Real Escapes Properties freut sich, diese 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Badezimmer Ocean Walk Condo anzubieten. Ocean Walk ist eine malerische Wohnanlage in Fuß- und Radnähe zum Village Pier, Geschäften und Restaurants sowie zum Strand. Der sehr große Campus bietet einen parkähnlichen Rahmen mit jahrhundertealten Eichen, die die verschiedenen Gebäude beschatten. Palmen und farbenfrohes Laub gestalten die zwei großen Schwimmbäder. Zu den weiteren Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen gehören ein großer Ententeich mit Springbrunnen, ein Fitnesscenter, ein Tennisplatz und ein Kinderspielplatz.

Dies ist ein entzückend dekoriert Ocean Walk Townhome befindet sich auf der Vorderseite des Komplexes direkt gegenüber von einem der beiden Pools in der Anlage entfernt.
Die Küche ist komplett mit Besteck, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Der Herd ist elektrisch und der Kühlschrank ist riesig mit Eismaschine. Die Waschmaschine / Trockner ist in voller Größe und in der Küche installiert.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad.
Die 2 zusätzlichen Gäste-Schlafzimmer teilen ein Vollbad auf der anderen Seite der Halle. Eines hat ein französisches Bett und das andere hat 2 Einzelbetten.

Nice stay

Enjoyed our accommodations - clean, neat and comfortable for a short stay. Thought it a bit much that we were asked to take the trash to the dumpster and begin a load of laundry before we left. We paid a cleaning fee and felt that should have been included. In addition, there was no laundry detergent in the condo so I could start the laundry. I don’t travel with laundry detergent.

We loved being able to walk to the Village and Pier to enjoy meals and play on the playgrounds. There is a nice playground inside the complex as well. Our kids had fun playing basketball located inside the tennis courts. And the pool was clean and conveniently located to the condo. The condo was spacious. It could use some updating, but everything felt clean. Being at the beach, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer included in the condo, but there are laundry facilities located within the condo complex.

Love St. Simons

Ocean walk is a great place to stay in the condo is conveniently located at the front of the complex just across from them big swimming pool. The beds were all pretty hard so they need to be updated. The refrigerator and icemaker worked great but it and the dishwasher need to be updated otherwise kitchen was very well stocked. everything worked great other than a few minor adjustments and we would definitely rent again.

It has been that way for years but when someone comes that doesn’t know there isn’t some kind of closure and bang. I think it would bother the neighbors too. I left a note that we put a dining room chair in livingroom so no one would sit on it. Just needs glued I think. Refrigerator is hard to do anything with shelves the other door to laundry is in the way.

Great condo

We enjoyed this condo for a quick weekend visit to SSI. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for the 5 of us. Great location and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio.

The kids loved the pool on the property (complete with volleyball net), swings hanging from the trees were a nice surprise and they played on the playground. The Pier Village and Fort St. Simon were close with lots to do...we wished we could have stayed longer. Mary at the rental company was awesome. We would visit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year at this property. And we were as disappointed this year (hoping it would get better) as the previous 2 yrs. we will not rent from this company again. The white linnens were gray, the kitchen towels looked untouchable, the glasses and dishes were not washed with soap. Lip marks on glasses and grease on dishes. No spare softsoap in any of 3 bathrooms, no garbage bags, no dishwashing soap, no liquid soap for dishes. The carpet was filthy and we had to wear socks to walk on it. The door mat had not ever been shaken out. No pool towels. We found another unit at Ocean Walk which is owner rented thru vrbo and met the cleaning lady, who Lives behind the property and treats it as her own. The difference in attitude between Real Escapes Properties and an owner renting is worlds apart. We have a townhouse on the lake next year and look forward to a home away from home.
