Just gets better every time I stay here love the renovations

Absolutely amazing stay I’ve actually stayed at this property two times before and love the renovations. Such a quiet serene community. Great location went paddle boarding just one minute away and convenient to so many little quaint towns to shop and eat.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the condo at 300 Ocean Mile. We have stayed in this condo previously and we’re glad we stayed again. We love that the beach is right there and you can just walk out there. Condo has everything you need for your stay. We are ready to come back.

Accurate online description. Only negatives were counter tops had not been cleaned upon arrival, multiple light bulbs out, and shower head in need of repair but overall nice place.

Perfect condo for small family

Small, but perfect for what we needed it for. The property manager was nice and friendly and very helpful in getting answers to anything we needed. I also ran into the HOA manager who was very nice. Unfortunately, one of the two pools was down during our entire stay but luckily there was two pools.

Nice size and great breach access!

Great little condo! Very close to the beach, pool right out front, and easy parking! Very nice place to stay for a couple/small family. Upon our arrival (about 2 hours after normal check in time and not in “peak season”) we did notice some food left in the oven, dishes in the sink, unmade beds, and sand on the floor. The managerial staff was accommodating though, and they had a crew come out to clean the unit immediately. Seemed like a miscommunication as to when we would arrive. After that though, everything was very pleasant. We would stay again! Our dog had fun too :)

Love this community

Recently had floor work done, so property manager did his best to get it back in order however there were quite a few things that were not as expected dirty dishes in the oven with actual razor blades from the demo work, etc. several recess lights did not work as well as several lightbulbs out Decks and steps need to be repaired and redone

Beautiful Property

The property was very nice and well maintained other than the grass stickers. The grass was full of them and kept getting stuck in our dog's paws. We were happy with the townhouse overall but there were a few things broken that were fine, just a bit of an eyesore.

Although communication, check-in process and location (we love ocean mile 300) was great, Cleanliness and accuracy of the listing was not. The property is listed as "remodeled" but it still needs more remodeling= Towel rod next to shower was barely holding on to the wall, several spots in the floor in kitchen were "spongy feeling", closet door in bedroom almost fell on top of me when opening, the toilet ran a lot and made weird squealy noises, and there was no water hooked up to outside spicket to rinse off sand. Unfortunately the property was not very clean either= There were crumbs on the floor, dirt and sand on the coffee table and dresser, we had to wash a frying pan before use because it was dirty, also the bath towels were in the washer and we had to dry and fold them before we could take a shower. The owner of property did tell me about the towels and stated that they were just getting out of hospital so I am not angry or upset, just a bit disappointed at the lack of cleanliness and disrepair. I hope all is fixed for the next renters.

Week at the beach

We weren’t able to actually check in until about 9 PM because the place hadn’t been cleaned, which was definitely a bummer. The place itself was, at best, fine. You are a three minute walk to the beach (wear sandals or stick to the deck as the grass is filled with those spiky thistles). Cleanliness was definitely an issue beyond check-in as most of the dishes had to be washed before use. Just a heads up that you are working with a property manager, not the owner. We had an issue where the AC was out for a day and a half and we were promised a commensurate discount by the manager (for both this and the mess when we arrived) but this was never delivered on. There’s nothing particularly special about the place that I can recommend, so I’m not likely to book again for next summer given all of the other options on the island.

Perfect spot for my family

My husband and I brought our almost 2 year old to stay at SGI and loved it! Such a short walk to the beach and the property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool also. Such a quiet, family friendly beach.

For Property Manager/Owner

This is meant for owner/property manager. The unit has been updated and is nice. Upon arrival at 4, we realized the unit had not been cleaned. John was very attentive in getting someone there as soon as possible. There are some things that need to be addressed. There were some ants in the kitchen near the garbage can and a couple of bugs in the bathroom. Some of the blinds in the bedroom and living room could not be opened or closed. There is an area of the floor in front of the stove that is coming up. Another area of the floor in front of the dishwasher/sink is very spongy. It seemed like there is a problem with the subfloor. Someone at some point needs to clean ceiling fans and air vents. None of this prevents the unit from being rented. I am only giving this update because I would want to know if I was an owner.

Will never stay here again

We were so looking forward to our vacation, little did we know we were walking into a senior citizen resort where nosy neighbors peek in your door and call the manager when you accidentally had a glass beer at the pool and we accidentally tore one of the cheap curtains. Not to mention the smoke alarm battery went off at 4 am and we couldn’t reach anyone to help! Plus the a/c is set at 69 but the temp is 76. And the bar lights didn’t work as well as a lamp in the living room! This was a terrible experience and just know there will be nosy eyes EVERYWHERE waiting to tell on you! Even if your dog happens to bark while outside! We did have a 3rd dog very unexpectedly due to a death in the family, but no sympathy was given at all! But regardless of the pet situation the neighbor situation was just ridiculous!!! Better be in your best behavior if you stay here!! Couldn’t be more disappointed!

Very quiet and nice.

To many stairs but back deck is perfect and only a few 11 steps. Nice friendly people. And the poop mitts came in handy! Very clean grounds and condo.
