Julias Cottage - Schritte vom Stadtzentrum in Rosemary Beach!

Julias Cottage ist nicht nur ein Ferienhaus, sondern eines unserer einzigartigen Schmuckstücke. es ist eine architektonische Erfahrung. Die ruhige Atmosphäre des vorderen Portikus mit Spitzbögen erinnert an ein mediterranes Herrenhaus, das hier von den sanften Winden des Golfs zum Schweigen gebracht wird. Der Schutz des schattigen Holzbalkons im Obergeschoss verleiht dieser Atmosphäre eine eher private Atmosphäre.

Im Inneren werden geschmackvolle Erdtöne von Gold und Rot gewärmt. Hohe Decken und satte, dunkle Holzböden vervollständigen den eleganten Stil. Eine Anordnung aus bequemen Sofas und Sesseln, ein großer Esstisch und eine moderne Küche mit Viking-Geräten aus Edelstahl grenzen an den großen, offenen Wohnbereich, der von großen Fenstern an beiden Seiten ausgekleidet ist. Dies ist ein perfekter Ort für eine Vielzahl von Versammlungen, sowohl lebhaft als auch lässig.

Die elegante Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Von den zwei Gästezimmern hat das Uptair ein Kingsize-Bett, während das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet ist. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Entertainment-Center mit Fernseher und Kabel-TV. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses führen ein kleiner Portikus und ein Spitzbogen zu einem Steinhof, der von einem hölzernen Spalier beschattet wird.

Julias Cottage liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der St. Augustine Green, Schmetterlingspark und der Cabana Pool.

Darling house, perfect location!

Darling house in the perfection location for our girl’s trip! Walking distance to all the things, coffee, restaurants, shopping & beach! The layout of the house, decor and patios were so fun- we spent more time hanging at the house than expected soaking it in! Rental company was very responsive and we were very happy to see how clean it was upon arrival!

This house was wonderful. Exactly as described...perfectly located, beautifully decorated. Property management was excellent. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Rosemary Beach with a large group. It could not have been better!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

I booked this house for a girls trip and it could not have been more perfect. The main floor was beautiful and had plenty of seating for our group of 8 to hang out. The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds and linens. It was only a block to town and such a convenient location. I’ll definitely come back and bring my family next time. Loved the front porch too.

Great location right behind the shops and restaurants. Close to pool and fitness. Even though it is on the other side of 30A, the walk to the beach was easy. Home is beautifully decorated with large bathrooms and showers. Seating and beds were very comfortable. The bunk room with 4 large beds was ideal for kids and teenagers. Could not have asked for anything better than Julia’s Place.

We had more than enough beds and baths, and a large, open area for hanging out, playing cards, and eating. It is a short walk to the Racquet Club, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Recommend Gallion for a nice dinner, Crabby Steve’s for a great lunch on the beach. We hope to book again next year!

Great location

We loved our stay. Location is great. Adjacent to Kilwins and the shops. Beach is an easy 5-7 minute walk or bike ride. Beds were comfy and the living space and kitchen plenty big. Bunk room has four queen/full size beds so can sleep up to 8 kids in there. Remaining upstairs rooms all king beds with lots of storage and own bathrooms. Only thing I can think of to Improve would be an update to the pots and pans as they are pretty well used and scratched up. New set of measuring spoons as well. Would stay there again. Thanks for the support!

Reviewer Comments: everything was great until we realized this home specifically was incredibly neglected in terms of safety. one of the doors had a broken knob in one of the main entrance doors - instead of changing this knob, they put a hole with a screw in the door and when we saw this door, the screw was broken along with it im assuming from a previous guest that said nothing about it. I would never pay thousands of dollars to be in an unlocked home our entire stay. how unprofessional and disappointing.

Our young kids did so well in the built in bunk beds and the other beds were very comfortable. The house was as described. We especially loved how close to the square this property was, so easy to walk to dinner. The only thing that wasn’t great were the bikes. We rented bike trailers thinking we would bike down to the beach and the rental company hooked it up to a bike with a broken seat. They were able to fix it though it took a day. My only suggestion is nicer bikes be provided, but everything with the actual house was fantastic so would still highly consider renting here again for our next trip.
