Dieses schöne und geräumige Stadthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern befindet sich in idealer Lage in Frisco mit Blick auf den Lake Dillon. Dieses Townhome bietet alles, was Sie für eine Ferienwohnung benötigen. Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen, da es in einem ruhigen Viertel von Frisco liegt und auf eine schöne Wiese mit freiem Blick auf den Dillon-See und die kontinentale Wasserscheide führt. Es ist definitiv für jeden etwas dabei!

Soeben wurden der neuen Küche brandneue Edelstahlgeräte sowie neue Farben hinzugefügt. Es gibt einen geräumigen Essbereich mit einem Esstisch für bis zu 8 Personen.

Das schöne und geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen HDTV, ein Sofa und ein eigenes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und einer großen begehbaren Dusche. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelmatratzen. Es verfügt auch über einen eigenen HDTV. Auf dem Flur befindet sich direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer ein komplettes Gästebad.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen HD-TV, einen Gaskamin und eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Es gibt ein Queen-Murphy-Bett für zusätzliches Schlafen. Es gibt auch eine große private Terrasse direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer, wo Sie auch die wunderbare Umgebung und das BBQ zu jeder Jahreszeit genießen können. Die voll ausgestattete Küche wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Frühstücksbar. Es gibt einen Esstisch für 6 Personen.

Das Haus verfügt außerdem über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe, kostenfreies WLAN und eine geräumige Garage. Im Sommer können Sie die Tennisplätze genießen ... zu jeder Jahreszeit gibt es eine Aktivität in der Nähe! Ohne selbst in Ihr Auto steigen zu müssen, können Sie direkt durch die Tür laufen und die zahlreichen Wanderwege in der Nähe genießen. Zentral gelegen im Herzen von Summit County mit einfachem Zugang zu allen lokalen Skigebieten ... diese Lage ist unschlagbar!

Very nice place

We enjoyed this property. It was in great shape and very comfortable. It was very easy to prepare and eat meals at. The humidifiers in the bedrooms were a great addition for us coming from a more humid area. Overall we were very happy with this property and would recommend it to others.

Long Skiing Weekend

This condo is so comfortable and perfectly located for skiing at Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. The view and access to the meadow and bike/walking path make it so beautiful and a wonderful morning stroll. The condo itself has all the amenities and was very spacious for 5 people. I highly recommend it!

Amazing property

Perfect location and property for family ski getaway. This place was super clean and updated. It had everything you could need and more. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable here. We skied at Vail, Breck, and Beaver Creek and this location worked well for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect Stay and Location

This property was fantastic and was as advertised. The location is great as it backs up to the lake and has a nice view of the mountains. Upon arrival the cabin was very clean and we had no issues. All the accommodations were suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the quality of the kitchenware. Overall we would not hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean/neat. Great kitchen which we enjoyed for breakfasts. The views from the back of the house are gorgeous. Very convenient location a few blocks from Frisco's Main Street and a short drive to Copper Mountain. Vail and Beavercreek are also nearby.

Great Location, Great Condo

We loved this place - right in Frisco and 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and ski supply shops, it was very convenient, and yet the condo was removed enough from town to provide a quiet retreat. The view of the mountains from the living area was not only beautiful, but also a good way to judge the day's coming ski conditions. We based from here to try out several ski areas and found it to be very convenient with Copper just 15 minutes away, Breckenridge about 20 and Vail about 30. After a long day of skiing it was nice to return to a spacious and clean condo, cook up a meal and watch a movie or sit by the fire and relax. Even better was taking a little time in the hot tub and pool to soothe the muscles. Overall a great place and a great town. Would love to return sometime.

Great place for mountain getaway!

Fantastic place that is centrally located to several ski resorts. There were 7 people in our party and there was more than enough room for all. The kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms were well thought out and stocked. The main floor is nice and bright with great views. The kids loved the bunked beds and having their own TV. Having laundry machines in the unit is so convenient! We actually have a STR in Silverthorne but couldn’t use it because we forgot to reserve the dates. Staying at your place brought to our attention some of our short comings and improvements we will make to our place. Overall A+ and highly recommend!

Wonderful family condo

We stayed at this location during a family ski vacation. We have stayed in several condos in the area and this one is by far the favorite. Great location, great views, very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Frisco Vacation

Renting this property was extremely satisfying. The owners went to great lengths to make sure everything was in the condo that could possibly be needed. From a large number of coffee cups, plates, silverware, and any other cooking utensils needed including a crockpot, large bowls, and upgraded appliances. The owners also made sure there were games in the game cabinet for the children to play with. I would highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located next to three ski rental places and a Walmart. It’s all close to the Frisco Summit station. Easy access in and out.

Great Escape

This was a great condo with a perfect view for a welcome summer vacation. We kayaked, biked, and walked and never got into the car. The condo was fantastic- spacious, clean, and everything you could need. Having a garage was great for boat and bike storage. Summer in Frisco was fantastic and we hope to come again. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay

During this time of Covd we decided to try a short vacation at a town home instead of a hotel. We chose this listing as they said they were taking extra care with cleaning. The town home was beautiful and was spotless when we arrived. The property is spacious and we felt right at home. The property management company was quick to respond to questions, helpful and very friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need and the location was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property..

Views!!

We had a lovely and comfortable stay in this condo. The views and deck overlooking open space, Lake Dillon, and the surrounding mountains are terrific. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was clean. Seating and beds were quite comfortable. The queen-size murphy bed was a nice extra that we took advantage of. Great location in Frisco, close to everything. And Frisco itself is a great location with easy access to ski mountains and hiking trails.

Great Condo! Great Location!

One of the best condo's we've rented in Frisco (and we've stayed in many)! The location is fantastic - just a quick drive across the main street to Walmart, Safeway and our ski shop of choice. Quick access to the highway and downtown too. The condo itself is fantastic. Having a garage to leave your ski boots and gear in overnight was great. Even though the temperatures outside were below zero the garage still remained 55+ degrees. All the rooms in this unit are spacious. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. Kitchen is very well furnished. Lots of high end finishes throughout as well as high end appliances too. Great view out the back window. The management company communications were excellent. They do a lot of it by text which is really convenient. One note: the thermostat runs hot and might need re-calibrated. Set at 62 degrees the inside was perfectly comfortable. Before we figured that out, we set it to 70 when we first arrived and we all woke up in a sweat a few hours later.

Fantastic Mountain View

Excellent location central to many of the great Colorado skiing resorts/areas. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountain ranges in the Frisco/Dillion area right outside the patio doors. Only 9 miles from Breck, maybe 12 miles to Keystone and a few more to A-Basin...great location. Near all of the amenities needed for a great vacation. Excellent condo, well equipped kitchen, everything you need is right there, not to mention the indoor pool and hot tub as part of the deal. Plus an attached garage, balcony with a BBQ grill. Also a nearby nature preserve great for hiking and seeing the Dillion reservior. Overall this condo is an excellent base camp for your Colorado Mountain adventures. Garage is a standard height door, so if you have a full size SUV or truck with a roof/ski rack, you might not fit. However convient parking (plus pass) is right outside the door. Hope to use this facility on our next adventure in Colorado!
