In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Diese neu renovierte Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich im neunten Stock unseres Grande Tower-Gebäudes. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Golf von diesem Gerät ermöglicht es Ihnen, unsere wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen! Vielleicht einen Seekuh oder die Delfine, die in der Brandung spielen, sehen. Aufgrund seiner Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Quarzstrand und dem azurblauen Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko. Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnanlage ist perfekt für einen Urlaub in Siesta Key. Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und das Gästezimmer über zwei Queensize-Betten mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Zur Einhaltung des Brandschutzgesetzes von Sarasota County dürfen maximal sechs Personen in dieser Unterkunft übernachten. Das große Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 42 "-Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV-Service ausgestattet. Das Hauptbad verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und das Gästebad über eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination. Die offene Küche hat Granitoberflächen und eine Fülle von Schränken. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Auf der komfortabel eingerichteten, geschlossenen Terrasse mit Schiebefenstern können Sie die warme tropische Brise genießen.

Gorgeous View and Fabulous Location

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a GREAT experience first 1 1/2 day stay. Our last day we awoke to an expected tropical storm (Debby) but found windows leaking. We spent over 14 hours trying to keep the owners place protected, drying towels, wring out towels to protect the floors. 13 cups on windowsills catching huge amounts of water. Electric outlets in floor were hot to touch and felt this was definitely a fire code violation. Received more towels after calls to office and security but could no longer maintain the wetness. The front office was aware of condo needing repairs but did not offer to move us. I know that acts of nature could not be helped, but maintenance to condo can be. Given $232 refund which I feel is not sufficient as on our last day, 5 of us spent working hard to protect your property. I have photos and video if needed and Sean from security witnessed this.

Dream Views of Gorgeous Siesta Key Beaches!

The views from this unit are absolutely breathtaking! We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to surround themselves with gorgeous beach views. The unit was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved waking up to views out our bedroom windows of the ocean. It truly is an incredible location - you feel like you are in a dream when you walk in the door and look out all the windows....this is a very special place!

Enjoyed our stay, despite the beach being covered in seaweed due to last hurricane in the area. They worked hard to get it cleared. So many things to do and see in the area. Palm Bay is in a great location. Great staff and tidy grounds.

Perfect family vacation

Law actually got stranded for 29 minutes on the elevator one day. Sofa and love seat need to be replaced. But even with these small issues we rented two condos and the entire family had a wonderful time. We loved the privacy the Palm Bay Club offers!

The most common question I got there from other vacationers was “have you stayed here before?”... Couldn't Beat the View!

Great property and would book it again. They did a fantastic job supplying toilet paper (we did buy a little extra since there were 4 of us), towels, blankets, etc., but some other places also include simple things like salt and pepper or sugar. I know, a very small statement, but it makes for less thinking and waste. Overall, it was another great week in Siesta Key :)
