Beobachten Sie die hypnotischen Wellen des Ozeans und die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge über der Bucht direkt von unserem Balkon aus. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist komplett komfortabel und verfügt über ein passendes Schlafsofa, einen Liebessitz und einen Stuhl sowie einen 65-Zoll-Visio-HD-Smart-Fernseher mit NETFLIX und DVD-Player.

Unsere Einheit ist hell und nautisch, ständig aktualisiert und sorgfältig gepflegt. Der lange Esstisch und die gepolsterten Stühle bieten Platz für sechs Personen und bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Es gibt sogar eine extra große Theke mit Barhockern, auf der Sie mehr Platz zum Kochen oder zum Ausbreiten haben.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten, 2 Kommoden, einen 26-Zoll-TV und einen DVD-Player. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank verfügt über riesige Regale zur Aufbewahrung von Gepäck oder anderen Gegenständen, die Ihren Wohnraum einnehmen würden. Ein eigenes Vollbad rundet dieses Zimmer ab.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und eine Kommode. Der übergroße Kleiderschrank bietet Platz für Kleidung und vieles mehr. In diesem Raum befindet sich eine 19-Zoll-TV / DVD-Kombination. Jeder kann zuschauen, was er mag! Das zweite Vollbad befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Halle. Nach einem Tag am Strand gibt es immer viel heißes Wasser zum Duschen.

Und was machst du, wenn es regnet? Das Capri verfügt über einen beheizten Innenpool, einen Basketballplatz, einen Billardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte, Airhockey, Arcade-Spiele, eine Bibliothek und einen Trainingsraum mit Laufbändern, Heimtrainern, Nautilusgeräten und vielem mehr. Alle diese Extras befinden sich auf der zweiten Etage, zusammen mit Ihrem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Wenn Sie die Sonne lieben, aber den Sand hassen, bietet das übergroße Deck Tische mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühle zum Sonnenbaden. Das Deck ist auch ein großartiger Ort für ein Krebsfest mit Familie und Freunden. Wir haben sogar einen Supermarkt! Öffentliche Toiletten befinden sich direkt gegenüber dem Pool. Für eine erholsame Zeit oder einen abenteuerlichen Spaß ist unser Gerät in der Capri die perfekte Wahl für Ihren nächsten Urlaub.

Great Spot!

Fabulous accommodations! The apartment was spacious, well kept, and nicely decorated. We took advantage of the serene balcony, relaxed together after a long day enjoying family movie time, swam in the indoor pool and ate dinner as a family whenever we had the chance.

Fantastic location

Ed the host was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to any queries that we had. His kitchen is FULLY stocked (better than ours at home!) We are a family of 6...4 kids 10, 11, 13 and 14. There was ample room for all of us and the closet was huge! Location was right on the beach and the fact that beach chairs were provided was great. Overall I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again if we go back to OCMD. You will not be disappointed

Perfect getaway!

We loved the Capri. The unit had everything we needed and then some! We loved sitting on the balcony because we could see everything. It was awesome being oceanfront and not having to drag our stuff across the highway. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location With A Lot of Amenities

We staid a week and enjoyed it so much here. There is an indoor pool that comes in handy when you had too much time in the sun and need a little break. The beach is right there. You can just walk out of the building and there it is. Beautiful! A lot of restaurants/shops are walking distance. You can order food and pick up or go shopping without using your car. Great place with everything you need.

Perfect beach vacation!

We felt right at home in this comfortable and clean condo and can’t wait to visit again! We had great weather and the beach was very comfortable- plenty of room to social distance. Given the pandemic, we chose to order carryout most nights and enjoyed eating in the condo or on the deck, listening to the ocean waves! Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The owner was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Would highly recommend!

We were so pleased with the accommodations! Exceptionally clean with beautiful views. Plenty to do with my young adult and teenage sons! Everything went very smoothly. The owner was great to work with and quick to reply to any questions. I would, however, suggest it be made clear you have to pay for the parking spot. I had read another review about it so I was not surprised by the extra fee. Hope to go back next time we are in OC.

Great location

Our vacation was outstanding. Ed communicated immediately and thoroughly so we had very few questions. The location is great in that it's the perfect floor to see both the bay and ocean clearly. It's also just far enough away from the boardwalk to find a higher level of peace if that's what you are seeking but also close enough for a short drive. The indoor pool was awesome and the sun deck is attached so you can enjoy both easily. We had an amazing time!

Great Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. It was right on the beach, great balcony view of the beach, and the furnishings all made you feel like you were on a beach vacation. The owner, Ed, was a pleasure to work with. He promptly responded to all texts and calls and the keys were sent to us prior to us arriving so the check in was seamless. We also needed an extra car space and there was no problem getting it. The condominium building was exercising great Covid-19 safety precautions which included one family per elevator and mandatory mask wearing while inside the building. However, in line with these precautions, the condominium board had decided to close all indoor amenities including the pool, game room, basketball room, and sauna. Only the tennis court was open. We were not aware of this prior to arriving at the condo but Ed was very gracious and honorable in providing us a reasonable solution for this inconvenience. Overall, great condo with a great location and a great owner. It was close to all the great restaurants and activities Ocean City has to offer. I would highly recommend this condo for families seeking a nice beach vacation.

Nice place.

Booking and communications with the property manager were great! The place was nice and clean. The only issue we experienced was with parking. If you need a second space make sure you call ahead. We did call ahead and reserved one. At checkin they tried to have us park a truck in a space for a tiny car, but the person issuing the permits did not check that we had reserved another one. So I had to go to the managers office to get it handled because he told me that was the only spot available and even if we could have fit there was someone in the spot. The manager of the building handled it, but it was an inconvenience. Also, make sure you take cash for the parking and have correct change because you have to pay cash and twice they did not have change.
