The first floor entrance brings you into an expansive open floor plan seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, boasting an in-suite bath for your comfort and convenience! The second floor houses two bedrooms, a media room, and two additional baths. Here, a separate lounge area provides the perfect retreat, allowing two distinct groups to occupy the home independently yet share the space harmoniously.

Constructed in 2017, this home embodies modern elegance and is strategically situated in the heart of Old Beach, Virginia Beach. Embrace the charm of yesteryear while enjoying access to everything the Old Beach area has to offer. Please note that parking is available for three cars only. As our guest, you'll have unrestricted access to the entire home, ensuring a delightful and relaxing stay. Should you need assistance, your host is available, although the check-in process is designed to be seamless and self-guided. Immerse yourself in the timeless allure of Old Beach, where the convenience of walking everywhere becomes a cherished part of your daily routine.

Please note that our occupancy limits are set in accordance with city regulations (3 guests per bedroom) rather than available bedding. Please check the listing further for bedding options. If needed, air mattresses are available to rent upon request to enhance your stay.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. All houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses

7. PETS are NOT permitted at this property

8. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, Located beside the house. Curbside trash pickup day is Tuesday morning. Please put trash can on curb on Monday evening for Tuesday morning pick-up and return trash can from the street after pickup.

11. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Refunds: Your 50% booking fee is nonrefundable (unless you purchase travel insurance and your cancellation is approved).
