Dieses Haus ist komplett für Familien eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Queensize-Betten, ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Schönes Haus mit komfortablem Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Kamin, einem riesigen Esstisch für zehn Personen, vier Schlafzimmern und einer Garage mit Spielzeug für alle Altersgruppen. In der Garage gibt es ein Indoor-Basketballspiel, eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Malibu-Barbie-Jeep und jede Menge andere Spiele.

Das Familienzimmer und die offene Küche verfügen über eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen, Granit-Küchenarbeitsplatten, eine Kücheninsel, bequeme Sofas und Stühle für Familienzimmer sowie einen Großbildfernseher. Weinstube und Weinkühlschrank ebenfalls.

Außerhalb des eingezäunten Hofes befindet sich ein Grill, bequem mit Stühlen und Sonnenschirm befeuert. Perfekt für das Haustier, ohne das Sie Ihr Zuhause nicht verlassen können. Wir haben sogar Tierspielzeug und Wasserschalen!

Die Master-Suite ist elegant und bietet ein schönes Master-Bad, eine Badewanne, eine Dusche und einen Ankleidebereich. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher mit Ausnahme des Kinderzimmers. Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Sackgasse, nur wenige Gehminuten von großartigen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt.

Great family vacation rental

Great, spacious home for a family to rent for vacation. Super close to grocery stores and restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. Plenty of space for our family of five! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, bowls, silverware, etc and the basics for cooking meals. The house also had ample supplies of bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets, etc.

Family Reunion

We were 9 people and this home had a very spacious family room that flows into the very lovely kitchen. There is also a beautiful living / dining room with a table that seats 10 people. The garage has a pool table that got a lot of use and lots of toys for your children. The backyard also has a lovely seating arrangement that includes a fire pit

SoCal Visit from Louisiana

Visiting SoCal with family and had an agenda that included San Diego, Coronado, Poway, Carlsbad and Oceanside. This was the perfect centralized location for all of our planned outings. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. We loved our place which helped us to love our family vacation. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and helped us in every way possible to make sure we were comfortable. Great quiet neighborhood — and close to just about anything in the SoCal area. So glad we chose this property.

Nice house for families

We enjoyed the house for our family of six. Within walking distance from excellent shops and grocery stores. Only issue was that property manager was very slow to respond prior to check in. There aren’t check in instructions on app either.

Wonderful Encinitas Home

We had a wonderful time visiting Encinitas. This home was perfect for our family and extended family visiting for a soccer tournament. The neighborhood is quiet and close to stores restaurants and all of the wonderful San Diego amenities. The house is just as in the pictures and was perfect for us. Highly recommended!!

The property fit all our needs except the garage needed MORE light.

House was very close to shopping and restaurants but neighborhood was very quiet. Backyard needed more doggie proofing. A lot of holes for escape. Beach very close for fishing and swimming. Had a fabulous week there.

Bummer the bbq had no propane and was in poor condition, like unusable. Drains in house were very slow needing maintenance Floor tiles were dirty, needed a deep clean Otherwise house is great

Described just right!

Awesome location and a great house. well worth the money for a big family. we were not in tight spaces at all. the ping pong table and basketball game was awesome for the kids. a very short drive to everything you would need. highly recommended

Did Not Meet Expectations

This home did not meet expectations. Our family has enjoyed many great homes in the past, but this house was an anomaly, especially for the cost. When we arrive, the code to access the key and the Wifi was incorrect. The overfilled garbage bin stank with putrid-smelling trash. The property manager removed the garbage the next day. The house was poorly cleaned and some sheets were torn and stained. The property manager arranged for the maid to clean the kitchen (soiled burner and dirty dishes) and replace the sheets. The maid did a good job and the new sheets were nice. The garage smelled like cat pee and we found dog poop in the backyard. We cleaned the backyard and kept the garage door cracked open. The home is dated. We replaced the bbq handle, fire alarm, and multiple lights bulbs. The manager dropped off a new fire alarm and replaced chipped plates with plastic plates. Although the house banner states the home sleeps 12, there are only beds for nine people. The home description mentions an inflatable mattress to make up the difference...but the mattress did not hold air. Again, the manager bought a new inflatable bet, but again, it failed to hold air throughout the night. On the positive side, the outdoor seating area is pleasant (gas- table), and the beautiful dining table can comfortably seat ten people. The home is also walking distance to Ralph's, Trader Joe's and other stores. There is also a great fitness gym nearby. Marianne

Great stay

First arrived and house was not cleaned. After cleaning it was all smooth sailing from there. House was spacious and had almost everything we needed. Owners never let us down when we needed anything. Will love to come and stay again. Thank you for a great vacation.

Greatest house ever

This house was even better than it looks in the pictures, the whole family had so much fun here and the beach is a straight shot down the road, maybe 5 minutes. Grocery stores are really close and you can't hear anything from the other houses which was nice! love this place and will definitely be back!!! also subman down the street is the bees knees!

