Framily Vacation Fun

This house was the perfect spot for our two families (4 adults and 4 teens). It was well appointed for anything needed to enjoy your stay, had ample space, seating was plentiful, and the outdoor living spaces were fabulous. It set a great tone for several days of enjoying this beautiful island. The only negative I have is the listing notes it is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach which isn’t the case. Walking to baby beach is 20-25 minutes. We rented cars so it wasn’t an issue to get where we wqnted to go, but the beach being in close proximity was one of the primary reasons we selected this property. Enjoy your stay at this lovely home. We most certainly did!

Nice property and location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The outdoor spaces really allowed you to relax and unwind. The pool had just the right mix of shade and sun throughout the day. We loved having morning coffee on the back patio and listening to the birds as the sun came up. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. We liked having the beach chairs and umbrellas available. There are some things about the home that needed updated like the blinds in the bedrooms that were missing several slats and didn't allow for full privacy and the oven. Overall, these things would not have changed our mind about the property but should be addressed for this to be a luxury property. Would stay again because of the location, neighborhood and pool.

Family vacation

Beautiful home, took our family of 6 on vacation this last week. This place was perfect for us, we were wanting an opportunity to relax and recharge for the upcoming farming season. This property did just that, was quite, very little traffic. Close enough to eating places, beach and shopping. Beautiful area!

Good place. Needs a few updates to be great.

I wish I could give this property 5 stars! Bad: The AC is only in the bedrooms, so it can be hot during the day time. The jack and Jill bathroom between the bedrooms doesn’t have a lock. Our guest didn’t love that. The master shower is failing apart and the water pressure is weak. My guess is it was last updated in the 90’s. Good: Super cool location. We loved the pool, waterfall, and abundant seating. It gets great light and brings nature into the living space. Lots of trash space, we were there over Xmas, and they stocked the toilet paper. The kitchen was a 4/5. It was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment but the fridge wasn’t very cold.

5-Star Stay Near Poipu Beach!

Our stay at this rental home near Poipu Beach was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond to any questions we had and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home itself was well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the private pool—it was crystal clear, wonderfully refreshing, and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The location couldn't have been better—just a short drive to the beautiful Poipu Beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and plenty of beach time. This home truly provided the ideal balance of comfort, convenience, and luxury. We can't recommend this place enough and would gladly stay here again!

Unpleasant house…

The waterfall house is very unique and not very comfortable. The house has mice and possibly a rat living there. We found fruits eaten on the counter and underneath furniture. The house was not clean and there were many things that did not work. The window in a bathroom wouldn’t close because crank is broken and both shower doors are broken and don’t latch shut The Air conditioning units were loud in bedrooms Too many tvs and mirrors while other decor was very substandard. Not lending to a comfortable setting… One chair on pool deck was broken. And until we asked for someone to come clean we didn’t have enough towels and washcloths. Someone did come clean after we requested it and they left more towels. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Not cozy or quite right house.

This house felt like a college frat house. It was clean but not cozy. The beds were comfortable, if you like TV every bed room has one. What decor there was minimal and from the discount store. The two ovens have one thermostat they kinda worked. The gas stove top had no fan. The jets in the bathtub didn’t work, the pool light didn’t work. I called the rental host they came and fixed the pool light but two nights latter it didn’t work again. The instructions asked us to take out the trash on Wednesday, we arrived on Sunday when I took out the garbage on Monday it was full with maggots on the top. I called the rental host and asked them to take the garbage out as it was very heavy…they came on Thursday and emptied half of the can. I found I got better results calling the rental host as to messaging. I was on vacation so I overlooked the short comings and enjoyed walking to the sea.

Fabulous property with a great layout for families, clean with comfortable beds. Close to beach

We stayed with our family of 4 plus my in-laws and the house was the perfect size and layout. Comfortable beds, clean with beautiful lanai and pool. Close to Poipu beach, shopping and great restaurants. Property Management was available for all our needs. One of our best family vacations yet! We will be back!

Fun in the Sun

The house could use some updates in the bathrooms. Kitchen needs hand towels and dish clothes. The sponge and paper towels were all we had. House was very spacious and we loved the pool. We would love to stay again. Just to let others know, the living room is sunken so it steps down. We didn't know that and upon arrival one of my sons fell because he was so excited. No AC in the main house but it was nice to have it in the bedrooms. We loved our stay over all. Located on the south side and close to a great beach. We used the chairs and toys provided and left a few new items we picked up.

