Diese 2-Zimmer-Hütte ist ideal für ein Wochenende oder eine Woche lang Urlaub! Die Hütte befindet sich in Gaines am Pine Creek. Die Gegend ist ideal zum Kajakfahren, Kanufahren, Angeln, Wandern und anderen Aktivitäten im Freien. Die Kabine ist komplett mit Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Gasgrill und einer Feuerstelle ausgestattet.
Der Pennsylvania Grand Canyon ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und bietet malerische Wanderwege und Aussichten. Cherry Springs State Park befindet sich etwa 20 Meilen entfernt und ist bekannt für Sterne-Blick.
Der Pine Creek Rail Trail befindet sich in der Nähe und ist ideal für Familien, die Fahrrad fahren oder wandern.
Die Hütte liegt auf einer Sackgasse von Pine Creek. Wir besitzen die Fassade auf der Bachseite der Straße. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Bach.

A wonderful getaway

Shelley’s place is a gem!Tha cabin is pristine and Shelley leaves little awesome touches like dog toys and dog friendly sheets. The yard is huge and the fire pit is wonderful too! The grill is a little tricky to light but otherwise everything is in excellent condition! It’s cozy but spacious. The water was fine, no issues but I did bring bottled water. The cabin is in great proximity to hiking the gorge, and tioga outfitters to rent kayaks and rafting. There is a bakery down the street with cinnamon buns to die for.I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Great Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing nature of the property! It is located conveniently close to both Wellsboro and the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Our children are already asking when we can go back! Thanks to the owners for providing this wonderful space.

Very nice, but...

Overall, the cabin is what we expected. The interior was very clean and had more than we needed. What we didn't expect we the rear deck being full of leaves and the outdoor furniture there was mossy - obviously not used by earlier guests. the HVAC system was very noisy. Finally, and most annoying is that the water was very sulfery smelling. During and after the showers the cabin reeked of sulfer. One more thing. The price listed in Trivago or Expedia, for example, almost doubles once the tax and miscellaneous fees are tacked on.

Great place for mountain getaway

The Coyote Cabin was a cozy place to stay near Wellsboro. It had everything we needed for amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Relaxing

We love the area! We previously stayed at a property that we loved, unfortunately it was purchased by another owner. We rented this in the spring and fall for 10 years. They almost doubled the price. Everything at Coyote cabin was very clean and in great condition. We had a chance to meet the owner, they were extremely friendly and helpful! We’re going to book again for next year! Thanks to Shelly and Dirk, we a great vacation!

Perfect little cabin

The cabin was adorable. It is well kept and clean. The area is quiet and wooded. It was quite peaceful. We were very close to the activities we chose to do. We would definitely like to rent this again in the spring. Thank you for opening your cabin to us.

PA Grand Canyon

We came to the area for hiking and the property was convenient to hiking trails. It was clean and well appointed, lots of towels, linens, and kitchen pans and utensils for cooking. Beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer was helpful. Overall a good experience.

Private and clean

Quick weekend getaway for myself, husband and our dog. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the cabin. Tastefully decorated and updated on the inside. 15 mins from Wellsboro and hiking trails. Enjoyed meals at the Wellsboro House, Old Antlers Inn and Burnin’ Barrel. Relaxing evening Friday night at the fire pit. Had a chilly, rainy hike on Saturday but made the best of it while enjoying the fresh air and views. Woke up Saturday morning to two fawns right outside the kitchen door! The host was quick to respond to my inquiries and check in was smooth. We are hoping to return in the Spring.

Gaines Cabin

Great location, springboard to PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek Rail Trail, and Wellsboro. Quaint cabin with everything our family of three needed. Impeccably clean per my wife, which she absolutely never says. Shelley was incredibly kind and understanding when I got our travel dates incorrect. I wish I could give her 6/5 stars.

A Few Day Getaway

We had wanted to take a few days away during the prime autumn season. But also be near a small town for restaurants and entertainment. We were really impressed with Wellsboro's restaurants and downtown area. For such a small town it has a lot to offer. The home was a nice home away from home.
