Der Strand von Navarre mit seinem wunderschönen weißen Sand und dem smaragdfarbenen Wasser ist der Traumort für den perfekten Strandurlaub. Gelassenheit, unsere 1800 Quadratmeter, 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Eigentumswohnung, liegt direkt am Strand mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Golf. Diese Wohnung im ersten Stock mit einfachem Zugang zum Strand ist vor allem für Familien und Paare neu gestaltet worden.

Wir bieten jetzt einen Strandservice - 2 Stühle und einen Sonnenschirm pro Tag - vom 1. März bis 31. Oktober. Dies ist zusätzlich zu den Strandtüchern, die bereits in der Wohnung für Sie verfügbar sind. Wir haben den Strandservice im letzten Herbst ein paar Mal ausprobiert und es ist wirklich schön, einfach mit seinem Handtuch und Getränken den Golf zu genießen!

Es gibt einen geräumigen großen Raum für Gruppenfeiern und Spiel- oder Filmabende auf dem neuen 65 "4K-TV. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen neuen 55 "4K-Fernseher und neue Blu-Ray / 4K-DVD-Player. Der Hauptmeister und der zweite Meister haben jeweils Kingsize-Betten, während das dritte Schlafzimmer zwei Queensize-Betten hat, so dass die Wohnung bequem bis zu 8 Personen beherbergen kann.

Die Küche ist offen für ein tolles Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Sie können eine leckere Mahlzeit zubereiten, die herrliche Aussicht genießen und trotzdem Teil des Geschehens sein. Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit dem, was Sie für die Nächte brauchen, in denen Sie sich entscheiden, in zu bleiben und Ihre eigene Mahlzeit zuzubereiten, einschließlich eines großen alten Suppentopfs, den wir selbst oft zum Kochen von Garnelen verwendet haben!

We enjoy this area, close proximity to a few local eateries and just steps from the pier. With several kids in our family we enjoyed the first floor access for quick in and outs and the view was great. The condo is very spacious, with very comfortable beds and a great open living / dining area. Thanks to Bonnie for a great time, tried several of her recommendations and loved every one.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

This unit is the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The property owner is very kind and answered all of our questions quickly, with a willingness to do whatever was needed to make our stay perfect. The unit was IMMACULATE and had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing weekend, right down to beach towels, small toiletries, games, DVDs and a fully functional kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the balcony view is breathtaking. You want to stay here! We will be back for sure.

Another Great Vacation in Navarre!

Bonnie is always very helpful during our stay. This is our 2nd year staying at Serenity and we hoped to come back year after year (the 7 day Saturday to Saturday requirement during peak season may limit our choices in the future as our granddaughter is now in school. This will also be a factor with many other properties). We were a little anxious awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Helene but all was well for us. The only complaints we have about the condo and I'm sure Bonnie will address these promptly: the lamp in the bedroom with double beds appears to have a short and the cable box is not working in that room. Thank you again for a memorable vacation.

Bonnie was extremely attentive during our stay at her condo. There was some construction going on one day and when I reached out to her about this I had a reply in minutes and she found out what was going and and how long it would last. Great if you have kids as they have books/travel crib and high chair.

We spent a week at the condo and it was great. This condo is fully furnished with pots and pans and dishes needed to make your cooking experience simple and easy. The view from the deck is nice and the deck is very big with heavy duty furniture. Down 1 story and your are beach level. The pool is very large and clean. This place is well kept and feels like it is new. Bonnie "the owner" made the trip even better by making sure all was in order. We will return most likely next year.

Family Vacay

This property was an amazing stay for our family. Had everything I look for when booking, gave everyone togetherness and their own space. Couples had their own en-suite bathrooms, which is wonderful. Beds were comfortable, linens were of great quality. The view, can’t say enough. We watched dolphins from our patio every morning sipping coffee and dolphins came back in the evenings. We heard and saw the surf from our patio. It was an absolute wonderful setting. You could see the ocean from sitting in the living room, see it while in the kitchen. Ample seating on patio. Location of condo was great. Close to the pool and beach walk. We did appreciate security making sure people coming from beach belonged at the pool from our complex. The pool was a nice size as well for the complex. Security was very friendly and helpful. All on-site staff were friendly. My young granddaughter loved going to see Gabriel the sweet little dog in the office on-site and they were gracious with letting her come in and love on him. The description of unit is accurate as described. Bonnie was very nice to work with and helpful as well. We will return here once everyone’s schedule in the family aligns as it did this time. Wonderful memories made!

