LAGE, LAGE, LAGE. Dieses besondere Strandreihenhaus liegt günstig an der Vorderseite des Komplexes und bietet GOLF VIEWS vom vorderen Hauptschlafzimmer und einfachen Zugang zum Strand (weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß) und zum Pool. Hier gibt es keine Aufzüge, mit denen man sich anlegen könnte! Parken Sie einfach Ihr Fahrzeug und gehen Sie direkt hinein.

Diese Eckeinheit bietet einen offenen Grundriss mit viel natürlichem Sonnenlicht durch die zusätzlichen Seitenfenster. Das Wohnzimmer ist lebendig und einladend, mit gemütlichen Sofas, die sich um einen Flachbildfernseher drehen, und überall gefliest. Vom Wohnzimmer aus führen Glasschiebetüren zur Veranda, um den Zugang zum Pool zu erleichtern.
Die Küche wurde komplett mit Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit aktualisiert und für den Genuss der Gäste komplett ausgestattet.
Ein Esstisch bietet Platz für die ganze Familie und einen einfachen Zugang zur Terrasse zum Grillen durch die Glasschiebetüren.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich das Bad im ersten Stock, in dem sich auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden, sodass Sie Ihre Badeanzüge sauber halten können!

Our stay was excellent! It was great to have close and easy access to the beach. The property was clean and communication with the property manager was great! They responded promptly when we needed them, which was once to get the code to the beach chairs. This is a great place to stay!

Excellent condo with great access to the beach!

We’ve stayed at this place in the past but first time in this unit. What makes this condo especially awesome is the access. You have immediate walk up access to the back porch where the shower is and the biggest plus is that you can park right outside your condo! It also overlooks the pool which is great! The unit is very nice and has everything you need. We were missing a few items but since the owners are local, they brought it over right away! Special shout out to them for making us feel welcome and comfortable! Will definitely stay in this unit next year!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. It is always immaculate when we arrive, and if there are any questions I have, Shannyn responds very quickly. We love the location - less than a minute walk to a beautiful private beach and walking distance to some really good restaurants! I highly recommend!!

The place was awsome and very convenient for me and my family. Beach was only about a 3 minute walk and every thing we needed was very close such as shopping centers family fun activities, and restaurants. Would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Destin.

Our favorite getaway

We have stayed at this property multiple times and each time it is wonderful. They have upgraded the property since we last stayed with was very nice. Perfect place with easy access to the beach and the complex has a pool, which makes it ideal for families. 100% will be back again.

The Crab Shack

This is our second stay at the overall property and 1st in this unit. Very nice, fairly quiet though the pool is right outside the door which can be a plus or a minus depending on your point of view. We highly recommend this unit, spacious, 2.5 baths is a plus, no complaints.

Perfect!

The condo was perfectly located. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was just outside the front door and large enough to swim laps. Inside the condo was perfect too. Clean, modern and very comfortable. We ran into a couple of snags with the locks on the front door and the beach gate, but the owner responded within minutes and straightened us out. We would definitely come back. It was a perfect vacation!

We came to Destin to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. We had lots of room. Very short walk to the beach. Right next to the pool. Able to park right in front of the unit. So, unloading and loading is very easy to do. Made our week very enjoyable.
