Seltene Gelegenheit, in diesem umgebauten, aktualisierten 3 Schlafzimmer 2 1/12 Bad BEACHFRONT Eigentumswohnung in geschlossenen Pismo Shores zu bleiben. Wunderschön eingerichtet und Schritte von der Innenstadt entfernt, um preisgekrönte Muschelsuppe, Old West Zimtschnecken, Shopping und Bowling!

Lass dich von den Wellen einschläfern! Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Wellen! Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine Königin und einen Zwilling. 3. Schlafzimmer hat eine volle Größe und zwei Einzelbetten. Alle Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss.

Genießen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand und den Pier. Küche und Bad wurden alle renoviert. Condo ist nur wenige Schritte vom Gemeinschaftspool, Spa und Club House entfernt.

Wohnung ist komplett mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser usw. eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster und einen Mixer! Wir stellen Ihnen Liegestühle, Strandtücher und Decken zur Verfügung.

Outstanding Ocean Views

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our time at this ocean front townhome. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the waves and experience beautiful sunsets. We also just loved that we could walk to the pier, restaurants, and shops. The complex property also has a pool and hot tub. The unit was very well stocked for all our needs. Communication with Olivia was excellent, and I will strongly recommend this property to others. Overall, we had a great time bringing in the New Year. I would book this unit again.

Perfect stay

Pismo Shores is the perfect spot for a family vacation and this condo was just what we needed. Enough rooms and beds for everyone, very clean and well kept, lots of linens and beach towels, lots of kitchen utensils and supplies, and even beach chairs and beach toys. Communication with Olivia was great. We can’t wait to rebook.

Fabulous Beach Place

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our week at this very comfortable and well appointed townhome. It is on the beach, close to the pier and a block or two from great restaurants and shops! Communication with Olivia was excellent, and I will strongly recommend this property to others!

Perfect Getaway

Olivia is amazing. Her property is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Set on the beach, easy beach access, a block away from Splash Cafe and all the shops, safe parking and so much more. It honestly doesn't get any better than this in downtown Pismo. Worth every penny.

Wonderful home and location

Our experience in this home was exactly as described. The owner was very attentive to the property and our questions. Right on the beach - great views from both balconies. We liked that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and there were even some condiments in the fridge, spices, tupperware, etc and good cooking knives! We would come here again.

Wonderful, Rainy Stay

Perfect location! Even though it rained almost every day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beachfront views from both balconies! Very close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable and cozy. Huge TV, recliner and a fireplace. What more could you ask for on the first NFL playoff weekend! Our hosts were extraordinarily helpful and made us feel welcomed and valued. What a great vacation….even in the rain!

Perfect property for an amazing Pismo vacation!

We stayed (2 adults and 2 kids) at this property for our spring break vacation. The unit itself we clean and very well appointed. We easily found anything we needed in the kitchen, there were board games and beach toys to use, and even a basket of blankets to wrap up in on the deck at night. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the unit itself was perfect for our family of 4. The location was also perfect. The beach access was so convenient, and the community pool and hot tub provided a great alternative to the ocean. When you walk outside in the morning the air smells like cinnamon rolls, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk. This was our 4th trip to the Pismo area, and our favorite place to stay so far.

Beautiful view, perfect patio

We love this house and set up. knowing my kids ages 3 + 6 would need a mid-day break from activities we opted for this house right on the beach so we could enjoy the view even when hanging at the house. Very well stocked, clean and perfect location with the pool and beach steps away. The community pool was quiet in the mornings so we went then and the kids loved it. Host was communicative and helpful. While the house was perfect, I do feel the need to note this about pismo beach generally during covid times - I felt safe being in the house and at the beach late in the day walking down further away from the pier. the location was so close to restaurants and shops, usually so ideal, it was a little difficult with so many people maskless. A guy walking by us, one of the few wearing a mask welcomed us to “covid beach”. Yikes! So we did food delivery and avoided the crowd altogether.

Wonderful Beach-Front Stay!

We loved our time here! We could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up having coffee while watching the waves - such an amazing location! The complex has a nice hot tub as well to help warm up if you do dip into the cold ocean water. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a lot and even make Thanksgiving dinner! The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful - just an overall wonderful stay!

The perfect place in Pismo

This was our best ever stay in Pismo. We have rented a number of units within the Pismo Shores community and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and is clearly well maintained. The property owner was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any question we had. We can’t wait to return next year.

Great Location!

You can't beat this location! The unit was very comfortable and although we didn't cook much while we were there, the kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked. Plenty of beach towels and toys for the kids. The deck outside was great for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. Hope to come back again!

Amazing beach rental!!

We truly loved our stay at Olivia's beach condo. It's exactly as pictured and is in the perfect location. The complex has a pool, which was great for our kids too! Her home is fully stocked and has everything you could ever need. She also thought of so many personal touches and went above and beyond to really elevate our experience. The only downside was the cleanliness of the condo. While it didn't impact our vacation, it was noticeable in different parts of the home. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!!

Beautiful location for a multi-generation family getaway! All of us enjoyed a ladies week at the beach. Condo was well appointed with everything to make the stay memorable! Clean and tidy. Balconies are fantastic. They make you feel like you are on the sand without getting sandy. Want to get sandy? The beach access is steps away. Beautiful Beach Condo

The view from the condo is gorgeous! This property has absolutely everything you would ever need for a fun family beach getaway! You can walk to the pier and downtown within a couple of minutes. The evening on the deck was one of our favorites... Olivia the owner was amazing! You cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo!
