Der Raum

Das Haus ist ein zeitgenössisches Kunstwerk; Der Innenraum verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Höhle, 3 Badezimmer und umfasst den Florida-Lebensstil mit Indoor-Outdoor-Leben. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um den Strand zu genießen (Stühle, Handtücher, Sonnenschirm und Strandkarren, um alles einfach dorthin zu bringen). Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet. Die Höhle hat 2 Schreibtische, sollten Sie in Ihrem Urlaub leider arbeiten müssen! Es gibt Parkplätze für bis zu 4 Fahrzeuge, 2 klimatisierte Garagenplätze und 2 Einfahrtsplätze.

Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher in jedem Zimmer, ein 65 "4K mit Sonos Sound System im Wohnzimmer und ein 55" mit Sonos Lautsprechern im Lanai, wo Sie Ihre Lieblingssendung vom Pool aus sehen können (um das Sonos System zu nutzen, das die Mieter benötigen) um die App auf dein Handy herunterzuladen).

Wunderschönes Haus mit hervorragender Lage

Wir haben die Weihnachtstage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Anreise war dank Edward, dem Vermieter, komplikationslos. Wir haben uns dort alle sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. In diesem Haus findet man alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf und den Urlaub benötigt. Es ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Der Pool konnte dank seiner angenehmen Temperatur sofort genutzt werden und die Außenküche wurde ebenfalls am selben Abend genutzt. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und traumhaft schön. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder in dieses Traumhaus kommen und nochmals einen phantastischen Urlaub dort verleben. Vielen Dank an Edward für diese perfekte Betreuung ( und das Besorgen des Weihnachtsbaumes und den dazu gehörenden Ständer :-) )

Stunning Home & Best Location on Marco!!

This house is gorgeous - exactly as pictured, very clean, modern decor, spacious, completely stocked, beds are so comfortable! We made a full Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we needed! The kitchen is awesome and beyond fully stocked! The pool was warm, clean, and incredible! The lanai area is like paradise! Sun chairs, pool floats, outdoor furniture, dining table, TV and outdoor kitchen. Watched our Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day while floating in the pool! The owner is awesome - very responsive and terrific to communicate with. Super helpful and so pleasant! Allowed us an early check-in, so kind of him!! The house is one block to the beach, restaurants, and shops and right next to Marco's putt-putt course. You won't find a better VRBO on the island this close to a public beach access!! Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons and games are plentiful in the garage to use for your beach time!! This is an all-around amazing property and experience. By far our favorite VRBO we have ever stayed at! Thank you Edward for an awesome holiday! We will be back!

My first Marco Island stay

The home is beautiful. Lanai and pool area are equally as nice. Master suite and bath were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Plenty of floats and toys for the pool and we used one of the three carts provided to transport beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to the beach which was a brief 5 minute walk from the home. We had to depart early due to Hurricane Milton. But owner, Edward, refunded money for half of the trip. He was very helpful during this stressful time. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses in the kitchen. Plenty of good restaurants close by. I highly recommend this location and plan to return in the future. Owner, Edward, made the entire process from beginning to end a very simple task. Definetly deserved the highest rating!

Amazing!

This home could not be more perfect! The short walk to beach and restaurants is ideal. The home is well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas and the backyard lanai/pool area is like an oasis. There were seven of us in total and it still felt very spacious. Having three full bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to shower and get ready before heading out in the evening. Most nights after dinner, we would enjoy the lanai area with cocktails, music and nightly swims! Eduardo checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything and was very communicative during the whole process. We will definitely rent this home again, if Eduardo will have us! We have stayed in this neighborhood many times, but this home is the crown jewel! The modern decor, location, layout is perfect for larger groups. A real Marco Island gem!

We were delighted with our stay at this lovely home. It was ideally located for our family vacation - loved the house and the very private pool, with an easy walk to the beautiful Marco Island beach and the shopping center with restaurants and ice cream shop. Perfect Location and Home

This was our first trip to Marco Island and we couldn’t have picked a better house for our family. The house was clean and everything inside was as described on the listing. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool, and bathing. The pool and kitchen were spotless, as was the whole house. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Would stay here again when returning to Marco.

