Awesome location and nice apartment. Definitely go to Konitos Cafe. Shower being moldy was the only problem.

Wonderful stay in PB
Steve and Lori's condo was the perfect place to stay in PB. It was clean, cozy, well-stocked, and has a balcony that the sun hits for much of the day. It is in a safe, beautiful PB neighborhood walkable to the beach, parks, stores, restaurants, and bars. I would love to stay here again if i ever come back to San Diego, and would recommend this to anybody.

Lori and Steve's condo was delightful. It was clean, well equipped with linens, cookware, dining ware. The dedicated parking was appreciated. The location was convenient with Vons and Trader Joe's around the corner and multiple dining options. Thanks so much!!

Awesome Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Lori's property. The apartment faces south (a courtyard) so it got plenty of sunlight during the day and is whisper quiet at night. The apartment was perfectly clean when I moved in and it had all the things I needed for a 3 months stay. It was my first time using VRBO and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great long stay locaton!
I was in town for 2 months for work and this property was in the perfect location to access the city. It was quiet and well stocked with amenities. Its a perfect space for 1 person and loved having coffee in the morning on the balcony! You can not go wrong here!

Turn Key Condo in the perfect location!
I rented from Steve and Lori while I was on a travel nurse assignment in San Diego. The condo that I rented was perfect. Everything was recently renovated inside so the condo was like new. It was very clean and had everything you needed! Dish soap, Laundry soap, grilling supplies, cleaning supplies, towels, guest linen, bikes to use, I mean this condo was literally turn key. The complex is very well maintained, secure, and quite. Covered parking is provided. The pool area is beautiful and has two very nice grills to use. The condo is situated right next to a Starbucks, Vons, Trader Joes, and some pharmacies. It is walking distance to the bay and the ocean. Lori was a pleasure to work with. She was always available if I had a question and very kind. She even offered to buy me an AC unit during a record breaking heat wave. I would 100% recommend this property!
