Leicht, hell und außergewöhnlich sauber. Unser Haus ist gut gepflegt, 1 Meile vom Sunriver und 15 Meilen vom Mt Bachelor and Bend entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über Kabel-TV, Highspeed-WLAN sowie Netflix- und Hulu-Abonnements für unsere Gäste. Dies ist das schönste Ferienhaus in unserer Nachbarschaft. Wir sind in der Nähe des Berges. Bachelor, Sunriver, Bend und alle Annehmlichkeiten, die sie bieten.

Unser Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Deschutes, des Sunriver Village und des Berges. Bachelor. Die gut gepflegte, voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was Sie zum Kochen und Unterhalten benötigen. Unser Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage für den Sommer und einen Gaskamin für den Winter. Bitte keine Haustiere. Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN mit 3 Smart-TVs und einem hochwertigen Bose-Soundsystem. Wir haben keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, also fühlen Sie sich frei, Lärm zu machen. Unser Haus ist kinderfreundlich. Das Haus ist etwa 1000 Meter vom Fluss Deschutes entfernt. Wir haben 2 gute Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt im Umkreis von 800 Fuß. Es gibt eine private Bootsanlegestelle für Gäste gleich die Straße runter für den Zugang zum Kloster zum Fluss Deschutes. Im Sommer können Sie auf den Sunriver-Radwegen und auf Hunderten von Kilometern Mt-Radwegen, die nur 1,6 km entfernt sind, ein- und ausradeln. Im Winter können unsere Gäste von der Auffahrt aus mit dem Schneemobil oder Langlaufski fahren und auf alle gespurten Loipen im Deschuteser Wald zugreifen oder zur Elk Lake Lodge fahren, um ein warmes Getränk oder ein Mittagessen zu sich zu nehmen. Wir haben SHARC-Erholungsausweise für unsere Gäste erhältlich. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich vor Ihrer Reservierung, ob diese für Ihre Gruppe reserviert werden sollen.

Es gibt ein freistehendes Geschäft auf einem separaten Grundstück neben dem Haus, zu dem die Gäste keinen Zugang haben. Die Auffahrt und der Carport-Bereich dieses Shops werden als Wohnmobil- / Wohnwagenstellplatz vermietet. Wenn Sie dies für Ihre Freunde mit Wohnmobilen / Anhängern reservieren möchten, erkundigen Sie sich bitte nach dem Übernachtungspreis.

Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass rund um die Unterkunft 2 sehr süße Katzen im Freien herumlaufen. Die Katzen sind im Haus nicht gestattet und wir waschen die Teppiche regelmäßig. Wenn Sie jedoch sehr allergisch gegen Tiere sind, sollten Sie eine andere Eigenschaft in Betracht ziehen. Vielen Dank!

Lovely home would stay again!

We had a great time at this cute little house! Everything was clean and as advertised. We usually stay on the Sunriver resort but it was a nice chance of pace to be just 3 min away, so quiet and peaceful.

Family trip

We were delighted with this property. It matched the description perfectly so we were not disappointed when we arrived. The SHARC pool passes were an extra bonus for us and greatly appreciated by my grandson.This property was meticulously cared for with well appointed rooms, well stocked bathrooms (including a bidet!) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. One thing that would make the bathrooms even better would be to add handrails in the showers. Because we are cat lovers, we were especially pleased to see that the cats in the garage actually existed and were quite friendly. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them about the fireplace issue which could not be resolved in the short time we were there. Overall, I would recommend this property in a quiet neighborhood.

The owners were super responsive to our requests and need. We had a really good stay. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. The only minor draw back was the house in in somewhat of a business area, of which I didn't realize when booking.

Surprise surprise!

Well we were aware they had cars although we're not aware of the lady that comes to take care of them. She just let herself into the garage. My husband was surprised very suddenly, went out to garage to find a strange lady rummaging around. Hmmmm, it also seems as if the owners business is in the shop at house. They were very noisy and stood on the property to make phone calls very early, yes surprise surprise! 😮

Property was well maintained, but dated. Modern and nice appliances and BBQ. Hard to get out of driveway due to complete roping off of adjacent shop area. Nice keyless entry system. Maximum of six renters allowed, but limited seating if you had six adults in your party. We enjoyed our three night stay.

Quiet-Private setting amongst the Trees!

We experienced 5-Star service in this beautiful home. The private setting provided views of trees and wildlife from the expansive kitchen/great-room. Only minutes from Mt Bachelor where enjoyed optimum snow conditions along with a bright sunny day. Thank you for the comfortable beds and excellent amenities!

Great property and wonderful time

Everything was seamless for us checking in and using the property. Quite area with lots of room. Property is a 15-20 min bike ride with kids in tow once you find the right paths to the village, SHARC or lodge. Had a wonderful stay at the property! Thank you!

Super clean and well stocked vacation home!

Our family of four had a great two day stay at this house in Sunriver. It was the cleanest property we have stayed in and had all the amenities needed. Extras like paper towels, trash bags, and a Kuerig with many coffee choices were appreciated. And Netflix was great for the kids at bedtime. All in all a great house.

Enjoyed our stay!

This property fit what we and another couple needed for a four night vacation. It’s quiet neighborhood, close proximity to the Sunriver Resort, blocks away from fishing access, nearby golf, and wonderful restaurants. It was very clean, well appointed, including a tv in each bedroom. One small complaint are the two queen beds are so high, I needed to find a footstool to get into the bed, I am 5’6”.

Great time in Sunriver

We loved this place! Blake was there when we arrived, so he gave us a quick tour of the place. It was in a perfect location and because it was not directly in Sunriver, we had plenty of privacy and serenity without all the bike traffic rolling by. It was close enough to the bike trails to pick them up in Sunriver so it was conveniently located. The house had plenty of room for the family to spread out and be comfortable. We even had two stray cats to keep us company. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to the next time we visit.
