Ocean Front Pool Paradies!

Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die endlose Sonne, Aussicht, Wellen und Sand an diesem schönen Haus am Meer. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang entlang Ihres privaten Piers zum Strand und nehmen Sie alles auf. Entspannen Sie sich im Schatten des privaten Gazebo oder auf den Decks am Meer, während Sie den Pool und die Wellen beobachten. Keine schleppende Strandausrüstung über die Straße oder die Straße hinunter! Die Küche ist komplett mit zwei Kühlschränken bestückt. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben private Bäder. Dieses Haus ist ideal für zwei große Familien. Es wird 20 schlafen, aber Abendessen für 16 Personen. Wir lieben unser neues Zuhause und können nicht glücklicher sein, es mit Ihnen und Ihrer Familie zu teilen, um Erinnerungen an Ihre eigene zu machen.

Best family vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 14! We had 7 adults and 7 kids, ages 3-12, who had a blast at the beach and on the pool. The owners thought of everything, with gates on the deck, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach games, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked, the location is within walking distance of a great playground, and the owner was very accessible if we needed anything. We will definitely plan to return!!

First Family Vacation Away in a Long Long Time!

This home was perfect for a family vacation - with my grown children and my very young grandchildren. Lots of space for all to join together in the kitchen and living room and lots of other areas for everyone to have their own space and quiet time with several decks, the pool area and the pavilion. We were on the beach a lot playing in the sand with the kids and fishing and we used the pool several times each day and evening. The home has all the amenities needed for a family vacation. We all took turns making a special dinner for the group and then had an evening out for dinner. There is a museum nearby, nice restaurants, a fenced in playground nearby with a water park and some shops. Quite a lovely area and a very nice home. Kandy, thank you for sharing your home. This House Was Perfect

The house is setup so well for multiple families. We had 7 adults, 1 teenager and 3 younger kids and everyone had a blast! The house is in great condition, just like it looks in the pictures. Kandy is very responsive and helpful with any inquiries and we can't wait to go back again next year!

Amazing!

Our family had an amazing six days at this beach front property! It is just as described and more. The property is extremely clean and fully stocked kitchen to cook any meal. It was close to everything. My husband loves fishing at the pier while we hung out at the beach and pool. Cannot wait to make more memories at this property again soon!

Great for Family Gatherings

Our extended family was lucky enough to spent 5 days at this beautiful location. We have three separate families stay - we had plenty of room to rest and recharge, but this house was also perfectly laid out for our families to gather and not feel cramped. This house, and the location are simply beautiful, and the owners were caring, and quick to check in to make sure everything was just perfect. I cannot recommend this location for families enough!

Perfect for every vacationer

We had a group of 12 ladies and had an awesome time! Beach or hang by the pool at the - you can do it! Kandy was awesome and provided GREAT communication! Publix is 10 min around the corner. Everything was clean and we loved how the place was decorated! Definitely 10 out of 10! Worth every penny!

Amazing oceanfront property!

Stay here! This house was everything we hoped it would be and more, and that is not hyperbole. We had five families (10 adults and 6 kids) stay in this house and it was the perfect set up. The inside of the house was nicer than we imagined and beautifully decorated. The decks are great for morning coffee with an oceanfront view! The location was great, close to the pier, restaurants, and shops, but still private enough on the beach with plenty of room for everyone. We loved swimming in the pool and having breakfast and lunch on the deck. Kandy was great leading up to and throughout our stay with communication. We hope to stay here again soon!

Restful Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend rocking on the front porch and watching the ocean. It was still warm enough to be out on the beach and a few of us even enjoyed the pool. This is a great location and the house had everything we needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was the perfect house for our Girl's Weekend. Kandy has done great updates to this house - it is beautiful and each room is so nice. - lots of nice touches added! We will definitely be back! Also, one of the women in our group lost her wallet in the house (behind the bed) and Kandy was so helpful in getting a friend to look for it and FOUND IT! Above and beyond what was expected!

Amazing family vacation!!

We enjoyed our one-week stay immensely! Everything was clean and the house is very spacious. We especially loved the fact that there are two full-size refrigerators in the beautiful kitchen! We had 5 families (myself/my husband; my parents; our 3 children and their spouses and their children) and the 5 bedrooms were perfect! Two bedrooms (one upstairs and one on the main floor) have en suites and there is a hall bath on each floor. Two bedrooms in total on the main floor with kitchen and living and three bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen/living area is open with a huge island and 6 barstools. The farm style dining table is great for large groups, with four benches on the sides and a chair on each end. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils. There are some good games and puzzles above the washer/dryer in the hall bath. The TV in the living area is very large and was great for movie night with the kids! We used the linen service and it was great! There was also a basket in the living room with beach towels in it, which was nice because my husband and I forgot ours. The pool was fantastic and there were numerous, large inflated pool toys in the storage closet. The "seats" in the pool are great! My parents enjoyed the gazebo for reading and relaxing after swimming. Of course, being beachfront is the ultimate location and the beach is wide and very flat. We really enjoyed the rockers and the pub table on the deck outside the main level that overlooks the pool. There is a gate on that deck that keeps little ones from going down to the pool. We also loved the lighting in and around the pool at night. So pretty! There was ample parking for all of us and there is access to the pool on the ground level. There are two outside showers, one on the walkway from the beach/gazebo to the pool and one on the ground level by the driveway/pool. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions before we arrived and while we were there. It was an incredible week for us and we hope to be back in the future! I love that this property is situated in a way that feels very private. With the hotel next door, their pool and pier are far away from our home. As you walk down the beach you will notice other homes very close to each other. Ours is not that way.
I can sit on the deck and watch my older sons on the beach and in the pool. It's awesome.
No more lugging beach toys and chairs down the street!

You are steps from the sand. Just think of how close the bathroom is to your beach chair!! :) My parents, Harold and Trudy, live in Sunset beach. They are a phone call away if any little thing needs attention.
