Unsere Ocean House Wohnung ist ein zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder im fünften Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Fliesenböden in der gesamten Einheit. Das Gerät verfügt über eine vollwertige Waschmaschine / Trockner-Kombination. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und den Zugang zum Balkon und den Flachbildfernseher. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und einen Flachbildfernseher sowie ein Badezimmer mit neuen Fliesen Dusche gehen. Master-Bad und Gäste-Bad verfügen über neue Waschtische mit neuen Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Die Küche hat neue Granit-Arbeitsplatten und einen neuen glatten Herd und ist mit allen kleinen Geräten ausgestattet, die Sie für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigen. Der Frühstücksbereich verfügt über einen Tisch für 4-5 Personen. Der große Balkon hat Liegestühle zum Sitzen und genießen Sie die Aussicht.

Das Ocean House liegt nur 1,5 km vom Hangout und anderen attraktiven Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt

Ocean House I hat einen sehr schönen Grillplatz mit mehreren Grills. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat auch einen kleinen Kinderpool. Der Poolbereich verfügt über Toiletten für Männer und Frauen sowie eine Snack-Maschine und eine Cola-Maschine.

Darf nicht an Personen unter 25 Jahren vermietet werden. Absolut keine Haustiere erlaubt. Wir haben einen Wachmann am Eingang und Parkausweise können mit der Wache gekauft werden. Parkausweise sind 20 $. 00. pro Auto und nur 2 Autos pro Einheit erlaubt.

Fantastic Week!

We had a great time at Ocean House! Suzette was great with communications and answered all of our questions very quickly. We loved the condo and had friends that stayed in other units that were jealous of how nice our (Suzette's) condo was compared to theirs. We did have a little trouble with the door lock being a little tricky to open but we managed quite well. We were a bit disappointed that what looked like they used to be hot tubs in the pool area had been converted to kiddie pools. I'm pretty sure that was in the listing and I just missed it. The location being right on the beach more than made up for it. We barely spent any time at the pool since we were at the beach all the time.The furnishings in the condo were beautiful and very comfortable. Our two teen girls raved about their room (and they think everything is sketchy)! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated having a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig style available. If we decide to return to Gulf Shores, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Awesome condo

This is a very well updated condo with a wonderful view and great location. This was a spring break stay and the beach was easily accessible and not overly crowded. The two queen beds in the guest bedroom was perfect for two teen girls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this condo again.

Just Right!

We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The location is far enough from the public beach so it wasn't crowded. The condo was clean and decorated in a cute beach theme. It felt like home away from home.

Awesome location and condo!

The condo was over-looking the beach and well maintained. It was easily accessible once receiving the code and the manager was very accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than planned. Overall, a nice property which suited our needs for grandparents and parents traveling with a 3 and 5 year old.

Great condo and location

Better than we could have hoped for. Clean, great location, right on the beach, with the best pool. We had everything we needed and Suzette accommodated an early check-in for us. Beautiful full water view from the balcony where we could watch dolphins in the morning and thunderstorms at night. Very nicely decorated and staff onsite and other owners/visitors were friendly.

Everything you want in a rental condo....clean and at home feel to the condo, comfortable furniture, good beds, well stocked kitchen, great chairs on the balcony and wonderful view. Beautiful condo, Beautiful location

This condo offers amazing views of the water, where you can watch the dolphins in the morning. The beach is just steps from the condo. Elevators were fast, and pool was a comfortable temp. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was also fantastic. If you are looking for a condo with personal touches and the comforts of home-this is the condo to rent. We have already rebooked for next year.

We had a great stay here at the Ocean house. We loved the location of the condo. The closeness of the beach to the condo was perfect. The condo was clean and all necessities were provided to make our stay comfortable. The condo was ready early and the owner was great to communicate with. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved the zero entry which was one of the main reason we choose this particular condo. The complex was a little older but the updates to the condo itself were modern and nice. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

Great condo, great view, great trip!

Comfy furnishings and beautiful beach decor make the stay in this condo a great experience. We have stayed in several condos on the AL/FL Gulf coast and this unit exceeded our expectations. We found it to be very clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The large walk-in showers were great and we really appreciated the tall captains chairs on the balcony. The added height made it easy to look over the rail where we saw dolphins every day. Communication with owner and access to unit was just a text away. If this unit is available for future trips to Gulf Shores, we plan to stay here again.

We love Gulf Shores

Great place to stay and wonderful location. This was our second stay in this condo and both times we have really enjoyed ourselves. The only negative thing i could say is we had to do some cleaning upon arrival this trip. This isn't a knock against the owner or the condo but the cleaning crew simply didn't do a good job before we arrived. We all chipped in and cleaned both bathrooms, vacuumed and mopped the entire condo. I also had to spray for buggs once during the week with provided bug spray. I do wish the wifi was password secured for better protection. All that being said I still would highly recommend this condo and we plan to go back and stay again ourselves.

Beach Family Reunion

We traveled to the beach for a large family reunion the week before July 4th. Each of us rented our own condos and I have to say, this was one of the best!! The furnishings were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room, and we loved having 2 beds in the guest room! It was the perfect space for our 2 boys! It was just the 4 of us but the condo is spacious enough more people could comfortably stay there. The condo is well-appointed with everything you may need (and more!) you can’t beat the location, close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I think our favorite part was the proximity to the ocean…..it’s not a super long walk to the beach which is so convenient when taking chairs/umbrella/beach toys, etc. It also made coming back to the room super convenient and easy as well! The owners were great! Very responsive, informative & super easy to communicate with! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful Views, Cozy and Comfortable Condo

We were truly impressed with our stay in this condo. The beds were all very comfortable and the space was absolutely the perfect size for 6-8 people. The condo decor was very beachy and adorable! All the linens and towels were fresh and there was a washer/dryer so I was able to wash all of our dirty clothes before we headed home. There were extra linens & pillows in the closets and ironing boards/iron. The kitchen had every possible pot/pan/tool you would need for cooking and baking. Everything was labeled and so organized. The beach was right down stairs & the pool was too. Extremely close and convenient. There is a walkway to the beach and a hose to rinse off all of your beach items so you don't track sand everywhere. Note: You do have to pay for a parking pass when you get there, and don't park in the reserved parking or you will get a notice from the security guard :) The elevators in the condo were super fast, and there are carts inside to help you load/unload your things. My absolute favorite place in the whole condo was on the balcony, which extends to both the living room and bedroom. The chairs are perfect height & I spent many mornings out there drinking my coffee and watching the waves roll in. There are TVs in the bedrooms and in the living room - we had access to cable and internet access to be able to connect to netflix, hulu, etc. The location is close enough to town that it is convenient, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with all the come and go/ noises. We definitely plan to come back next year!