Christmas In California

We were very pleased with the spacious home. The home was easy to find and located near shopping. Easy access to I-5 both north and south bound. We enjoyed the large kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We enjoyed the garage activities and the grandchildren loved the Barbie car. We loved the fireplace in the Family Room. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the home to our friends.

Comfy house, great location

Stayed at the house over Thanksgiving weekend and were quite pleased with our stay. There were a few hiccups on arrival, but the owners took care of them intently and swiftly on Thanksgiving eve and day as they live in the area which makes a huge difference. Plus they left us a bottle of wine which always eases the pain. The house itself was clean, well kept, spacious and comfortable. Don't be afraid to get the fireplace going if weather permits, it is great. I would go back, just know that the house is about 2.5 miles away from the beach. We knew this coming in and were looking for a great interior space. Best surprise of the stay was the ping pong table in the garage turned rumpus room, great stuff. The only possible negative is that with 6 adults there were only 2 bathrooms. Not really an issue for us, but would have been nice to have one more. If you're not looking for on the beach or walking distance to it, this is a no brainer, do it!

Gorgeous home

We used the home to host our wedding reception. The house was gorgeous and was perfect. Only complaints i had was we did have to go out and purchase candles and air freshener because there was a strong pet odor, amd also, the AC in the front of the home did not work so great and it got pretty hot. But other than those little items it was a great experience! The owner was super friendly and helpful!

Family Friendly

The home was the perfect size for my husband and I, our 4 children, their spouses and their babies. Closets were even big enough for them to put the babies in their pack-n-plays in them. The dining room table was amazing, as it fit our entire family for each meal. The family room was perfect for us to relax in while the little ones played on the floor, although I would recommend a curtain for that window/door as it gets very sunny and quite warm in the afternoons. Nicole was very helpful and had a blow up mattress all set up for us, per my request earlier in the day. When we entered the home I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the kitchen. The outsides of the cabinets were dirty as well as the insides. There was also old fruit left in plates on the counter probably from the previous renters. I cleaned the cabinets and threw out the fruit. I feel that when we are paying a cleaning fee the home should have been cleaner and I should not have had to do the cleaning myself. The drawers in the kitchen had a lot of needed utensils but very disorganized as well as the many cabinets along the side wall. Again I think this could be remedied by organizing after each renter departs. There was no cheese grater and no extra toilet paper and we had to search for the kitchen towels, finally finding them in the dryer. Not enough coffee mugs and one of us had to drink coffee out f the creamer every morning. The garage is a ping pong ball haven which the whole family enjoyed. All in all the home was perfect for our large family. just needs to be cleaner and more organized.

5 STAR ***** WOULD STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY!

A recommendation doesn't mean anything unless you would send your own loved ones there. I would definitely do that in this case. From booking thru check out Nicole was the utmost charm to work with. After a little mini storm on night one - a strange squeeking started in the roof, turns out the wind loosened a fan. Nicole had that fixed within an hour of my reporting it. Place was clean and perfect for our multi family stay. Nicole even worked with me above and beyond what was needed to get some clothes back that we had left behind. Truely a top notch rental and top notch service. The best part - every time we corresponded, it was met with a smile. By the end I felt like I communicating with a friend instead of a person I was doing business with. There were a few parts of the trip that could have turned the trip into a nightmare. My dog chewing thru her screen door for one. Those things were met with a smile and an assurance it would be ok. I had gotten insurance so the insurance would deal with it. Little things like that not only prevented a trip from being a meltdown - but actually made the trip amazing. That's the mark of excellent customer service.

Family-friendly, but would be great for any group

We had a great stay. The home is beautiful and well supplied. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and drawing with chalk on the driveway. Great large dining space and a nice kitchen, so you don't have to eat out every night (very close to grocery store and Trader Joe's). Just a short drive to the beach.

Loved it!

Our extended family stayed in this lovely home for a long weekend and we really enjoyed our time there! The home's open floor plan was perfect for our large group. The home is well stocked with items to make the guests' stay comfortable. Looking forward to visiting this home again.

This is the perfect home for a large family traveling with lots of kids and pets. Located in central Encinitas close to everything. Moonlight beach is right down the street, the YMCA offers an Olympic sized pool, tennis courts, gym and tons of exercise classes plus a world class skateboard park! World class surfing, amusement parks include Legoland (about 15 minutes away), Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. Please note, pets are welcomed as long as they have current shots and flea protection.

Single level, lots of room, (over 2,000 s.f.) comfy and a very happy place! Beach, shopping, restaurants, lots of activities and Legoland/golf/surfing/horseback riding. What else do you need? We have toys, a ping pong table and basketball game in the garage for all to enjoy. Fenced back yard with a outdoor living room (couch) featuring a fireplace table. Great grill.

This home is also a single level with no steps for handicap access. The master suite has a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms have TV's. The home is also air conditioned. There is a wine cooler/bar area. Open floorpan with the kitchen open to the family room which has a fireplace. Separate living room also has a fireplace. Huge dining room table that seats ten.
