We have one of the nicest units in the whole building, and for the first time we are renting it. Like us, you will immediately relax and feel at home.

Ponce Inlet is the best kept secret on the Floridian Space Coast. This is an upscale and quiet location with natural preserves, conveniently located between Daytona Beach and New Smyrna beach (about 20 minutes). You will find a very clean no-drive beach, long stretches of sugar-white sand, never crowded. The Ponce De Leon Inlet lighthouse and the science center are popular stops. The historic Racing North Turn restaurant is right next door.
For your grocery shopping, there is a Publix supermarket 10 minutes away and a Walmart supercenter 15 minutes away. A new Outlet Mall just opened less than 30 minutes away. From the beach you can even see the rockets taking off from Kennedy Space Center !

We are located on the 2nd floor, with a large balcony and an unobstructed 180 degree view of the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and the dolphins. See the sea birds feeding, the occasional surfers and the shrimp boats netting their catches.

We have attempted to equip this condo with everything you need to assure a wonderful, relaxing, 5 star vacation.

The gourmet kitchen (KitchenAid appliances) is equipped with a farmhouse sink with new faucets, whisper-quiet dishwasher, electric range, oven, microwave and a German high-end refrigerator/freezer. You will find a Keurig as well as traditional coffee machine, blender, food processor, toaster, chef knives and new pans and pots. A dream if you like cooking!

The master bedroom, with ocean view, is furnished with a king size bed with reading lights and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV. All beds are new and very comfortable. The living room also has a convertible sofa to accommodate 2 more guests.
All the linens, towels, 2 fluffy bathrobes, extra blankets and pillows are furnished.
The entire unit has new tile flooring for easy clean-up.

The brand new 55" smart TV in the living room has more than 200 channels, and includes Amazon Prime videos (other streaming services are available if you have a subscription). There is a new washer / dryer adjacent to the master bathroom, a new Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, an iron, iron board and blow dryer.

For your convenience, we have pool and beach gears : towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys... You can also use our 2 cruiser bikes to ride on the beach, or watch the birds with our binoculars! If you prefer to stay indoor, you can enjoy our board games or read from our selection of books.

The building has been entirely renovated in 2016 and has a heated saltwater pool, gas grill, clubhouse and tennis courts. The access to the property is secured with a keypad system for your safety and you can park your car in our covered parking.

For the benefit of our other guests, we do not accept pets or tobacco users. Monthly rentals only.
