Gleich südlich des Waverley County Clubs. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der MAX-Linie entfernt, die eine bequeme Anbindung an die Innenstadt von Portland bietet.

Voll ausgestattete und komplett renovierte Küche, mehrere Fernseher, Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss und kleiner Garten mit Feuerstelle und Gasgrill.

Einheit verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit Master mit Blick auf den Fluss und direktem Zugang zum Deck. Es hat auch einen Bonusraum mit einem Futon für zwei Personen.

Einheit verfügt über eine gemeinsame Garage und Platz für zwei weitere Autos in der Einfahrt.

Great river view, large house

Overall we were pleased. View of river is spectacular. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, upstairs could sleep family of 6 and downstairs in basement another 4. 2 living rooms. 2 kitchens. 2 dining rooms. Easy to use door lock, furnace and oven. Quiet location (occasional train). Fun to watch birds and seals. Saw a bald eagle. Owner was very responsive. Easy 14 minute drive to downtown Portland. Wifi worked great. Would stay here again. We were a party of 3-coming to Portland on business.Cons: a bit outdated furniture

Family Visit in February

Traveled west to spend time with family that lives in the Portland area. We loved the house. It was cold outside but we were able to watch seals, birds and crew teams on the river from the big windows. We made all meals at home and everyone had their own room and plenty space. Owner was great and responded immediately to questions. We would recommend this beautiful home and hope to visit again in warmer months.

Great place for a work retreat

We had a work retreat at the property. There was plenty of room to have our own space and shared spaces that led to great conversations. The well stocked kitchen had every pot, pan, or appliance needed and it was a quick drive to many great restaurants. The view from the living room/dining room was phenomenal-providing a sweeping view of the river from a unique vantage point.

Highly recommend this property for the view alone!

This is my third time staying at this property. The view down the river is spectacular, and there's lots of wildlife, mostly birds. We saw a bald eagle and a seal. The house had everything we needed. We'll stay there again if we have the opportunity.

It's almost ideal for people with disabilities

We've brought our group home residents here twice because it is almost ideal for people in wheelchairs. The reason I say, "almost", is there are a few steps to get into the house, but after that, it's perfectly ideal! There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, with sleeping room for six people. You also have the living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and our group home residents could do everything they needed to on the main floor. They loved spending time on the back deck where the view is amazing. The house was clean and the surroundings peaceful, just the way every vacation should be!

We enjoyed being close to the river and watching all the activity in the river. The location made it easy for us to get around. We were visiting Portland for the first time for a girls weekend getaway and wine tasting. The property had plenty to keep everyone occupied. The kitchen etc. were very well stocked.

Beautiful, peaceful retreat on the river and close to the city

We absolutely loved our stay in Milwaukie! The house is comfortable, clean and has amazing views of the river. There is even a walking path down to the waterfront and outdoor seating at the house to enjoy the fresh air. There is quick access to a park, it is a great running neighborhood, there is a Fred Meyer and Voodoo Doughnuts nearby and it is a short drive to downtown Portland. It was perfect for our group of nine with ages of 70+ to tween kids while we relaxed and prepared for our brother's wedding. We ran into a small problem, but Jeff and Eric addressed it quickly and without any impact to us and our stay. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Best stay at any property

We looked for a long time for the perfect fit and we got it right this time. This house was awesome! The view each morning made such a difference to how great the vacation was. The house felt like a home that people let us stay in. It had the right amount of updates for us without feeling sterile. It was well stocked with essentials. Overall a wonderful experience!

Spring break stay

The house is lovingly maintained with gorgeous views. Communication was easy and property managers were informative and helpful. The neighborhood and surrounding community are quiet and there are plenty of lovely shops and restaurants very close. Getting to the Pearl district, zoo, etc all takes about 15 minutes and was simple. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful View

We stayed here in January (not ideal weather in Portland), and despite the weather this was a lovely stay. Jeff made sure there was de-icing salt when we got there (there was a nasty ice storm while we were there), and he let us know there was a shovel available, and provided use of the garage which was the key to keeping the car from getting completely iced over. Anyhow, as for the house. The pictures don't quite explain the set up. There is basically an upstairs arrangement, and a downstairs arrangement. There are beds and baths on both levels and a small kitchen in the lower level. We mostly spent our time upstairs except when movie watching tastes did not match. The upstairs kitchen is super well equipped, it has pretty much anything you could ask for. It was very well stocked. The beds were comfy and there are a lot of extra blankets, which come in handy in January. We really enjoyed our stay, Jeff was very responsive and I would definitely stay again. I would imagine in nicer weather this would be even more ideal. So fun to watch all the activity on the water. The place is also walking distance to the little downtown area of Milwaukie. We walked a few days into town and around the river front park. Wind Horse Coffee shop is a lovely place for a stop if you need to get out of the rain, or just want a coffee.

Family reunion
