Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen, unser zweites Zuhause in Sunset Village im Sandpiper Bay Golf Club zu teilen, 10 Minuten vom Sensational Sunset Beach, 15 Minuten vom Ocean Isle Beach und 20 Minuten von North Myrtle Beach entfernt.
Unser Erdgeschoss 2-Schlafzimmer, 2-Bad-Einheit bietet Platz für 6 Gäste bequem.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das bei Bedarf zu 2 Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann,
TV / DVD-Player-Kombination, großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes Bad und Zugang zur abgeschirmten Terrasse. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und Flachbild-TV / DVD-Combo.
Die Küche ist komplett mit allen wichtigen und kleinen Geräten ausgestattet, darunter ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmaschine / Trockner.
Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-TV und DVD-Player, viele Brettspiele, Das Sofa wandelt sich zu einem Queen-Size-Schläfer, große Schiebetüren bieten Zugang zu einer privaten, abgeschirmten Terrasse mit Bistro-Set & Schaukelstuhl mit Blick auf Teich, um Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Abendcocktails zu genießen.

This unit was perfect for our weekend away. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Great location, short drive to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. The view of the golf course was an added bonus.

Perfect fit for our group

Traveling with older and somewhat disabled adults. The only step to get into the condo was the curb from the parking lot. This was perfect. First floor condo, walk in shower. Bedrooms were nice, clean linens and towels. Kitchen is small but it worked for our group. View of the golf course from screened in sunroom. Mattresses were firm. Would stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay

fabulous vacation condo.

This condo is very comfortable. We love the water view with the golf course right behind it! We stayed here last year, and found it to be very nice. Since that time the owners have made so many improvements it's amazing. they've put in tile floors in both baths, new carpet in both bedrooms, bright new lighting in both the kitchen and dining area, and new paint! They also put in new living room recliner and sleep sofa. We had our 4 grandkids (that live close by) come for a night and they raved about the new "comfy sleep sofa" and twin beds in the guest bedroom. All six of us were quite comfortable. BTW, I love the new recliner a lot. There is so much to do here! Short drive to Myrtle Beach, dinning galore, beaches, parks, swimming, tennis, golf. We drove down to Brookgreen Gardens and up to Southport. Something for every one! We love it so much we hope to come back for an extended stay! Thank you Lynne for allowing us to stay here, It is gorgeous!!!

The perfect getaway!

The condo is absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for dining and cooking, even a crock pot. We have stayed here in the past with friends and were delighted to see it is now freshly painted a beautiful blue-gray and very tastefully upgraded. I LOVE the new recliner and sleep sofa! I fell asleep more than once on the recliner. It is SO COMFORTABLE!!! With plush new carpet in both bedrooms and very attractive new tile floors in both bathrooms and master dressing area, they have done a masterful job in selecting perfect materials for the upgrades. Our last time here, there was a lock box for the entry key. That has been eliminated with a modern electronic lock. Entry is now gained pressing your 4 digit code and the lock opens. As you leave, just press a button and the door locks. No more looking for the keys. For me, that is a big upgrade. A huge bonus for me is going out the back door and walking about 50 feet to the pond and fishing (with no license required). A neighbor reeled in a bass about a foot long while we were here. FYI, it is catch and release. Sunset Beach is gorgeous with beautiful clean white sand and the "Kindred Spirit Mail Box", which was quite moving. There is a pier that you can fish from there, for a fee. Lynne and June are very nice, and easy to deal with. Their quick response to a question I had was great. Thank You Lynne & June!!! We hope to stay with you again!

Short drive to the nearby beaches

This condo was adequate and comfortable. The condo is surface clean but you can tell it's been a while since it has been deep cleaned. Our feet were very dirty after walking barefoot in the condo the first night we got there. The appliances all work (I can't speak to the K cup coffee maker because I forgot to bring coffee) and we love having a washer and dryer on site. The beds are adequate but very firm. They are a bit noisy when you first get in but after the first night we all slept okay. The kitchen seems better equipped to eat than to cook. The dishes were clean but we chose to buy frozen food and heat it up rather than prepare fresh food each day. Communication with the owner was adequate when I asked specific questions. Checking in was slightly confusing partly due to us getting there after it was dark. The building numbers are difficult to see due to the height of the trees. The entryway is not well lit and we were given a passcode which we thought was to the door but in reality it is to the lockbox on the storage closet door which holds the keys to the front door. We didn't use the pool facilities at all partly because we didn't know where it was but we were only there for 2 full days and we spent them at the beach. Sunset beach is phenomenal. It's about a 10 min drive to Sunset and you can choose to drive to ocean isle which adds about 10 more minutes. It's nice and flat. There are ample tide pools during low tide so little kids can play but there are some nice size waves that bigger kids can play in too. If you love shelling you might want to choose a different beach because there a very few shells here. There is free public parallel parking on the street and multiple public beach access points and one large pay lot near the pier. We never parked near the pier but the beach was super crowded with people near there when we walked the shoreline. We were at two different spots on the beach and even being labor day weekend there was plenty of space on the beach and in the water. If you have a tent / shade with legs you have to set up in the very back in accordance to local ordinance requirements. That would have been nice to know before we set up mid beach and had to move when the patrol came by letting us know. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Great beach retreat

We enjoyed our stay while we visited Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. Wifi and cell service was spotty, but we made the most of it. Lots to see and do close by. Was nice to sit in the enclosed patio and listen to the rain and frogs.
