Willkommen zu Hause bei Flut B! Wir sind seit 2014 im Besitz von High Tide und es war uns eine Freude, Gäste aus dem ganzen Land in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen zu beherbergen.

Einheit B der Flut ist eine 2-stöckige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Es bietet einen unglaublichen Meerblick und einen bequemen Zugang zu den beliebtesten Restaurants und Attraktionen der Insel. Diese Eigenschaft befindet sich am Strand mit einem privaten Rasen vor dem Haus zum Sonnen, Grillen und Essen. Wenn Sie müde sind auf schattigen Veranden zu sitzen oder am Strand spazieren zu gehen, finden Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang von zehn Minuten im Dorf, wo Sie eine Reihe von Restaurants und einen Spaziergang entlang des berühmten Saint Simons Pier genießen können fangen, das aufgerollt wird! Ein Spaziergang in die entgegengesetzte Richtung führt Sie zum berühmten Inselrestaurant Duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

Der erste Stock der Wohneinheit B ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Es gibt auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Veranda aus dem Wohnzimmer, die direkt zur Wiese und zum Strand führt. Das Haupt- und das zweite Gästezimmer befinden sich auf der zweiten Etage, zwei Badezimmer und ein Waschraum. Es gibt eine weitere Veranda vor dem Meister, die auf den Ozean schaut.

Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet und das Haus ist mit WLAN ausgestattet.

Der High Tide-Komplex besteht aus 3 Wohneinheiten mit separaten Eingängen und Veranden für jede Einheit. Während High Tide B eine eigenständige Einheit ist, kann es mit Einheit A und dem Penthouse kombiniert werden, um als idealer Ort für Wiedervereinigungen, geschäftliche Zusammenkünfte, Familienurlaub und Versammlungen zu dienen.

Parken: Einheit B beinhaltet zwei Parkplätze. Straße und öffentliche Parkplätze können nicht garantiert werden.

Cameron Smith, unser Immobilienmanager, kümmert sich hervorragend um unsere Gäste und lebt direkt um die Ecke. Wie jeder gute Nachbar ist er nur einen Anruf entfernt, falls Sie etwas benötigen, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten.

Loved everything about this property . Small issues that would never hamper our decision to stay here again but worth noting - some work to get luggage and supplies into the house as the elevator is only for use with the penthouse . There was a family with small kids staying in the penthouse and we heard all of their stomping .

Location, Location, Location

Beautiful rental, exactly as pictured, well maintained and clean with everything you need and more! The kitchen was well stocked, each bedroom has its on en-suite bathroom with lots of towels, the beds are comfy with plenty of pillows, too. Perfect location as well, sits right on the beach which is precisely why I chose this property so my elderly mother didn’t have far to walk. This home is only a few minutes away from the village and great restaurants. Although there were only three of us, there is plenty of room for a larger group. Ryan is so nice, very helpful, and always available if you need anything. We had a mishap with a blender and Ryan went right away and brought us a new one. We loved everything about the house and host and will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Pefect!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location was amazing and the home was perfect. When traveling it’s often the little things that get forgotten but not at this home. They thought of everything! Following are just a few things we appreciated: Lots of like new Fluffy towels, Good sheets on beds,Extra toilet paper and trash bags ,Very well stocked kitchen, Coffee pods, Beach chairs, Beach towels, Like new furniture, very clean, Very nicely decorated, On site parking - 2 spots, Wonderful ocean views, Laundry detergent/ dryer sheets, Liquid hand soap in all bathrooms, Double sinks in master bathroom, the list goes on and on! The manager, Ryan was very attentive and helpful. Do not pass this place up. You will love it as much as we did!

Excellent experience meets excellent location

Often, you get an outstanding host OR a great location. Here, we got it all. The beach is a few steps away, if you can bring yourself to leave the balconies. There are three large balconies, two of which allow amazing views of the sun and moon rise over the ocean. The house is very clean, well-appointed/furnished. There are thoughtfully generous supplies one doesn’t often experience (kitchen/bath soaps, TP, lawn chairs, beach towels etc.) The host is outstanding - very helpful. We really enjoyed our two weeks here and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at High Tide. It was a great location and the condo right on the beach. The accommodations couldn’t have been better! Ryan was so accommodating, great communicator and just a great guy. I highly recommend staying here. We are already looking at dates for our girls trip next year. This condo on the beach was GREAT!!!! Way better than expected. The trip was 6 adults all over the age of 55. The location for walking, biking was great. My new favorite!

I have stayed at several VRBOs over the years. This was one of the best! “Little” things that made a big difference: actual pump hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms, extra TP/papertowels/trash bags, nice pots/pans, well stocked kitchen, amazing location (on beach, walking distance to restaurants and light house), gorgeous views, comfy beds, absorbent towels. Ryan was responsive before and during trip. Can’t wait to book again!

Fabulous Family Stay!

The Hightide is wonderful. Lots of room to enjoy the magnificent views. Ryan is one of a kind manager… he is nearby and very professional and always in touch in case you need anything. He made our fabulous weekend at Hightide very special.