Great Stay

We have stayed in Marco numerous times and the location of the house is amazing for quick walks to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is great and very well stocked with items needed for the beach. Edward the builder/host was amazing to deal with.. Very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would higher recommend this house and plan to use again the next time we travel to Marco

A bit of Paradise

Having arrived home, I am already missing this vacation rental and all the amenities it has to offer! You will not be disappointed upon your arrival to this vacation destination and from the moment you walk through that door you will already be in vacation mode with everything you need at your fingertips. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances, beautifully furnished living and bedrooms. A sound system throughout the house, an outdoor oasis with pool, sun deck, covered sitting area, and cozy couches. A beautiful beach just a short walk away with all the chairs, umbrellas, floaties, coolers, and carry all wagon you need to for a wonderful stay and a bit of paradise that you’ll find with this home!

Paradise found

To make a long story short, when my wife and I along with our close friends walked into the house we just said WOW! Being a chef, I was delighted by the spacious kitchen and the outdoor grill space ,along with the fact that it was completely stocked with various seasonings, condiments, and pretty much anything else I needed to cook a wonderful meal(especially after attending the Marco farmers market, which is incredible by the way…) The house itself is beautiful and has everything that we needed such as beach accessories, soaps, and shampoo and pretty much anything else we desired. The location is simply ideal -about a five minute walk to many excellent restaurants and right across the street from South Beach(although to be honest, we spent most of our time at the pool at the house. It was incredible.) Highly recommended!

The house was awesome! Clean, very well equipped, and a VERY short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the owner because everything was fine, but any questions we asked were answered very quickly. We have already booked the home for next year!

Fantastic property, fantastic location, fantastic host

We were looking for a 2 week stay on Marco and booked 2 weeks in October. Long story short, our trip was affected by Ian. We weren’t sure what to do or how to handle it. We were hearing about no power and curfews along with RSW being closed. Edward (the host) was more than helpful, understanding, and flexible. We wound up delaying our trip by 1 week as the island recovered and Edward was extremely helpful to make that happen. The house was just like the pictures. Clean, bright, new, and high quality. We loved the outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, and sink was great. The exhaust hood was a great option and the outdoor TV topped it off. We also enjoyed being able to use the Sonos sound system by the pool. The pool itself was a good size and at a comfortable temperature. Also there was plenty of pool toys for the kids. The living space was very comfortable, loved the huge TV in the family room. The primary bedroom was large, great shower area and huge closet. The 2 other bathrooms with large walk-in showers were a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, to cook and organize. The location was great for us. A short walk to winterberry beach with a lot of beach toys, chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc available. It’s also a short walk to several restaurants. Our favorites are the collection of Marco Prime, Divinci’s, Oyster Society all in the same plaza. There is also ice cream, sports bar, movie theater and others there as well. Throughout the stay Edward checked in with us and answered all questions. I really can’t say enough about how helpful he was and that made all the difference in our stay.

This house was AMAZING! It’s even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and has everything you can think of. We were 6 couples and plenty of room to spread out. Edward was a wonderful host, he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Walking to the beach and restaurants was so easy. We fell in love with Marco Island and plan to come back to this house. Highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic property close to everything!

Our family of 4 had a terrific 1-week stay at this property. It is gorgeous - exactly as pictured, very clean, and has most anything you could ask for in a rental (basics for cooking, cleaning and paper products, everything needed for the beach, etc.). The owner is very responsive and terrific to communicate with. The house is walking distance to so much - 1 block to the beach, right next to minigolf, restaurants, and shops. We also did a shelling tour from a nearby Marina (also walkable) and explored some other beaches nearby. In addition to the walkable restaurants, we enjoyed Doreen's Cup of Joe down the road for breakfast and Snook Inn for lunch. This is an all-around great property and experience. AMAZING STAY!!! 10/10

We had the best time and this was honestly one of the best rental homes I have ever stayed in. Not only was the house incredible (even better than photos) ... the owner thought of EVERY detail from toys, to beach stuff to games to kitchen supplies etc... everything was included and it made the stay THAT much more enjoyable. Also the location could not be BETTER .. you are literally 2 blocks from the beach, amazing dinning and shops and 1 block from mini golf. I highly reccommend this place!!!
