Jede Einheit der Maisonette verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Beide verfügen über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Grill im Freien. Die obere Einheit hat einen Balkon und die untere Einheit hat eine große Au��enterrasse, auf der sich die ganze Bande versammeln kann.

Wonderful location

Capitola Short Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location in Capitola. In fact it brought back memories for us when many years ago we stayed at the rental above, with our then young children, and friends stayed in the current location. Halie was wonderful, the entry was convenient, we were able to enter early because we arrived earlier than we expected. Overall we would stay there again.

Great place, great location!

Six of us stayed here, 2 minor adjustments would help this place out a lot. 1- Add ceiling fans to both bedrooms. There is no ac and it’s hard to move air through the place. Ceiling fans would be an easy fix. 2- We booked this place as a party of 6, please stock accordingly. 4 beach towels was a buzzkill. And exactly 6 bath towels felt a little skimpy. Beyond that, good layout, great location!!

Great location, comfortable stay

Right in the heart of downtown Capitola, this was a great choice to be steps away from the beach and restaurants. I wish there was communication about the check in process before we got there, but I check in still went smoothly. We appreciated the soft towels and toiletries provided. Water pressure was weak in the shower but overall the house was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful & Great location

Really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking meals in, and the location was so convenient, close to the village and beach. The upstairs master bedroom is very spacious, with a huge closet and large bathroom, while the other 2 bedrooms downstairs are fairly small. Be aware that the only downstairs bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms, so you'll want to be on very friendly terms with all members of your party, esp if you are in the other downstairs room and need to use the bathroom during the night. A very pretty space in a very pretty area. We had a great time.

Great Location!

Cute, cozy place. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Walk to Gayles or the wharf and explore the shops and restaurants in the village. Never got in the car until it was time to go home.

Property was as represented by photos, location etc. However, the washing machine was out of service, the BBQ required a lit match (light and run for it) to start, and flavor bars rusted to oblivion, and unable to determine how much propane remains in tank; the fridge had a broken bar on door; broken chair leg on kitchen set

Great location, terrible property management

House location and pictures are as-advertised. Amenities/property management are completely substandard, with multiple issues. House was advertised with Washer/Dryer, which were broken during our stay. Manager did not communicate this at booking or during check-in. After I reached out, there was a part they were waiting for and they said "it should arrive any day" and "I'll keep you posted." I never heard from them again over the next 3 days. Not being able to wash our clothes significantly impacted our vacation, as we'd packed for the ability to do laundry. No compensation was offered. Additional property issues were 1) The only toilet had trouble flushing unless you lifted the top of the tank and manually lifted the flapper. This should be a simple fix to adjust the chain but had not been done. 2) The broiler element on the electric oven was falling off and hanging down such that the top shelf of the oven was unusable. This seems like it could be an electrical safety issue. 3) The shelf bar on the refrigerator was broken so that one shelf of the refrigerator could not be used Again, the property photos and location were great. Most of these items are not critical, but there was zero disclosure and zero attempt to resolve problems. I expect more when I spend $500+/night including fees. The property manager is doing the owner a disservice. Our family vacation was negatively impacted by the advertised amenities that were not available during our stay and there was no acknowledgment of that other than a ":("

Great location

Location and proximity to the beach was perfect. Beds and accommodations were comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working during our visit (broken down on arrival). We notified the property managers regarding the issue with limited communication from them. This was definitely not ideal for a beach vacation. Home was adequately clean, but floors were sandy when we arrived making me wonder how clean the house really was. Overall, good location great parking, property was not well managed.

Family vacation with grandma and grandpa.

Clean, comfortable. Having a parking spot a big plus. You do hear upstairs neighbors but never a problem. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent location. Washer and dryer broken during our visit which was inconvenient but company very responsive to issue even though it could not be fixed while we were there. Hallie extremely helpful and pleasant.

Literally across the street from Capitola Village and one block to the beach. Super easy check-in, very clean, everything we needed for a great stay. Accommodations were great with double beds, limited cable, gas grill in the back. Will stay here again.