Amazing potential

I will start off by saying the pictures used in the VRBO listing are old pictures of when the house last sold and was in great shape. The current conditions show a lot of wear and tear and maintenance issues that really need to be addressed. The unit needs a deep clean. Landscaping has been neglected and it’s very noticeable, especially around the pool. Multiple broken windows that would not close. Sheets were sandy so assuming they were not clean. Most of the bedrooms didn’t lock, and the bathrooms didn’t lock at all. There are no privacy shades in the master bedroom/ bath. I know it backs up to a privacy fence, but still felt like you were on display, especially at night with the lights on and another house right behind it. All the other bedrooms had darkening/privacy blinds so was surprised the master had shears only. Especially in the bathroom where there are big picture windows. The management did send over some shears and 2 panels for the master, but they are more for decor than privacy. The one thing that was a savior for this unit was the very friendly staff that made sure our stay was pleasant. We didn’t get his name, but the maintenance man went above and beyond for us, and we thank him! If all of these issues are fixed we would love to rebook next year. I will say the kitchen is well stocked! We really hope this beautiful property gets the love and care it desperately needs. Definitely has potential to be amazing :)

Wonderful place, we loved it!

Great house for family/group vacation. It's even larger than it looks in the photos, and plenty of room everywhere for people to do their own thing. Lovely private and timeless feeling with the pool in central courtyard within solid fencing and gate. The house is flooded with light, with high ceilings and big glass sliding doors everywhere opening onto the poolside and back patio. The back garden with its lush tropical plants was beautiful and somewhat wild. The pool and waterfall (and night-time pool light options!) were a huge hit with the children and adults alike. Deep all-around overhang from the house provided shade at all times of day. Kitchen is well appointed (apart from the ovens) with good quality pans, knives, quality stainless cutlery and utensils, and Mikasa china. Salt and Pepper. Excellent BBQ and tools. There were starter sizes of washing up liquid, dishwasher gel, laundry powder, shampoo and conditioner, soap and lotion, plenty of toilet paper, and a roll of kitchen paper towel. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. When we booked last year (2021), the photos didn't show the tropical greenery at the waterfall end of the pool, nor did it show the green wall on the side of the garage, so that was a lovely surprise. Separate family room with huge TV and lots of seating was much appreciated by the kids when they were exhausted. In the garage, there were lots of beach chairs, a couple of boogie boards, kids' buckets and spades, and a few pool inflatables. We left our inflatables too. Plenty of towels - white for inside (in several sizes including face washcloths), and big blue ones for the poolside. The half bathroom right by the pool is a great idea. Notes for the management: Misc: -Need more dessert spoons, teaspoons, forks, dish towels, and also a LOT more plastic "glasses" for poolside please! -If the bushes in the back were trimmed down we would have been able to see the sunsets. -It would be great to have a curtain for the master bathroom. Energy: -The owners should replace the oven. It's a 1970’s ecological disaster, wasting tons of energy. -We couldn't figure out how to turn the AC off. Overall, we absolutely loved everything about this house it and recommend it for any group and especially for families. : )

The neighbors complained about everything. You are not allowed to have guest over.

I love the house with the pool, it was very roomy. First night we were very excited in renting this house and was showing it off. We got a noise complaint, right away I shut down and make sure everyone left right away. We are flew in for a grad party and of course I got the best looking house but in a unkind neighborhood. Also, I had apologized to the security guard. I saw the neighbors the next morning, they were not friendly at all and didn’t acknowledge us. During the day the kids were swimming and I had my sister kids over too. Once again I got a called about having guests over. It was during the day so I’m not sure why another complaint. I was told that I violated the agreement and I am not to have anyone over even during the day. Once again I apologized. We went out all day and make sure we aren’t even in the pool again until we checked out. We made sure all doors are close and kids just played inside. I know the night before was my fault, we got carry away but I took action right away. But during the day the kids can’t even swim without a complaint is another issue. This house, you’re not suppose to have anyone over period. Now I know. Thank you

Nice location, has mice.

Located in a very nice golf neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. We saw mice several times. The master shower stall leaks and towlet rocks. Maintenance of the property was lacking, due to wear and tear and age. Large and we enjoyed our time time there for 8 days.

Quaint, tourist getaway

It was a nicely updated place to stay in early Feb for our family of 7. Beaches and harbor, shopping and restaurants were short walking distances away. Despite the chilly weather while we were there, the grand kids did use the pool several times! It is 2 separate levels, with outside stairs (not indoor stairs), so sharing the spaces was hard with our family unit. But would be perfect for 2 families. The hosts were efficient fixing one little issue, responding within minutes. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a small beach-town stay!

Great Private House

This house is as pictured and is a very nice comfortable stay. Wonderful garden in the back yard, and a very private location. The only improvement would be an update/upgrade to the cookware, but only a small nit in this fun an beautiful house. The property management company was very communicative and provided us with all the information we needed in a very non-intrusive manner, and provided other benefits such as an option to make the trip refundable (for a separate fee). We recommend the house and the management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was set up perfect! Separate A/C in each room! Pool was perfect for us as I brought my Grandkids they were in by 730am each day while the adults got the day started. It's in a small community in the Poipu area, shopping and resorts are close by Hyatt, Sheraton and others. It had everything needed.. We left and Ice chest, couple of umbrellas and a mask and snorkel for the next guests! It was Perfect for is 5 stars!!
