Wir LIEBEN Kauai und hoffen, dass Sie auch! Sie sind eingeladen, unsere wunderschön renovierte Wohnung im Paradies zu genießen. Das Kauai Kailani ist ein wiederentdeckter Schatz und liegt in der malerischen Strandgemeinde Kapaa am wunderschönen Waipouli Beach an der berühmten Coconut Coast von Kauai.

Weniger als 11 km vom Flughafen entfernt (nein, Sie hören die Flugzeuge nicht). Sie haben leichten Zugang zum Nord- oder Südufer und Kapaa hat alles zu bieten. Kapaa war auf der Forbes-Liste der schönsten Städte in Amerika.

Unsere Wohnung wurde komplett von den Stollen renoviert. Neue Farbe, Rückspritzer und Waschmaschine / Trockner im Mai 2015. Pools, Gärten und Lanais wurden ebenfalls aktualisiert! Dies ist eine zweite Etage Ende Einheit mit Blick auf den Pool und den Garten (auch Blick auf das Meer und die Berge) von Ihrem privaten Veranda (Deck), etwa 100 Schritte zum Sandstrand.

Diese professionell gestaltete Wohnung verfügt über zeitgenössisches hawaiianisches Dekor. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und die Höhle hat ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Schiebetüren bieten Privatsphäre für die Höhle. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Granit und Edelstahlgeräte. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Einheit.

Zugang zum Strand, kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang, kostenlose Parkplätze, Grillmöglichkeiten, zwei private Pools (einer direkt am Meer, der andere unter der Veranda), Kabel-TV, Liegestühle, Strandtücher und Kühler sind für Sie zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Pack 'n Play ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, wir waren eine Woche hier und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Insel ist von Kapaa sehr gut in einer Stunde zu befahren.

As Great as It Looks

This apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is appointed with kitchen implements, dishware, utensils, pans, some basic staples and herbs. Breezes keep the room pleasant without the need for air conditioning.It is located south of Kapaa, a nice position between the Northwest side beyond Princeville and the Southwest side of Waimea Canyon State Park.

Great condo!

We had a great time on Kauai staying here and we would certainly stay here again. Our only word of advice, and not a knock against the host, is that the bedroom can sometimes get stuffy so if you’re a light sleeper that can’t do warm temperatures, the pull out queen bed they have in the living room would suit you better. The hosts are fantastic and have a lovely place.

Comfort in Paradise

This place is amazing! Centrally located and clean! Our stay here was most enjoyable. The condo is well thought out with many amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. My favorite part of the day is sunrise on the beach with a cup of coffee. The rest of the day we went exploring. Be aware that to access the beaches on the north shore you need a reservation that can be made 30 days in advance and sell out quickly. GoHaena.com you need this for Tunnels beach and Ke`e beach and Blue room cave. Smith's tropical Paradise has the best luau, IMO. This too sells out quickly so make your reservations in advance.

Clean and Cozy-Parking (car broke into) -Comfortable King Bed-A/C is minisplit in living room

Enjoyed our stay, but location has some concerns that can’t really be described in Description. Vey comfortable primary bed. Fold out bed wasn’t really comfortable for two small young adults adult. Kitchen is beautiful and fully functional with everything you need. Don’t leave cookies/treats out. The ants will get them, but it’s a lush island. Just put in fridge. Whole house A/C is actually a single Minisplit with a portable fan to direct air towards primary bedroom. It is Kauai. Research nice calm beaches and you will find at least four. The rest are big wave beautiful beaches. Here is the primary Beef. Parking is quite a fiasco. If the spots on the left side of the complex are full( all dirt park as can)-then there are five stalls that you can assume next door and walk through the complex wall to get. Do Not Leave Valuable s in Car. Our window was busted out the night before traveling home. Opened dash up to The thief’s loss. Nothing left inside. But I would be concerned. Maybe leave all storage areas open so thief can see nothing inside

The stay in the unit and the unit itsself was fine. We had only problems with the door lock which didn’t work sometimes. The last day I had to use a ledder and take the way across the balcony. But perhaps it was our fault because we have complete other systems in Germany to enter an apartment.

I couldn’t have had a better place to stay. It had that extra touch to make you feel right at home. When they say 100 steps to beach they were correct. I got up early and saw beautiful sunrises and also saw a monk seal on the beach. Location was perfect to see many excursions. Another plus was the bike path along the beach. I just got up n walked for miles on it . Also great stores to shop in. People were all so friendly. The cleaning person Sheila was excellent n there for anything you needed. I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone. Thank you to the owners for giving me a little piece of their paradise Rhonda Ward from Rhode Island

Overall the apartment was in great condition and we had no issues parking our vehicle. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only issue was that the sofa bed mattress was too soft and possibly needs to be replaced. The folder listing attractions and restaurants needs to be updated since some of the listings are no longer in business.

Nice stay away from the crowds

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was spacious enough for our family of 4. The furnishings were fine and the kitchen well stocked for basic cooking purposes. It’s located in a quiet community. No crowds at the pool or beach. The beach is only a couple of steps away and the unit is walking distance to Downtown Kappa. We would stay here again.

All you need for a perfect stay in Kauai!

This property was perfect for our stay on the island. Just enough space to share for 2 couples. Turns out Kapaa is a really good location since it's about 1h30 more or less to reach every bits and corner of the island. We apprecitated the nice touch of having some beach chairs & sun umbrella to use, as well as snorkeling equipement and soft cooler to bring for our day adventures. Thanks to our hosts and we definitely recommend this place.

Great vacation rental

Overall this place was great! The extras in the property were really nice and the location was great, allowing us to stay in one place for our visit and still visit all areas of the island with reasonable drive times. The only thing that was a little tricky to navigate was the parking, but the owners were great at communicating the options and once we got there and saw the layout we were able to figure it out. We had a lovely time!

Great base to explore Kauai!

Wonderful, cute & clean condo near the beach with all that you need to make meals & relax when not swimming/hiking/kayaking/surfing/snorkeling/sailing on this incredible island! Walk down to the beach to catch the most incredible sunrise with a cup of coffee and plan your day exploring--the condo location puts you right between north and south shore areas, very convenient if you want to take it all in. Great beach equipment for our family of 3, just what we needed to have fun experiencing the incredible beaches. Easy and quick communication with host. Big mahalo for use of your great place, exceeded expectations!
