Palma Cocoyol ist eine schöne, geräumige Eigentumswohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad, die liebevoll eingerichtet ist und eine hervorragende Lage hat. Das Hotel liegt in der begehrtesten Gegend von Playa del Carmen, Little Italy! (Calle 26, zwischen der berühmten 5th Ave und 10th Avenue).

Las Palmas ist ein kleiner und sicherer Komplex mit nur 13 Einheiten und wir haben einen Hausmeister, der vor Ort wohnt! Es ist eine fabelhafte Lage. Mamitas Beach Club, Kool Club und die spektakuläre Karibik sind nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Hier können Sie den Tag in einem der Beach Clubs verbringen oder kilometerweit entlang wunderschöner Strände und des spektakulären karibischen Ozeans spazieren.

Die berühmte Fußgängerzone Fifth Avenue befindet sich gleich um die Ecke (einen halben Block entfernt). La Quinta (Fifth Ave) ist der perfekte Ort zum Spazierengehen, Essen, Einkaufen und Leute beobachten! Genießen Sie Coffeeshops, internationale Restaurants, Pubs und einzigartige Geschäfte. Es gibt eine Fülle von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, von lokalen handgefertigten Artikeln bis hin zu gehobenen Boutiquen! Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar ist die Fähre zum Weltklasse-Tauchziel Cozumel, der Bushaltestelle (von der aus Sie zu Mayatempeln wie Chichen Ixta und El Balam, dem Biosphärenreservat und Tulum fahren können - PDC ist der perfekte Ort für Erkundungstouren die Riviera Maya.

Die Wohnanlage bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das geräumige Wohnzimmer über ein ausklappbares Kingsize-Bett. Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer öffnen sich auf einen großen privaten Balkon - perfekt zum Lesen, Genießen Ihres Lieblingsgetränks oder zum Abrufen von E-Mails, während Sie die milde Brise der Karibik spüren.

Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein Swimmingpool. Auf dem Dach gibt es auch einen Grill und einen Tisch zum Essen und Zusammensein sowie ein Solarium zum Sonnen und Pergolen für diejenigen, die ein wenig Schatten brauchen!

Der Komplex ist sicher und abgeschlossen. Es gibt einen Hausmeister vor Ort, der rund um die Uhr für Sie da ist, sowie Schließfächer in den Unterkünften. Die Immobilie ist nur für Mieter zugänglich. Die Reinigung des Hotels erfolgt dreimal pro Woche. .

Beautiful with Perfect location!!
Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 -11yrs old) had more then enough space this spacious condo. The location is the heart of Playa del Carmen. There are so many options for food, shopping, music and bars. Its a couple blocks from popular beach Mamitas. Air-conditioning, very clean pool, plenty of towels and property manager was accomadating

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Las Palmas. The suite is decorated in bright colours with a Mexican flare and all the furniture is in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The owner kindly offers beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a sun tent for your use. The bed iis very comfortable (even for someone with back issues.) The manager is available all day and the housekeeping staff appears every 2 days to make everything shine and replace towels etc. Our favorite place in this condo was the balcony . It is spacious with comfortable chairs and is shaded all day from palm trees etc. We loved our coffee and wine out there. Lastly, there are several excellent restaurants within a block. We tried so many of them. A delight for us was a vegan restaurant right next door. Fabulous holiday.

Perfect for us!
This condo was exactly as we had hoped! Everything was in great condition and perfectly clean. It is within walking distance of everything on 5th Avenue so you don't need to waste your money or worry about a rental car. The caretaker and maids made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the limited cooking we did. We did little in-house cooking because eating and drinking are right down the block easily walked in less than 2 minutes! The Sushi Club is right across the street and is very good. There is also a very nice Italian place just a few steps toward 5th that has great service and food (plus very nice wine and glasses!). We were in Playa for 10 days and barely put a scratch in the restaurants within 4 blocks. Our favorite pastime when traveling is eating and watching people: This place is perfect for it!! There is a nice pool on the roof. Nice place to hang out for some sun and swimming but a little too hot for us and we suggested adding a little more shade! The owners took our suggestion to the owner's group. There are beach clubs within a short walk for those that wanted that too. We could not have picked a better place. One doesn't always get what one expects in Mexico but here you will. We highly recommend this unit.

Las Palmas Cocoyol- Neil McIntosh
Photographs of the condo and ammenities were exactly as described in the listing. Correspondence with the owner was through email and all question concerning the property were answered promptly. There we no issues with payment through PayPal. Caretaker/houskeeping staff were excellent to deal with and the condo was clean and cool for our arrival. All restaurants were a short walk with lots of choices to suit all tastes from fast food to sit down formal dining. Grocery store, confectionary, ferry, bus depot, laundromat, banks are all within walking distance. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were awesome for suntaning or for just lounging around. Balcony was the best in the building as it was large with a nice view of the street. The access is secure with gated/locked entrance. The condo could use another router to enhance the internet connection (works best near sofa in living room) and a larger hot water heater would be an asset. I would definitely recommend this condo if you are planning on staying in Playa Del Carmen. Hopefully we can return next year for another wonderful vacation (the weather was awesome).

Cocoyol in Las Palmas Condo in Playa del Carmen, Mexico
Cocoyol is a fantastic condo in Playa!!! We stayed in this unit for two months in 2011 and have already reserved it for 2012. It is spacious second floor unit with high ceilings, paddle fans, AC, a large and comfortable bed, attractive furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and a marvelous balcony. The high speed internet is reliable, and cable TV is nice if you are staying for more than a few days. It is a perfect location near 5th Avenue shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. Beach passes to one of the nearby beach clubs are a nice touch. The condo is located next door to a yoga studio, a hair salon/spa, a lovely Italian coffee shop and a well-stocked convenience store. I can't say enough good things about it!! The rooftop pool area is wonderful--great for swimming, sunning, reading, or just relaxing. There is a grill on the roof if you want to cook out. If you do, there is a grocery store just a ten minute walk away. The Las Palmas staff is helpful, friendly, and very professional. You feel very well cared for by the housekeepers and the condo manager. The condo owners are also super. They are willing to fix any problem and respond positively to feedback and suggestions. The amenities they provide are much appreciated—plenty of beach towels, good linens, paper supplies, soap, etc. If you have a car, there is a secure place to park is provided just in front of the condo unit. We are pleased to recommend a place we have enjoyed in the past and will in the future.

We purchased our first condo in Las Palmas (Palma Xiat) in 2000. We love the complex, the neighborhood, laid back lifestyle and the beautiful Caribbean. We always wanted another unit in the complex - so were excited when Palma Cocoyol became available in 2010!

Playa del Carmen is a perfect vacation spot. It boasts a calm ocean and beautiful sand beaches, activities for young and old, great restaurants, bars,along with Mexican crafts and also upscale stores. Vacationers in Playa can chose whether to have a busy vacation with lot of activity or a quiet laid back vacation! The complex is centrally located and secure, plus there is no need for a car! Located in the trendy area of Little Italy, right around the corner from the famous 5th Avenue, and a short walk to the beach! We hope you love it as much as our family does!
