Private, ein Schlafzimmer, Ocean Front Condo. Treten Sie vor die Terrassentür und betreten Sie den berühmten Seven Mile Beach Sand! Camana Bay, Restaurants und alle Annehmlichkeiten des Seven Mile Beach sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Genießen Sie Ihren Privatstrand direkt neben Royal Palms. Gäste haben uneingeschränkten Zugang zum Pool nebenan und nur für Erwachsene (18+) im Royal Palms.

Das Apartment ist ideal für eine junge Familie oder 4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder (ein Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafsofa und eine Doppel-Luftmatratze), wenn Sie den ganzen Tag am Strand verbringen möchten. Da es sich um eine kleine Einheit handelt, sind die Schlafgelegenheiten für 4 Personen großartig und für 6 Personen eng - aber das macht sie zu einer weitaus kostengünstigeren Wohnung mit einer fantastischen Lage.
Viel zu tun in fußläufiger Entfernung. Royal Palms ist der soziale Hotspot der Inseln, aber wir sind weit genug entfernt, um die Privatsphäre zu wahren. Seagull Condos bietet Strandstühle und Liegestühle und Royal Palms bietet noch mehr (Achtung, RP berechnet Sonnenschirme und Cabanas).
Camana Bay ist ein weiterer großartiger Treffpunkt - nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Restaurants, viele Boutiquen. Kino, Eisdielen etc. Großartig für Jung und Alt und für diejenigen, die es lieben, durch die Nacht zu stöbern und sich zu entspannen.
Ein Supermarkt (klein) in der Camana Bay sowie Mini-Marts an der örtlichen Tankstelle können Ihre Einkäufe erledigen. Größere Supermärkte innerhalb einer Meile Fahrt. Spirituosengeschäft direkt gegenüber sowie verschiedene andere kleine Einkaufszentren mit allem, was sie zu bieten haben.
Viel zu tun auf der Insel, besonders auf und im Wasser. Wir können am Strand zugängliche Schnorchelplätze (Korallen und Wracks), Massage- / Wellnessangebote, Bars, Restaurants und mehr empfehlen. Wir helfen Ihnen gerne dabei, die bestmögliche Erfahrung auf der Insel zu machen.

Spacious and a great location!

We loved this location right on a quiet part of the Seven Mile beach area.Amenities were excellent and catered to every need we had for kitchen wares, spacious apartment, very clean, etc.Owner communication was easy as was the access to the property.We didn't require a vehicle as we could walk to restaurants, shops, and major grocery store in Camana Bay just 10 minutes away.Highly recommend!

Lots of problems with the TV, shuts down and takes some time to turn back on. But, I wasn’t watching too much. The location is wonderful so I was outside a lot enjoying the sun and the ocean.

2025 Grand Cayman Vacation

Our experience at Seagull condos on Seven mile beach was incredible. The close proximity of being in the water in seconds and the sounds of lapping waves speaks for itself. the location also provided many different options for dining along with Fosters hot bar. The people we met around the island and especially conversations with people on site will forever be cherished.

Beach Disappointment

First, Yuri was great! He was very responsive and accommodating! The apartment is comfy and well appointed. We experienced only two small aggravations: the shower has many wonderful jets and shower heads, but it took us all week to figure out how to get wam water. Also, it was great to have a safe but it malfunctioned twice. Most importantly, the beach there is dangerous! Due to erosion it’s littered with debris including chunks of concrete. We traveled by bus to a beautiful public beach, however.

We enjoyed our week long stay very much. The condo was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. The beach access was unbeatable since we were traveling with an infant. As other reviews have mentioned - some minor upgrades are needed. My family enjoyed our vacation very much and overall have no complaints. Check in and out was super easy and accommodating. Communication was extremely prompt as well. Thanks for hosting us and we would stay again!

Clean and well located

Nice little condo, good location

The check in process was very easy as was communication with the property manager. The condo is in a great location, easy walking to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, nice, and comfortable for my husband and myself. Very nice that beach chairs were provided and were plentiful.

Great stay

The property is a great stay for two people. There is direct access to the beach and is on West Bay road with access up and down the Seven Mile Beach. There is access to multiple great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. If you are driving, there is better access to the supermarket that is a 10 minute walk. There is a warehouse store, Cost-U-Less, that is a 5 minute drive. The living space is comfortable and bright. There is snorkeling gear when we were there, beach towels and a small outside sitting area. Some minor improvements would make the property better for two and also a group of multiple visitors. Provide more dishes, utensils, etc for the kitchen. Other reviewers have suggested this and is easy to do. Install a small blind or a curtain over the window of the front door. The outside light is very bright for the safety of the property, but makes the hall very bright at night. A simple covering that can be retracted during the day would mitigate this issue. The neighbor uses cardboard, but a more pleasing alternative would be best. I would stay here again.

The perfect location

This condo is steps from the beach. No need to pack a large cooler even though they do provide one along with beach chairs and every essential you need to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. The condo is absolutely adorable. Highly recommend it.

Most beautiful beach property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beach was absolutely amazing. The condo was in a great location. We walked or rode scooters everywhere along seven mile beach. The condo was nice. It needed some updating, such as new grout and caulking. There were no rugs except one small rug by the sliding door. There was also no key to the sliding door so we really never used it. Check in was a bit difficult as we were never told which number the unit was. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place

We had such an amazing stay. The location is perfect. We loved having a quiet beach area. It is easy to walk to a lot of restaurants. The apartment is in a great location and we can't wait to return. We are already talking about when we can return to the island- but only if we can stay here. Both Danny and Yuri were quick to answer questions and flexible with our times.

Excellent location!

My husband and I stayed with 2 kids, 10 & 11. We walked out and you have your own private beach just a few steps away. The manager was very attentive and was reachable by text. I couldn’t find the blow up mattress and the manager was there within 30 min with a new one at the door. Great place if you want to get away and relax. I would absolutely stay here again!

Location, location, location!

If you want to walk out your back door and be on Seven Mile Beach, stay here. If you want peace and quiet, stay here! If you don’t want a crowded beach, definitely stay here! This property was everything and more. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location on SMB

Condo was very clean and well organized. Great location on SMB with plenty of chairs on the beach. Very quiet condo complex. Never heard any noise the entire time. The manager came by when I checked in to make sure everything was good.
