Altmodisches Cottage in der Nähe des Mears State Park und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand und dem Channel Park entfernt. In der Nähe des alten Baldy. Ein großer Schlafbereich und ein Hauptschlafzimmer bieten Platz für 8 Personen. Wohn- und Essbereich sind von der Küche aus verbunden. Ein Badezimmer. Schöner Hinterhofbereich zum Sitzen und Genießen des schönen Wetters. Mieten von der Woche oder täglich. Zwei eigene Parkplätze.

Keine Haustiere oder Rauchen erlaubt. Keine großen Partys oder Versammlungen auf dem Gelände. Check-in um 3 Uhr und Check-out vor 11 Uhr. Selbsteinchecken mit einem Schließfach.

Very Clean and Great Location!

Very clean cottage that was a one minute walk to beach and a 5 minute walk to town. Lots of room inside with super comfortable beds! The toilet was a little cramped but small price to pay for this location. Thank you for a great couple of days.

Great location

All of us enjoyed our stay at the property (including the pup!). The location was great being so close to the beach. The cottage was very clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We did have a little difficulty in finding the place as we kept looking for a light green house. That is what the place looked like in the pictures on the website. We did finally realize the house was a light grey! Perhaps some updated pictures on the website would be recommended. We would definitely recommend this place as a great place to stay in Pentwater. And would definitely stay there again!

Old fashioned cottage

Nice and clean cottage very close to Lake Michigan. Bathroom is very small. Sleeping area large and easily accommodated our family.

Great location

Nice cottage. Great location. Walk to the beach or into town. Cottage is quaint, and clean. Have stayed here a few times. Highly recommend & hope to return. Host is always accommodating.

Location Location Location!

Perfect location, close to Mears State Park, shopping and dining. Easy to navigate check in, and host was very communicative. Everything you need was provided. Dishes, towels etc. The only downside for us, was the mattress in what would be the master. It was quite uncomfortable. Keep in mind, we are older, so it may not be a problem for younger folk under 60. Great experience otherwise!

Very easy beach access

The location is perfect, near the entrance to the state park so within easy walking to the beach. The house is small but that is in the description. The bathroom is very small, it may be difficult for taller or larger people. One bedroom with a full size bed and the other bedroom has several beds. It is separated by a saloon type door so not very private. The dishes are eclectic but some are chipped and need replaced. Great supply of bath and kitchen towels, so no issues there. Not a lot of info on trash pickup, sort of figure it out on your own and the parking was vague. Looks to be a 3 space spot that is shared. The home had a faint smell of cat, but it was on and off. Overall it was good, location made up for other issues.

Cute little house

Super easy to understand instructions on where it’s located, where to park & how to get in. It sleeps quite a few for how small it is which is nice for sure! But just us two best friends it was really perfect. I took the bedroom & my friend the, early riser had the whole house to herself in the morning. She would walk down to Lake Michigan which was just about a block away & have her morning coffee. It was a super peaceful time of year. The neighborhood & town were really quiet. Bathroom was a little cramped but you can tell it is a really old house. Everything was updated just fine in it. I would definitely stay here again!

Deserves 10 * review. Perspective here brings all the joy in the world!

My husband and I were staying to save on gas because he was working for Insignia on homes in the area. My daughter and her 5 little girls came to surprise us as they had a day off during the week and being only 1.5hrs from GR and 4 homes from one of the best state parks in Michigan she couldn't pass up the chance to see the lakeshore one more time before the snow fell with the kids.. The weather turned out to be spectacular for sweatshirts and a stroll along the beach shore. The kids found stones and sticks, saw a deer come down for a drink and all the ladybugs they could ever imagine. Then since its fall in MI and the sun goes down by 6p we took a short drive into the quaint town that is Pentwater and shopped at the toy store(yes it is open until New Years). Then home for dinner and fun inside the cozy just like home only better cottage. My granddaughters loved the big open space that had bunk beds and a cool fold out foam couch bed. They danced and played hide and seek throughout the home for hours and slept peacefully after watching Netflix on the big flat screen in the living area. In the AM before leaving the kids played some more and begged to come back for Christmas and in the summer. My daughter went down to watch the storm roll in across Lake MI which was soothing to her busy momma soul. I will definitely be booking again as will my daughter and her family. It was such a blessing for her to have a place for everyone to stay without the balk she is used to getting whenever she tries to take her family on an adventure. The hospitality will not be forgotten by her big family of love!

Ideal Location

The location of this cottage is really tough to beat and having two parking spaces helps as well. We had some issues when checking in, but the owner responded immediately and resolved it as fast as they could. We were very happy how things were handled. The only real disappointment was that the bed in the small bedroom is not a queen, it is a full (75" x 54"). We made due, but the listing says "queen".

Great little place. Excellent Location

Cute, little house near the beach and town. Love the location. had small kids with us and they loved the big bedroom set up for 5 plus kids (if needed). The place had everything we needed plus much more (like beach toys, sidewalk chalk, a grill, outdoor space, etc). Only negative was the shower - in a funny way though. I am 6'4 and felt like Buddy the Elf taking a at the NorthPole! It is manageable, but challenging (you'll laugh when you see it). Kudos to the property manager/ Housekeepers! They were the absolute kindest most hospitable people. They were genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed and checked back after our first night. We new we were in a good place.

Pleasant stay in spite of the weather...

The accommodations were as described and fit our needs for the weekend. Would stay again! Our only complaint was figuring out the cable/tv/remote ;-) BUT we finally got it...just very different than what we have at home.
