My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, communication was great and the pools are wonderful if you have children. Would definitely go back and recommend this place to family and friends.

The condo and location was great right on the beach. The condo provided everything we needed down to toys for our son to play with in the condo and toys for the beach.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and equipped. It is exactly as the owner advertises. The resort is super convenient with onsite eating. Lots for the kiddos to do. Our next visit we'll bring the grandkids!

Nice location! Resort could use some improvements.

Excellent location! Great communication from the host. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had an issue with mold on the ice/water dispenser on the fridge, which the Host called someone over right away to clean. The cleaning service sprayed it with clorox and wiped it down, but we still chose to purchase bagged ice and bottled water for the remainder of the stay. The inside of the shower door had a lot of black growth which I discovered when showering one of the kids and they accidentally sprayed the inside of the shower door causing lots of black 'chunks' to flood the shower. For as much as the cleaning service fee costs, they could do a much better job. The elevators are horrendous (no fault to the Host), but would not recommend this resort for that reason alone. We waited 20-45 minutes for an elevator just to get our wagon to the beach every day. On checkout day, we waited an hour for an elevator to fit the luggage cart. There are only 2 elevators for the entire East Tower. We also chose this resort for the convenience of the on-site coffee shop and shaved ice, both which were closed due to staffing issues (they say seasonal, which would typically be in season for our stay). We have 4 little kids, so on-site amenities were important to us. The splash park was a big hit and we loved having a covered place for the kids to play and cool off after the beach! The beach service chairs and umbrella were also extremely convenient. Overall, we had a great family vacation!

Thoroughly enjoyed it!

We arrived in PCB and were in the condo within 30 minutes. Entering the condo we were met with a lovely bedroom, bunk beds and a large living area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Having two bathrooms was a luxury and made showers after swimming so much easier. The washer/dryer combo was invaluable! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and glassware. I was especially pleased with the plastic plates and bowls which I used for everyone, not just the kids. They were very pretty and festive. Large TVs came in handy. Overall extremely happy with the rental.

Beach spring break

We stayed here for spring break and the unit location, view, and hosts were fabulous! It was very clean and the starter kit was very helpful. We had heard PCB is a big party spot, but this resort was very family friendly. The included beach chairs and umbrella was a big bonus to already have a beach spot on busy days. We would recommend this place and the host-already thinking of beach days here next time!

Incredible host and awesome view

Yuliya is amazing and extremely friendly. She left extra trash bags and additional toilet paper. There is also a bag of beach toys in the laundry room! The bedroom is spacious and so are the bathrooms. Great place to stay and with a fantastic host. You're in good hands here.

Great kid friendly stay.

Really enjoyed our time here. Unit was really nice and a great location. Would like to see the A/C minimum setting lowered with having to request it, and maybe the upgrading the beds to some more comfortable models but other than those couple small things it’s a great place and I have already recommended it to several people. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

The condo was great- communicating with owners was a breeze and very delightful! Kitchen had all you would need, can’t say enough good things about the condo. The elevators though...ehhh. Make sure on checkout day to be prepared to wait and wait and wait to get an elevator. The pools are great, the bar/grill is great also! Parking was nice too. But, the beach itself isn’t the best kept - lot of cigarette butts and trash.

The most wonderful vacation!!

Originally it was going to just be me, my DIL and two grand children. Last minute my son and husband were able to join us. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for us to not run over each other. My great experience begin with the booking and communication with the owner. They are most gracious and always responsive. Their home unit 1203E was everything the photos promised - light bright and totally summer! Don’t let the bad reviews of long elevator waits and check in horrors scare you. We stayed 6 days our check in ON A SINDAY was about 3 mins and we never waited over 5 mins for an elevator the entire trip. My grandkids 6 and 3 had a great time. We beached all morning and water park in the afternoon. The park facility and pools were always clean even the restrooms at the pool area were very clean. The shaved ice shop by the pool was another HUGE hit every afternoon. The pool bar at first seemed pricey for adult drinks but when you get refills for 10 bucks in a X LARGE cup it’s a win..... even though this grandmother had to walk around with a shark cup “so we could take it home” ! The pool bar food is also well worth the price - very convenient for dinner after a long Beach/ pool day. The location is very convenient for groceries and Alvins is connected to the hotel which is nice for souvenirs and quick needs. We cook most of our dinners at the beach and this unit was well equipped. If I had anything remotely frustrating was the beach is extremely crowded. Even though chairs/umbrellas are provided with the condo, we had our own chairs and umbrellas to be closer to the water but if you were not down by 5-5:30 am you could not find an empty spot. I really wouldn’t say this was a bad thing - I actually loved MY quite time as I am a early riser and was the designated chair setterupper LOL. Also it was very difficult to utilize a wagon for the beach as there is no ramp. I don’t know if this is something the HOA could address but a small ramp area to the sand would be very helpful. It was a wonderful trip and experience. It was sad to leave and come back to reality! We will be back soon!
