Dieses Haus dreht sich alles um die Lage! Es ist das zweite Zuhause in der Gemeinde, nur wenige Schritte vom Clubhaus, den Restaurants und dem Seeufer entfernt. Schöner kann Urlaubswohnen nicht sein! Ein Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Vollbädern sowie einer Höhle auf dem 18. Fairway des Golfplatzes. Über 3.000 Quadratmeter (mit mehr Platz in der unteren Ebene) gibt es Platz für alle, die sich versammeln oder ausbreiten möchten.

Weitere Merkmale des Hauses sind zwei Kamine, große Terrasse mit Weber Gasgrill, große Garage, Keller hat Kombination Billardtisch und Tischtennis. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Öfen / AC für Heizen / Kühlen in Zonen. Barrierefreiheit: Ein Schritt vor der Haustür. Es gibt eine Höhle im Erdgeschoss mit einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Schlafsofa. Das Bad im ersten Stock verfügt über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination.

Abbey Springs verfügt über zwei Pools (innen und außen), einen preisgekrönten malerischen Golfplatz, drei Restaurants, ein Fitnesscenter, Racquetball, Tennis, Boccia, Volleyball, Basketball und einen privaten Zugang zum See.

Der Mietpreis beinhaltet die Gebühren, die an die Abbey Springs Association für den Zugang zu allen Freizeiteinrichtungen zu entrichten sind (mit Ausnahme von Golf, für den eine separate Greenfee gilt).

Das Haus befindet sich 1,5 km von der Innenstadt von Fontana und 8,5 km von der Innenstadt des Genfersees entfernt. In Fontana können Sie ein Schnellboot oder einen Ponton mieten, Parasailing betreiben oder am Dock von Chuck's Lakeshore Inn und Gordy's Bar & Grill abhängen. In der Genfersee-Innenstadt (15-20 Minuten) finden Sie hervorragende Restaurants und Boutiquen. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Seeuferweg, auf den Sie vom privaten Strand von Abbey Springs aus zugreifen können, um die schönen Häuser und den Seeblick zu genießen.

Extended family get away

What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Great Stay!

Very spacious house for my group of 10! Amenities at Abbey Springs were excellent. The master bedroom bed is huge and it was very private location. Highly recommend!

Great home in the perfect location

This rental was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay with any questions we had. The home was larger than I expected from the pictures. There was room to spare even with our group of 8. There was easy access to the Lake Geneva area and this location had plenty of amenities! Will definitely book again in the future for the Lake Geneva area!

The owner does a great job communicating. The papers are laminated with expectations. The owner does not expect the guests to do the cleaning, as many do. Overall, Abbey Springs is very nice, and we recommend it for families or groups.

Golf Trip

Guys golf trip to Lake Geneva for a 3rd straight year. House was good size for 8 of us. Conveniently located near the Abbey Springs Resort amenities. House was clean and had all the necessary supplies for our 3 night stay. Nothing fancy, but decor fits in with the Wisconsin lake vibe. We would stay there again. Karl was easy to work with.

The Perfect Getaway!

We spent an amazing 4 days at this lovely property! The house is spacious but still cozy and easily accommodated 4 adults, an energetic 6 year old and 2 dogs, with room to spare. The big kitchen was the perfect location for our fun group meals and games with a cozy counter/breakfast bar and large dining areas. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable, the living room was great for relaxing and hanging out. We had a blast playing ping pong and pool in the basement and we made full use of the Abby Springs clubhouse- great bar and restaurant and huge indoor pool and hot tub! We had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend in a place as clean as any hotel but with the comfort of home! Our visit in late winter/early spring led to a lot of FUN indoor time (due to rain/snow), I can only imagine how great the summer months are during boating and beach season! We will definitely be back to find out!!

Beautiful Home

It was a girl's weekend and a dream weekend it was. There were only 3 of us so the house, of course, was like a castle to us. It was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped (except for a chef). Every room had its own character. It would be a great house for a family reunion. There are so many areas everyone can hang out in, all really nice. It was too cool for us to use the summer room but it was nice how we could look at how pretty it was from the family room. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with throughout the weekend and even after. We lost a set of keys and they went out of the way to make sure the house was checked for them. Check in was super easy! There is a guard house that you need to drive through and they are very thorough in making sure who can go thru. That made us (3 senior women) feel very secure. We wouldn't hesitate in renting this house again.

Nothing short of outstanding!

We couldn't have not been more pleased with the overall renting experience. Karl our host, communicated with me frequently through the entire process and gave me specific check in instructions and always promptly answered my questions. The house had everything available to us and there were signs to identify certain aspects of the house. If I could give 10 stars on everything I would.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family (three-generations, including two toddlers) had everything we needed at this property. The house is spacious, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Beautiful home in an ideal location

What a fabulous home! My girlfriends and I reunioned there over a weekend, enjoying all the ample hanging and sleeping spaces and proximity/access to pool, beach, South Shore path and more. It was truly a perfect accommodation, with great communication with the owner. Highly recommend for a big group (just wish you more sunshine than we had!).

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay here recently. Our group of 8 ranged from young kids to grandma and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. A few of the rooms have had their furniture updated to more modern styles since the listing photos were taken and the master bedroom now has a king size bed. Between the huge eat in kitchen, screen porch, finished basement (the kids loved playing ping pong), and two living rooms, we were all able to find a quiet place to relax or meet in small or large groups with no trouble. The house was well maintained and we appreciated the owner labeling things he anticipated guests wanting to know - closets with extra bedding, beach towels, etc. The house is nicely decorated, but in a way that didn't require the parents to run around and frantically move a bunch of fragile knickknacks out of kid range. The kitchen is well stocked if you're planning to cook during your stay. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed the woodsy vibes and we spotted deer, a variety of interesting birds, frogs, and fish on our stay. The beach is sandy but a little rocky (water shoes recommended) but a great size and depth for kids, and the walk from the house was short. We didn't make it to the clubhouse pools or restaurants but everything we did see was well maintained and staff were friendly. The owner was helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Pristine Property, Very Well Managed

We had an excellent experience staying here. The house overall is well cared for, clean and very organized. We stayed with our young children--enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, beach, playground and restaurants. Karl was quite helpful with questions and prompt in his replies.
