great for Family

This house was perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. From the kitchen to the beach supplies to the children’s things (high chair, pool toys). Location was also great, we loved the Mauna Lani beach club and walking around the fish ponds, we both walked and drove to that area. It was also a short drive to Puako, Mauna Kea beach and Waikoloa, all places we like to explore. The pool was right outside the condo and was perfect for the kids. This was really a perfect property for our needs.

Great Family Vacation house

This was a great property and a wonderful host family. Excellent communication with the host. Excellent amenities at this property. Excellent local support. We locked ourselves out and the local host had us in in 5 minutes. Very prompt service locally and by the property owner. They had everything available to go to the beach: chairs, umbrellas, towels, boards, etc. Just a great overall experience.

A Bright Hawaiian Holiday

We came together for a family pre-Christmas vaca. Had an absolutely fabulous time together. Didn’t watch tv or stare at our devices. We swam, talked, laughed, at WAY too much, and just enjoyed the time together. The condo accommodated us perfectly and was easy to use. Our only issue was that we could not get the ice maker to make ice… so we just bought bags at the grocery. Thanks for letting us share you island home.

We found the condo to be everything that we needed for a great vacation. The accommodations were as advertised, and fully met our expectations. The kitchen had all the tools for us to cook our fresh caught mahi mahi. Being close to the pool and having a somewhat private beach with good snorkeling was a plus. A Slice of Heaven

First off this house is beautiful. The view is easily one of the best out of the entire community. Everything in this home is high end and it is obivous no short cuts were taken. The community pools was lovely and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The house was stocked better than any other home we have ever rented. They had everything you would need for the beach as well as anything you could possibly need during your stay. We did rent an electric golf cart. We should of shared this with the owner beforehand as we did not have access to their garage...I didn't realize that was going to be the case...so it was a little tricky to charge the golf cart since there was not an outlet close enough to the street to charge it. The grounds people ended up helping us out so we could charge it at the pool house nightly. We would definitely come back. We had a great time, and the house was perfect!!

From the day we were married and honeymooned in Hawaii, my husband and I had a dream to own a piece of paradise. In the Spring of 2007, we were finally able to realize that dream with the purchase of the villa in Mauna Lani.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

After vacationing to the Big Island for over twenty years we knew this was the Island for us. You get a little bit of everything: golf, snorkeling, white sand beaches, black sand beaches, green sand beaches, active volcano, rain forest, snow, whales, dolphins and on and on!

Once we knew the Big Island was the Island for us we then narrowed in on Waikoloa and Mauna Lani. Ultimately we chose Mauna Lani because it is very peaceful, the beaches are some of the best in the world, the resort amenities are ranked in the top 5 annually by many travel publications and we loved what the Golf Villas had to offer with the gorgeous resort style pool, large townhome style living, the views from our lanai and the upscale finishings. Come see for yourself the gem we have discovered!

We are the original owners of this property and worked with the builder each step of the way throughout the building project. We hand selected many of the finishings and after we purchased the home we brought in one of the island's top interior decorators to custom paint and assist in selecting the furnishings.

Many of the furnishings were custom made including most of the wood pieces which were designed specifically for our villa and custom made in Bali. There is a combination of teak and mahogany with hand carved palm leaves and honu turtle.

You will find this property is a home and not a 'rental unit.' We reside in the villa ourselves between 4-6 months each year. The fact that we spend so much time 'on island' will be noticed as soon as you step through the door. We have many original art pieces, a kitchen stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a gourmet meal, linens that are only used by guests of the villa, and we are constantly upgrading and maintaining the property.
