Dieses herrliche Poolhaus befindet sich im Herzen von W Bradenton und nur wenige Minuten vom weltberühmten Anna Maria Beach entfernt! Sie sind nur eine kurze Fahrt von vielen fabelhaften Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Walking (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und Radfahren ist Palma Sola Bay, wo Sie entlang gehen können und genießen Sie Ihren Spaziergang oder eine Radtour.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, stilvoll und im Jahr 2018 umgestaltet! Dieses wundervolle Haus bietet 3 entspannende Schlafzimmer und 2 volle Bäder plus sehr bequemen Wohnzimmerbereich an! Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer haben ein Quin-Size-Betten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Waschküche und zwei Flachbild-TVs im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Für diejenigen mit Kindern bieten wir einen Kickertisch draußen! :) Ich habe auch einen kleinen Weber-Grill für dich. WiFi ist im Haus!

Ich habe versucht, an alles zu denken, was Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm und entspannend macht. Ich habe mein Haus mit ungiftigen Gegenständen geliefert, die Sie verwenden können und die Sie nicht immer finden; Handseife, Waschmittel, Weichspüler, Spülmittelseife, Duschgel ect.

Die Poolheizung wurde im September 2018 installiert. Wenn Sie planen, während der Herbst- / Winterzeit zu kommen, wird der beheizte Pool für eine zusätzliche tägliche Gebühr in Höhe von 15 USD / Tag zur Verfügung stehen. (Diese Kosten werden in ein Angebot aufgenommen).

Auf eine persönliche Note; Ich kam 2001 aus Polen mit zwei Koffern in dieses Land, zwei Hunderte in der Tasche, mit wenig Englisch, aber mit großen Träumen und Zielen. Einer meiner Träume war, irgendwo einen warmen Ort zu haben. Nachdem ich Bradenton im Jahr 2012 entdeckt hatte, wusste ich, dass ich eines Tages hierher ziehen werde. Es steht seitdem auf meiner Liste und im Februar 2018 habe ich dieses Haus gekauft.
Mein einziger Wunsch an Sie ist, mein Haus zu genießen und mich gut darum zu kümmern. Ich habe so hart gearbeitet, um das zu erreichen, was ich habe.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including pool toys and beach gear. Our kids had the best time in the heated pool, and it was a nice surprise to find a box of legos and books in the kids’ room to keep them busy when they weren’t swimming. This is a beautiful home not too far from the beaches. The pool and patio are great. The house was very well equipped with everything you think you would need for spring great. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Delightful Pool Home

Owner greeted us with a bottle of wine. House is well equipped and extremely cleaned. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Pool area is very comfortable and spacious. The pool is refreshing and stays cool with 100 degrees outside. Planning on returning soon. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, don’t hesitate to book this home. Amazing

Everything about this rental experience was top notch. The house has literally everything you can think of for your ideal vacation. Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our trip to Bradenton. We appreciated that Kasia had many items available for our use (dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent and many more). You really just need your clothes and a swimsuit to enjoy this property. I walked the dog a couple of miles each day in this neighborhood and met some very nice people. The pool was clean and she heated it for us for a small daily fee. We used the beach umbrella and beach chairs. Enjoyed Manatee beach that was only a 15 minute drive away. Thank you for a very relaxing week in sunny Florida.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation!

The house was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pool was great, the beach was close, only 10 minutes. The owner supplied beach bags, towels, buckets and toys, boogie boards and folates, a beach umbrella and a cooler which we took to the beach every day. The neighborhood was quiet and there were many restaurants close by. This was by far the nicest house and pool property I have rented. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florida. The owner was in constant contact and made checking into the property and leaving very easy. Thank you for a GREAT family vacation!

Incredible Home

We were beyond impressed with our stay. This house was just perfect for our family of 5. A wonderful layout (master in one side, 2 spacious bedrooms on the other) with a great living area and kitchen in the middle. There was also a laundry room and sitting area. And then the outside! A great patio and pool. We had everything we ever needed and more. When we return to Bradenton we plan to book here again. So much better than any hotel…or honestly any other rental home we’ve had previously. One last note: Kasia, the property owner, is incredible. She is a delight to work with. You can see that this house is so well managed and cared for. Thanks so much, Kasia!

Lovely cosy home that’s very well equipped

The home is very nice and cosy and Kasia has ensured you have everything you need, and more! The location is very safe and easy to get to and there’s a lot of space in the beautifully decorated home. It’s not very close to the beach and not much in easy walking distance unfortunately, but I enjoyed just being by the lovely large pool and in the house rather than driving around to go places. As it’s a home, you do need to be aware of visits from pool cleaners and gardeners as well as putting out the garbage twice a week during your stay. The neighbors also put up a fence while I was there so that was a little noisy, but is much more secluded now so it’s a definite improvement from being overlooked by neighbors when you’re in or by the pool.

Awesome Stay!

This house was very relaxing, expectionally clean and very comfortable, which we were by far. The owner made sure to stock all essentials plus more. We really only needed to bring our clothes. The home decor and style is really nice with wifi and loads of TV app entertainment. There is also beach supplies, bikes, indoor board games, etc. Like I said, you only need to bring your clothes. The location is close to beaches, shopping and dining. The neighborhood was quite peaceful and traffic was a breeze. The pool was also fantastic. Our communication with the owner was friendly and effective The owner quickly responded to questions and concerns. If we ever need to vacation in the area again, we would definitely come back.

Beautiful vacation getaway

Amazing Beach Home for the Whole Family We had a wonderful stay at Kasia’s place including my fox terrier Miss Trixie Delight. lol The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The pictures are accurate and current. You will LOVE the open floor plan with spacious entertaining areas and private backyard. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and can accommodate multiple chefs. We bought some of our own spices and condiments but the pantry is well stocked with basic needs. The bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses and we all had the best sleep. The huge patio and pool area was so nice to relax in. There are plenty of pool toys to choose from. She surprised our family with a huge pink swan in the pool. She is a very gracious host and very accommodating. We were welcome “home” with a bottle of wine and chocolates. There was plenty of plush towels and Modere toiletries in each bathroom. This was our first family vacation we’ve taken this year due to the travel restrictions but we had the BEST time exploring the different beach towns and relaxing on the many beautiful beaches. The garage is full of everything you need for the perfect beach getaway. This is definitely one of our favorite areas to visit and Kasia’s place is the perfect vacation home. We will definitely be back and Kasia’s home is the only place we want to stay at.

Family Weekend Rental Experience

The issue with this rental is not the property itself but rather the owner. From the beginning the owner of the rental behaved in a prejudice manner . The first message received was the following “ Hi C______,thank you for your interest in my home. I'm not sure why my house was available for 2 nights booking since my minimum nights is 4. The reason I have minimum 4 nights is that the area is very family friendly and I don't allow weekend party groups if you know what I mean. Please let me know if that's still ok with you since I have no loud music and loud conversation outside by the pool after 10 pm. I hope you understand.” I’d recommend the following: Make sure you read the fine print otherwise you’ll be dealing with a lot of feedback from the owner. They will also charge you extra for any small violation. The owner of the property lives relatively close to the home and will therefore check up on it every so often. My family and I reserved the house for a peaceful weekend getaway near the beach. The overall stay would have been amazing if the owner of the property weren’t so heavily involved and controlling of the stay.
