Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was amazing! They provided wonderful customer service & timely communication to help us stay informed. The staff had to juggle alot this year with the announcement of onsite construction work & then the serious weather forecasted. Thankful our stay was not affected by hurricane Helene. Many prayers for those areas that were impacted.🙏

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. It looked just like the pictures. Everything was nice and clean. Price was very good. The only thing is the washer and dryer needs to be replaced. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes very well and I couldn't get the door to open to get my clothes out of the washing machine.I waited a few hours and went back to see if the door opened and at that time it did. After that I decided to wash my clothes once I got home. Also when you close the door where the washing machine and dryer is located, the door touches the knobs of the washing machine without you knowing. Make sure you dont accidentally touch the knobs with the door when closing because it will change the cycle that you set on the washing machine. Besides that this is truly a nice condo to stay at. I will recommend to family and friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Aqua for many years and rented through VRBO. A few years back we were told we had to rent through Aqua. It has been different and not in a good way. We fly in most times and rent a car. They encourage you to register your car and print your passes before you get there. That would be great if you knew what your rental car license number would be. So if you do it after you have to use their kiosk and the charge is $40 instead of $35. We arrived an hour and a half early and checked to see if our condo was ready. It was but they wanted to charge $100.00 for early check in. I couldn’t believe it. We travel a lot and rent condos, nice condos. This is the worst! Usually Get out have coffee time with Bobo to beach condos have beach towels, none. Usually you have a starter packet or two of coffee, small dish soap, trash bag or two, enough to help you make it until you get to the store. I didn’t feel valued as a loyal customer. Therefore I won’t be in the future. Our condo was clean but I talked to others that had to have their’s recleaned. Very disappointing experience.

Often times upon arrival you can be disappointed to find a rental to not be as described online, not with this one! The cleanliness of the unit met all expectations! It was beautiful, the bed slept well, and I have no complaints at all.I highly recommend this unit and will rent it again in the future.

We love to go to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean so this was our first spring break experience in PCB and Aqua. We had a fantastic time. Unit 1106 was as described. It was very clean and all of the amenities that we needed were in the unit. We were very happy with this unit. Check in process was seamless. The management company was great. We didn't need them for anything, but they called to check on us the day after our arrival.Once we parked the car in the parking garage - it stayed there. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.I would definitely stay here again!

3PEAT Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed in 1106. We like the location and low key aspect of Aqua although it did get uber busy over the Labor Day weekend. The condo is comfortable and has most amenities - we were happy to see blankets provided for bed this time and extra towels. The space was clean but needs a facelift as baseboards are scuffed and worn, throw rugs look dirty and appliances need updating. Still, we had a relaxing time here and would definitely recommend to those that need a beautiful view, location that is close to most things and a low key get away. Some of the elevators were not working during our 4 day stay and the TV/internet went out one afternoon but was repaired after a few hours. The office staff work hard to answer all question, make sure your stay is safe and enjoyable and communicate in a timely manner. Good also to see that ocean access gate now works and is easier to use than the older one. We had a nice vacay here, appreciate the upgrades and look forward to seeing a little aesthetic upgrades in the further.

Don’t stay here until elevators repaired

Reviewer Comments: Having only two elevators in working order is not acceptable. If the elevators had just broken down, it would have been okay to deal with. They have not been in working order for months. No one tells you this until you check in, or hours prior to check in. The wait time for elevators is ridiculous. There aren’t many luggage carts, and no one takes them to a designated area(probably because of the wait time on elevators). We hauled our luggage and groceries to the room on the day of check in and hauled our luggage back to car on the day we left. The room could use a facelift. Mold in the shower. The rugs in bathroom are nasty!!! They only provide minimum towels. No extras. You wash them in the mini washer and dryer that takes forever to run. There is not a deadbolt on the front door-Only a flimsy latch at the top. The keyless entry is nice. The location is great. The pools aren’t spectacular, or as grand as pictures make them appear. The “relaxation” pool is not a relaxation pool. Children take over both of them. Many of the beach chairs need to be repaired. Umbrellas and tents will block your view and take over. They shouldn’t be allowed in front of the purchased beach chairs. The location is nice, but I wouldn’t go back until the elevators are repaired and updating is done.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year in a row when you vacation at the aqua Panama City Beach Florida both times room 1106 I have nothing but great things to say about our room and the aqua I 100% recommend it to anyone

Location was excellent! Could walk to pier park, restaurants, and convenience store. Grocery store was a 5 min drive. Parking was adequate and felt safe. The beach access was perfect, the pools were clean, and the view from the 11th floor was amazing. The condo was fairly clean, we noticed the floors were pretty dirty and you would not want to walk barefoot through the unit. The only real complaint is the elevators! What a process checking in is. The line to access the elevators was very long around 5pm. The elevators are slow and the 4 elevators serving the entire building were in use non-stop. To go anywhere add an extra 15-20 minutes to your plans just for elevator duty. Finding a luggage cart was a nitemare as well.
