Eine einzigartige 2 Familie Arts & Crafts Classic-Stil-Klassiker zu Hause. Diese Auflistung ist für die "untere Ebene" oder im Erdgeschoss nur mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3, 5 Badezimmern, für 8 Personen und ist völlig getrennt von der "oberen Ebene", die in einer separaten Auflistung bei VRBO (Nummer 1316337) steht, wie auch die ganzes Zuhause (Nummer 155078)!

Unser einzigartiges und luxuriöses Haus aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert liegt zwei Häuser vom Crowne Plaza Hotel entfernt und in Gehweite zur Main Street in Lake Placid, wo Sie großartige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants am Ufer des Mirror Lake finden. Wir sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten von Anfang und Ende von Ironman. Unser Haus wurde komplett renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail und im Einklang mit dem ursprünglichen Thema und Stil. Von der durchdachten Adirondack-Einrichtung, bis zur Radiowelle, gewölbten Decken, detaillierten Malereien und privaten Badezimmern.

Diese untere oder untere Etage verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer (King, Queen, Queen) und ein komplettes privates Badezimmer sowie ein WC und ein geschlossenes Familienzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Klimaanlage, Schreibtisch, Fernseher und weiteren 2 Schlafplätzen. Es gibt viel Stauraum und einen Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie ein großes Unterhaltungssystem im Wohnzimmer und eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt große Fenster im ganzen Haus und jedes Zimmer ist einzigartig gestrichen und teilweise mit Radiowellen beheizt. Die Küche ist High-End und offen mit allem, was Sie für diese Familie und Freunde brauchen, um zusammen zu kommen. Unser Essbereich bietet Platz für acht und wir haben eine private Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und großem Gasgrill.

Jedes Stockwerk ist eine eigene Etage, hat einen eigenen Eingang und ist 2000 Quadratmeter. Das Haus kann auch bis zu acht Autos für große Parkplätze abseits der Straße aufnehmen.

Für alle von Ihnen, Ironmen und Ironwomen, gibt es viele tolle Fahrgeschäfte und läuft direkt vor der Haustür und mit Mirror Lake, dem Strand und den Tennisplätzen etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß.

Winter Getaway

We came to Lake Placid for our first time to ski/snowboard Whiteface, skate on the lake, see the town and visit the Olympic venues. This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! The house was absolutely gorgeous and more than i was even hoping for. Beautifully updated, open concept living room/kitchen but also large enough to offer some privacy and space for our in laws. I would definitely love to stay here again, we were all sad to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and helping to make our trip perfect!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was unbeatable--close enough to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, but far away enough to enjoy quiet time on the front porch. The house was large, clean, and bright, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would absolutely recommend this rental.

Perfect Family Getaway

My partner and I have both spent a lot of time in Lake Placid before we were together. This was the first time coming back since we started a family and this house was the perfect place to do that. There are essentially 2 primary suites with another bathroom in the third bedroom and a half bath in the laundry room, which we used! It should also be noted that the washer/dryer are top of the line. The fourth room was the perfect play room for the kids and then converted to their bedroom at the end of the day with the pull out couch. The grill is was huge and fully functional and the kitchen island/dining room table was actually awesome for keeping messy kid eaters contained. Everything worked as it should have and was exceptionally clean. Parking is easy...Yes, there is a pretty steep hill when you are coming back from town, but we brought a stroller and it did not hinder the experience at all. This home is a gem and we hope to stay here in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful house & a great location!

Having 3 bedrooms all with a bathroom was perfect for our family of seven. The large kitchen & table was also a plus for a large group. It is a great location that made it easy to get to anywhere in Lake Placid! We enjoyed our stay here!

Very good location to walk to areas for shopping and dining. House was nice but outside areas (front and side porch) were not cleaned off for sitting outside without getting dirty from pollen/dust/dirt possibly after the winter/spring season. Otherwise, overall was a nice stay.

Comfortable, clean, great location.

This place is wonderful. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and pillows are super cozy and comfortable. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware, grilling utensils, and misc other kitchen items. Nice washer and dryer. Body wash/shampoo/conditioner were provided and very good quality product. The kitchen/living space is bigger than it appears. TVs in each room makes for everyone to be able to wind down and watch their show/movie if necessary. Only a few board games but that was fine for us since we spent a lot of our time hiking/exploring the area. The porch is amazing. Great place to read, have a glass of wine and/or just relax. The location is perfect - just walk down the hill and you are right where all the shopping/restaurants are. Plus the Olympic center is right there. Close drive to putt-putt, the ski jump, VanHoevenberg, grocery stores and so much more. Great communication and recommendations by Rudy! Top class host and place to stay. We would definitely book again and recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay/experience!!

Lake Placid extra long weekend

We were a family of 8, with adult children. We have stayed in short term rental homes in Europe, Mexico, Canada and the US. This home was very clean and spacious, had all amenities you would need, the host was very responsive. Short walk to Main Street, the Olympic Arena/ Museum and Mirror Lake. Great place to stay.

Great stay

Went up with 4 friends to go skiing and we all had plenty of room and space. The place was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and had all that you needed. Perfect getaway to the Adirondacks and the host was very clear with expectations. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing location

We cannot say enough about the house, great location to the hockey rinks as we were there for the Can/Am tournament. The house is well appointed, towels blankets pillows! The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great size. The grill is huge! Communication with the host was immediate, thank you for a great stay!

Great location

Property is extremely convenient to Main St and Grand Adirondack wedding venue. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped to cook and dine in. Hilltop location may challenge pedestrians who are uncomfortable with sloped sidewalks, but we had vehicles and enjoyed walking to take in the views.

Whiteface long weekend

Excellent property for most anything you want to do in and around Lake Placid. Charming home with nice bedrooms and bathrooms as well as fantastic kitchen. Short walk down the hill to Main Street & Mirror Lake and 15 min drive to Whiteface. We will be back!

The house is roomy, with 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It is in a great location at the top of the hill above Main Street. This is easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Great Space, Great Location

The space was perfect for our family. Beautiful space with high ceilings, plenty of room and all the comforts of home. It was very clean and the location was perfect! It's walking distance to everything! We didn't really need our car at all during the weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, but noisy and very worn

The house is fine but not comfortable (extremely old and practically unusable living room furniture, beds were very uncomfortable) and very noisy (the upstairs folks kept us up at night). It’s a very central location. It does have a nice kitchen. I would not stay here again though. The fact we couldn’t sit comfortably in the living room was a major bummer.

Great experience!

This was first experience renting thru VRBO and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Rudy made everything so easy and was so pleasant to deal with. The house was a great set up. Especially loved that each bedroom had its own full bath! Great location and just what we all needed for a quick get away weekend.