Breathtaking

This condo was amazing! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The view was stunning. It was a quick and convenient walk to the beach. When I had questions I got a reply immediately. Just can’t say enough positive things about our stay. We have visited all over Florida but we will def be back to this condo!

Beach trip 2024

This property is more beautiful in person. Living room offers beautiful view of the beach. Outside deck was well stocked with chairs. Master bedroom had lovely view as well. 2nd &. 3rd bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. Large washer and dryer. Plenty of games, movies and books. Place downstairs to store beach equipment so you don’t have to carry it up. Lovely place and relaxing atmosphere.

Great condo and beautiful views

The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and even called to let us know we could check in early. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and each had an attached bathroom. The view was wonderful from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and the large first floor balcony. We enjoyed watching the gulf waters and occasionally spotting dolphins. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Spectacular

Amazing condo. Everything we needed and more! The owners truly thought of Everything. Games, tons of DVD's, toys, blankets etc. I couldn't find a single thing that wasn't perfect. Highly recommend staying here. Kitchen was stocked with top of the line Everything. We had children, teens and elderly and the condo accommodated all of us. Short easy walk onto the beach, pool was spectacular. Cant say enough about this place.

Amazing Condo and Perfect Location

Thank you Bonnie and Dave for another wonderful week at your amazing condo. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach and pool (no elevator needed). We love the huge balcony with amazing views of the gulf (and dolphins)! The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for a family with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms— a must! Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry and so much more! One of our most favorite places. We hope to stay there again soon. Thank you!!!

Family Friendly Location

We brought our 2 adult children and grandchildren with us on this trip. It was nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Location to the beach was great for getting the kids back and forth. There is additional storage area near beach access so you don't have to bring the sand and beach toys back into the room at the end of the day. Pool was nice and refreshing for the kids. We alternated beach with pool time just to change things up. Bonnie was an excellent host. She communicated well with me before the trip. Went above and beyond to have things accessible so we could pack less (beach towels, pack n play, high chair, etc.) Condo is in close proximity to the pier. Our grandkids loved walking it and seeing what the fisherman were catching. We had a little trouble with thermostat setting upon arrival. Bonnie quickly responded and had it corrected in minutes. She also sent HVAC out the next day, just as a courtesy follow up. We are frequent travelers. I would recommend this property!

Amazing family vacation condo!

First of all, the condo owner’s are great people. They maintained regular communication as needed and check in/out very easy. The condo is gorgeous and very clean. The view is amazing. We took our three boys and in-laws with us and the condo was spacious and a lot of fun for the kiddos and very comfortable for all of us. We will be going back, probably yearly. The complex pool is clean and the beach access is so close. It made it very easy for us to make trips back and forth to the condo for naps and drink refills. Can’t say enough great things about this condo and complex. Very impressed. The patio is also very spacious and makes a great spot to have family dinner and dolphin spottings.

The condo was excellent and we enjoyed much of our time on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The beach access is close and the pool looked wonderful, although we didn’t check it out. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and we would definitely return.

My husband, Dave, & I (Bonnie) have vacationed along the Florida Panhandle for more than 30 years. After camping and being guests at other people's homes and dreaming for years of having a beach condo of our own, that dream came true on Valentine's Day 2018. Since then, we have been fortunate to host many couples and families at our place and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Serenity is our dream place. We visited Panama City Beach and Destin along the Florida panhandle many times over the years and first visited Navarre Beach in 2012 and absolutely fell in love. It's a beautiful area and quieter and calmer than PCB, Destin, and Pensacola, but still close enough to easily reach if we want to go there for a change of pace.

We picked Serenity in the Navarre Beach Regency because of the first floor location, its ease of access to the beach, and the special protected areas (Gulf Islands National Seashore) surrounding the developed areas of Navarre Beach. The pool is easy to reach and can be seen from the balcony, but not so close that the typical pool noise is bothersome. Serenity is ideal for those who want to easy access to the beach or pool.

Serenity's first floor location is perfect. You don't have to get on an elevator to reach the beach or pool. It's a short walk just down the walkway. When you're done at the beach or pool, there is a storage area near the beach/pool access where toys can be stored. This eases the hauling of stuff back and forth to the beach tremendously.

We also have a covered parking space close to the elevators, which is great for keeping your car cool during the summer months.
