Diese Wohnung im vierten Stock bietet einen langen, wunderschönen Meerblick, der sehr speziell ist, da er auf die Kreuzung von Singleton Swash und den Atlantik blickt. Beobachten Sie bei Flut, wie die Kraft des Ozeans den Swash füllt. Bei Vollmond kann dies eine wilde Szene sein. Bei Ebbe beobachten Sie, wie der Taumelschwarm wie ein sanfter kleiner Bach in den Ozean abfließt. Vogelschwärme lassen sich leicht füttern. Kinder und Erwachsene wateten durch das niedrige Wasser und die jetzt freigelegten Sandbänke. Die sehr große Wattfläche ist ein sicherer Ort, an dem selbst Kleinkinder im Sand spielen und die riesigen Möwenschwärme bewundern können.

In der Wohnung kann eine neu gestaltete Küche die Essenshandhabung erledigen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Ein 31-Zoll-TV bietet einen privaten Bereich, in dem Sie Ihre bevorzugten Kabelkanäle wie ESPN und ESPN II sehen können. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche befindet sich auf dem Flur. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, einen passenden Stuhl und einen Rocker-Sessel. Speisen Sie zu viert am Tisch, während Sie über den Swash schauen.

Das vordere Schlafzimmer verfügt über Klapptüren und ein Queensize-Bett. Beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang vom Deck aus, während Sie das Meer beobachten. Schauen Sie direkt auf große Vögel, die in der Nähe Ihres Decks fliegen.

Der Sands Beach Club bietet zwei Außenpools, einen Innenpool und einen Whirlpool. Tennisplätze und ein Basketballplatz befinden sich über dem überdachten Parkplatz. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum sowie eine große Bar und ein Restaurant am Meer. Sie können auch die Pools und Whirlpools des Sands Ocean Club nutzen, der 300 Meter vom Strand entfernt ist und über die Ocean Annie's Beach Bar verfügt, die im Sommer zwölf Stunden täglich Live-Bands bietet. Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, Sie können die Bands oder die großen Menschenmengen in dieser Wohnung nicht hören. Sie werden nur die Stille des Taumels und das Rauschen des Meeres und der Möwen erleben.

Unit very small, would not put more than 3 people. Furniture old so sleeper sofa very uncomfortable and we had to buy an air mattress. Other than that, it is a nice place. Clean. Property is great and wonderful location. For a few people very nice!! Property owner very nice person.

The unit is small for 5 adults, but the location can't be beat and we spent more time at the beach, anyway. It needs updating, but everything worked and we had no issues. We'd stay again.

August vacation
My family and I stayed at Dewey’s place the beginning of august. It was very clean and Dewey was a great host. He helped with any questions or issues we’ve had. As most of the reviews stated about it being outdated, that didn’t bother us one bit. The view was great. I will say If you have a family of more than 5 it might be a little cramped. The hallway floor does get a slippery when wet I just made sure to put towels down. We will stay again.

As advertised! Perfect location!!
Dewey was very easy to work with. Check in was actually early and smooth. Condo was as advertised. Beachy decor, great view from the balcony. The AC would absolutely freeze you which was great because it was mid 90'ies all week. The pool was never crowded and went up to 7.5' deep. The grills on site were great. The location is perfect. Only one road in and out. Pizza and ice cream downstairs were really good. The ocean was steps from the condo, and the swash was really neat. Crab hunted at night and tons of great sea shells. Only con was the internet didn't work great which affected the smart tvs. But not a big deal. Enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again!

Lovely place to visit and they got new TVs
Had a great stay at this quiet condo which is close to the beach and two swimming pools. The host Dewey was very helpful and gave his phone number so he was easy to reach by text or phone. The only negative reviews were for the TVs so I just wanted to set the record straight he bought 3 new HD tvs with built in Roku which was great as we stayed when the olympics were on. Lovely part of Myrtle beach away from the commericial strip madness and in nice quiet part of the condo. Would actually consider staying here again which is unusual as life is short and I like to explore new places each summer but this visit was that nice!

good times and good vibes
Stayed here for a week and had three friends come up. The condo was pretty much what was advertised. Sleeping six would be a squeeze but I can see it being do-able. The location is great, the resort is pretty nice. We really enjoyed the smaller pools for our building, but the indoor/outdoor one is nice too. The grills were great (but bring grilling tools) with super easy access to the pool. The view of the marsh was really cool actually, it was fun to watch people cast nets and fun to watch the herons. The beach access is pretty easy (we started to just haul our beach buggy over the stairs though to make it even faster.) Our side of the beach wasn't nearly as busy as in front of Ocean Annies. We didn't use the kitchen much (it does seem pretty outdated) but with the amazing pizza and subs right below there isn't really much of a need to. It did seem well stocked though with utensils and cutting boards and pitchers, etc. The beds were really comfortable, linens were fresh and there was a lot provided. I had to work once or twice and the internet was a little splotchy, I ended up switching to my hotspot, but it seemed fine to watch TV at night. We saw other familes and some groups of more "rowdy" people but you couldn't hear any other units at night, which was great. Dewey was really easy to work with and really friendly. Overall I'd say 5/5, we had a great time and we plan to return!

Great trip - Great location!
Property is as described. View is excellent, watching tides, people & wildlife. Balcony side is at least 10 degrees cooler than front of building. 4 of us stayed comfortably. Compact spaces but we all managed well. 2 bathrooms was a plus and never ran out of hot water. Property/furniture is comfortable - outdated but in an old beach house kind of way. Location was great - whether you drive to N. Myrtle or Broadway - all is about 15-20 min. away. Dewey was great to work with! The price was great also. Would definitely stay there again.

Heaven on earth
We just got back from an amazing trip to Myrtle Beach, and this beautiful condo. We were prepared for an outdated, but clean condo, as we had read other reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the condo actually was. I think the only truly outdated part were tube t.v.s, and seeing as we didn't come to watch tv, this was not a problem at all. If we wanted tv, there was cable with ALL the channels, so we didn't miss out. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen, mostly in our crockpot from home. It was a little small, but worked just fine to get the job done! The location of the condo building is out of this world beautiful! We loved waking up in the morning and having our coffee on the balcony overlooking the swash. It was so peaceful and quiet and you really felt like you were in your own private place. We loved that the beach was not super busy, and the evenings were quiet and chill. If we wanted to whoop it up a little, we just had to walk a short ways down the beach to Ocean Annie's and some great live entertainment. Our boys LOVED boogie boarding, hitting up all the pools, and playing wiffle ball and basketball in the sport complex. Dewey was VERY helpful and made sure that any questions we had were answered promptly. We would DEFINITELY go back to this condo again! SO amazing!!!!

Wonderful view, comfortable and clean. Beach and pools were fantastic. Some appliances/furniture was on the older side, particularly the TVs (we couldn't use our Chromecast or Firestick), but it was a great location for the price, and most of our time was spent at the beach! Would definitely stay again.

Description of condo is deceiving
My family stayed at this condo during the summer of 2010. The beach itself was very nice but the condo reminded me of a singlewide trailer circa 1975 with it's paneling, layout and appliances. It was the smallest 2br condo i've ever seen and the kitchen was so small and outdated that we decided to eat at restaurants all week rather than cook here. I would definitly go back to myrtle beach as it was beautiful and there is plenty to do, but I wouldn't stay at this particular condo for half of the price it cost for the week.
